Its an ok type facility. We hired a two bedroom villa and got it at comparatively very good price in spite of week end!!! The house and furniture were old but maintained reasonably well. Kitchen was just for name sake- with no facilities inside, completely empty with non functioning microwave!!! The better part was the swimming pool and surrounding area. A good health club too. Breakfast was with limited items, but worth compared to the price offered, I appreciate!!! Overall summary- a medium scale economic place for weekend outing/change

Perhaps its because my expectations were so poor but I genuinely enjoyed our stay at the royal residence! We were in the elite suite 78 - an absolutely fantastic villa! The manager Mr Maroun is a lovely guy and I would definitely come back: overall while its not the Waldorf Astoria, the hotel is a nice private secluded getaway. Bring your own food because restaurant staff are kind of rude!

One of the worst experiences I have ever lived was this hotel! Dirty room Very old and rusty bathroom you can see cockroaches in the room The restaurant is very bad quality, un organized, with dirty table sheets
