Was a nice experience for the kids. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Had no hot water to bath kids the evening and the next morning there was no water until 9:30. Rooms could be cleaner.

This hotel doesnt have even 1 star. Dont trust to photos, We just checked in today, there is no cold water during day to take shower, bathroom light doesnt work, hair dryer doesnt work, safety box doesnt work, room light is too dim, most of the TV channels are silent, wifi is too weak, you can hear all the noises in the area, construction is going on next to hotel and you cant sleep from 6am to evening.

Please, please dont go this resort. I had a very bad experience with them. They will make you wait for hours and hours for the room to be ready and the food served is horrible. The resort is way below acceptable standards

We were in this hotel one week with my fiance. It is nice place, with friendly staff. Clean and modern facilities, humble beach. The only minus is surroundings, which is two ports. Luckily this is not disturbing, so overall we were happy with the stay.

Its my first time to booked a room stay in this hotel and the experienced is just terrible. I checked in at the reception and came back after an hour to pick up some food for my son. 1.The security approached me at first instance to ask if I have a booked room in the hotel and I just said YES i do. And he followed me all the way to confirm if I really have. 2. I went to my car outside to get my son food and some items i,e water etc and the same security tried to stop me in a very rude manner saying food and drink are not allowed. Whereas, I have seen so many people bringing plastics from outside buying the water and some food. I went to reception and informed that I was not aware and the reception said that is ok... 3. The same security, followed me and says he wont allow me to enter to the beach because of these items. He is still insisting and asking me if I really have a booking the hotel, and thus I asked him "who will enter the hotel without the booking" and he said how will I know because its not written in your forehead that you have a booking in this hotel. IT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL how this person treat the customer.. If the management would have given a PROPER training to their SECURITIES what is the best way ti approach the customer. This wont humiliate the hotel reputation and the most important is to make the customer happy, being valued and respected. Thanks Chris

Visited this place with my family, food is not good, the burger meat tasted horrible. We came with vouchers for the pool entrance and we were not provided towels, 30 other hotels in UAE provided clean towels but the reception manager (I think) wanted to charge us 25 AED to use a towel, plus he had a bad attitude like we were in some high class place. The sea water is full of algee. The resort itself is pretty clean, they do allow diving from trampoline and barbecues on the beach.

As per location it could be lot more better, but bit older construction and surrounded by a slum area. Beach view is beautiful but very narrow and small. Pool is there and quite big, mainly attracting locals and Arabs.

Had booked a month early, but got a dark room in the corner without any light, with a huge pile of garbage in front. No wi-fi. Was told that wifi is not a guarantee on the booking. Very grumpy management. It was like we have enough customers and if you wish you may come back. Noticed other guests also arguing with the management for various issues. Very few helpers at your service. Worth a skip!!!

Swimming pool was not temperature controlled and in this cold climate it was useless..Dinner buffet was substandard...No basic provisions like milk powder / tooth paste etc...Buffet breakfast was crowded due to space constraint and no refill / late refill...Altogether bad experience....

Номера понравились, кровати на самом деле очень удобные. Уборка всегда когда желаешь, персонал вежливый. Огромное преимущество что есть пляж в минуте ходьбы от номера. Лежаки столы полотенцаи вода всегда рядом только махни рукой.
