Comprehensive centre but needs to be more organized and proffesional good receptionists..

Unfortunately had to visit the rolla centre bcs the doctor from al nahda requested to come over here for 1 time. Never again will I want to visit this clinic again. The insurance receptionist is so rude, nobody knows whats going on there.. even after appointment and approvals.. and special requst from doctor to visit this centre, they made us wait like hell without proper feedback Its not mine only experience, during my presence at the reception almost 3 to 4 patients had a fight with the receptionist. Never again to this clinic..

Very poor quality of customer care. Just keeping transfering the calls between the operators. Insurance dept is totally clueless.

Receptionists are a bit rude.. no numbering system.. i got an appointment in advance with the cardiologist and still had to wait for more than one hour.. Aster is far better than this.. it smells very bad inside the clinic...
