mohammed khair khomakhoWorst entity ever, they cut electricity on my apartment without any notification because I was traveling I totally forgot. Even when I paid back online they ask that I go to their office and get a paper for reconnection. They deserve 0-10 rate at best

Raja SI had a problem with my SEWA Bill where the meter reading was wrong and I took a shot of the meter reading and went over to the al majaz office and it was resolved in 2-3 minutes. Very friendly and courteous staff and they readily accepted my version of the meter reading based on the picture I had taken and rectified the system and gave me a fresh print out of the bill. Excellent service!!

tailsnclawsSEWA doesnt deserve a single star. For some reason the bills seem inflated. The bill for three persons living together in one apartment is same as for one person living by herself in the same apartment. Something wrong in the metering system. Secondly, Dhs.120 flat towards service charges. Sometimes, the service charges are more than the actual bill incurred. Ridiculous!

Mahmood 1979قطع الخدمة ليست الطريقه الصحيحه لإجبار الأشخاص علي دفع مبلغ الفواتير. مع العلم اني لم يكن لي اي إختيار عندما غيرتم موعد الاستحقاق لدفعي الفاتورة . اكثر من ٧ سنوات لم اقم بالتاخير او عدم الدفع للفاتوره .لاني انتظر راتبي تاريخ ٥ من كل شهر واول شى اقوم بعمله هو دفع مبلغ الفواتير. ارجو منكم اعاده النظر في هذا النظام اذا كنتم فعلا تريدون التيسير علي المواطنين
