Imran PeerzadaVery poor management of patients.... Wasted almost 2 hours to just collect the test reports... Everything is just mixed up. No separate token system for reports collection and discussion with doctor. We have to wait along with other first time visiting patients. Disappointed with the service... :(

IMProudToBeNepaliPatient first policy is not Followed. The first responsible of any clinics or hospitals is to take care of their patient.. Here i saw Medical Representative are given priority than patient. We here abroad have very tight schedule and these people are not thinking about our time and work. We also need to go for work and do our things. U guys cannot just play with out valuable times . Many patient are waiting outside and i see MR are called inside General Physian room to sell their brands. I feel Doctors here are engaged earning moneyrecommending different company medicines rather than doing their job seriously.. The Top level management of prime should seriously think about this and create good environment and timings for both doctors and MR to be engaged in intorducing new brands medicine.

dayanix Mi had a confirmed appointment scheduled to dr. suresh, a surgeon at 7.30pm today .i need to see a surgeon right away due to my gallstones as advised by my gp and had travelled 2hrs from dxb to sharjah just to be on time only to find out that the DR was not there and is in Al Nahda. and the receptionist did not even empathize and just keep on insisting that the dr is not there. very bad customer service .. honestly hire people who knows what is customer service

Preeti KumarI wanted to come for the first time but wanted to call ahead to confirm things. But it wont even allow me to proceed on the phone. Kept saying press 2 and I did but will not go ahead. This may look silly as a review but think this can be a feedback for the hospital too to make sure they have a number available always in emergency cases

Tanuja ShindeHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I visited Prime on the 6th of December 2015 at 5:00 pm I was very sick suffering with high fever and severe weakness and was hardly able to walk because of weakness, hence I had taken a leave on Sunday. After half an hour of waiting I was called by Dr.VAKIL Husseni. I told him about my sickness any asked for a medical certificate, he refused to provide me a medical certificate and was VERY VERY RUDE.he plainly told me I DONT KNOW ABOUT YOUR CONDITION IN THE MORNING SO I CANT GIVE YOU A LEAVE CERTIFICATE. I told him my salary will get deducted and I cant afford to loose my salary as I come from a middle class family but he was not interested in what I was saying.I also told him I had visited prime before and that time the other doctor had provided me with the leave certificate on which he told me I DONT KNOW WHAT OTHERS DO BUT I WONT ISSUE ITS NOT MY POLICY. I want to ask here a question WHERE IS THIS POLICY WRITTEN? AND IF YES, DO YOU THINK IT IS HUMAN TO TREAT A SICK PATIENT LIKE THIS??? If anyone of you are actually reading this then please work on it..as this is complete injustice towards the patient.
