Poor service: I paid for a 3-month tourist visa and was only given a PDF copy and not the original even though it was included in my fee. When I requested multiple times for the original visa and a no objection letter, I was told to visit their branch in Sharjah, only to be told I need to go back to the UAQ branch to apply. When I requested for those documents they tell me to call again tomorrow, as if they couldnt be bothered to do it today. I think the staff are unhelpful, dont know what theyre doing and got annoyed when I asked them to do something. To be fair, the tourist visa came quickly, within 3 working days. But I will never use this company again.
