I Have been to Novo cinema Sahara center many times. During last weekend, I have experienced one of the best customer service experience in Novo Sahara. I wanted to watch movie in Sahara center but mistakenly booked the tickets for Novo Ibn-Battuta. I was amazed & impressed by the EXCELLENT customer service given to by MR DAKSHIN Novo Sahara. He was not only very courteous towards us but, also helped me all the way to rebook my tickets & solved everything within few minutes. The worst cenima in the UAE. I prefer VOX and REEL cenimas they are the best also they do have good staff to deal with people. Novo just care about the money without believing in a father who is saying his son is 18+. This experience happened to me at VOX but they apologiesd and let my son enter with me without acting rude and to ask for an ID. Me my family and everyone i advice not to go there. Very bad customer care. Long time ago it was the best now its the worse!
