One of the worst experiences Ive ever had in Dubai. Lines get stuck for no obvious reason with very few people in line l, imagine what could happen if it was crowded. The staff and security are very rude and act as if they owned the park. The management apparently hire muscled men regardless of their education or mental health. If something happens with the security and you escalate it to the management you will be surprised how inexperienced, inefficient, and disrespectful they are to the customer. It seemed like they were a group of unprofessional, disrespectful liars and thugs. The theme park itself is good but the staff and management are making it the worst theme park the Middle East. Expect no refunds under any circumstances!

Park was crowded and manic. Food at the fast food restaurant tasted cheap. Beach was nice and empty though. And the vertical slide where you stand on a dissapearing platform was actually pretty fun and scary.

The watermark itself was amazing. My group and I had had a great time together. The rides were trilling and the food was tasteful. How ever I would not recommend this theme park to anyone and I will not be returning. Management needs to do something about the guests who purchase tickets to sit around the park just to video and take picture of women in their bathing suits. This was very uncomfortable for the women in my group. There were several groups of men mostly of eastern ethnicity whom photographed and recorded women. I asked a manager at the restaurant to say something. He did but I did not stop them from recording. I will not recommend this place to a friend. I will not return until management puts a stop to this act.

Okinawa aquarium and about 1/3 of the price and much greater than the dubai mall aquarium. The theme park on the palm of Jumeirah is also a joke stating the biggest in Europe. Tenerife having a double sized facility for 1/10 of the price. Get your facts right Dubai! :@

A nice way to spend an entire day with your near and dear ones. At the end of the day you will feel like a fish out of water....having been in water all day long. Park offersLots of rides ... some free and some paid. Try as many activities as your wallet allows you. Nothing is cheap about this place.... Entrance fee, food,water drinks are not exactly cheap. Get your own swimming costumes and flipflops to walk around...other wise you will end up paying an unnecessary huge amount to buy them at this park (no, they dont rent them.. besides.. do you really want to wear another persons swimwear....even it was washed and cleaned ;-) ). A place you should visit when in Dubai.

The deal from the airport (Terminal 3) does not exist, just if you buy it at the airport. They said that you get a big discount with the boarding passes (as a emirates customer) at the entrance from the waterpark. We went their, no one knows about the deal. Funny enough, their were not just us, who had their boarding passes with them. Afterall they offered us the online price. A real bargain, if you have wifi and a smartphone and you can get it yourself. Can not recommend the service. Really poor and sad.

Went on 5/9/17 (a Tuesday) and no lines for anything and wasnt busy at all. Price was reasonable imo ($39.50 USD purchased through my hotel). Everyone working the "rides" and in the water helping guests was extremely nice and funny. I actually thought while I was there that I havent experienced such pleasant employees anywhere, honestly. All men, no women working the rides (I thought that was interesting as well). Their system to handle money is ingenious - you put money on account and they debit it scanning your wristband. Opening lockers all day long works the same way - you scan your wristband and your locker pops open. The beach was lovely but could use some garbage cans to make it easier for lazy guests who leave their trash everywhere. The water was warm with little fish close to shore. Nice area to find an umbrella and rest a bit during the day. I would recommend sandals since the ground can be HOT! I brought my own towel and set it down with flip flops at the beginning of rides and never had any issues. You can wear any swimsuit you would wear in your own country - theres no issue here. I wish I had known you can take everything with you to shower, blow dry your hair (with their dryers), put makeup on, and youre ready to hit one of the numerous restaurants within the Atlantis compound. This is a great waterpark and Im really glad I went.

There is a gate before get to water park and there is a parking by that gate which everybody has to park their car and take the shuttle bus to go to Atlantis water park. We waited only 10 minutes for the shuttle bus. After 6 hours playing, we were so tired and as soon as we got out, faced a very big line for shuttle bus to go back to the car. So far after 45 minutes second bus stopped and people fight each other to jump into the bus. Rest of people over there just gave up and walked to their car. For this amount of money that I spent, I suggest everybody to dont go to Atlantis, (Aqua Venture) water park.

Nice place variety of activities. Crowded, come early to find a place to seat ( we entered 13:00 and we couldnt find any free chairs) . Long queue even we booked online. A towel is 40 AED and a locker for 40 or 75. Wifi is complementary in some areas. Food inside is expensive, and no alcohol served inside the park. But it was fun for all ages.

If you ever visit Wet n Wild, than dont waste your money and time here. Very expensive less fun, long waiting time, unorganized team and no real thrill rides. The in-park beverages are unacceptable expensive when facing temperatures above 39 degrees. 4 small bottles of water for 40 AED (10 Euro/ 9.95 USD) where as the same bottles are priced 4 AED in a supermarket.

The overall experience is fantastic, thanks to the well-run rides and helpful staff everywhere. That said, lines are ridiculously long, with some rides taking an hour to reach. There was also an issue with the tubes going up the slope, so we had to walk up with our tubes, which was exhausting. We went to this park, its basically next to the Atlantis hotel on the Palm. You park for free and you take a shuttle that takes you to the entrance. In my opinion is over priced, about 80 euro per person, and they wanted 25 euro for each printed picture they took of us on the slides, seriously? Its not a huge park and they have a few rivers around the main tower. From the main tower they have probably around 6 slides, so not many. But I would say its pretty fun place to spend a day if you dont have too much expectation like a park with many slides. If anything I would do the diving with sharks, but its probably very overpriced like everything else there.

Nice and well organised waterpark but 285 AED (70€) its really too much! It seems that all the people that give 5 stars never seen a waterpark before in their life. There are few rides, only 2 attractions are cool. In Europe for the same you will pay max 30€. Anyway if you are in Dubai I suggest to go there.

Before going to aquaventure i really expected a lot from this place especially looking at the ticket price one would imagine it to be really good. But my experience in the park was not that great at all. Place is big, neat and clean. But its really boring out there. Very few rides. Hardly anything out there. No music at all. There should be a pool with good music and some rain dance or something interesting. There are cars which take you from one end to the other. When we asked them, is this the only rides in this park. The answer they gave was what else you want more. Comeon if i have to give you suggestions on what more you should include then whats the job of aquaventure group. My suggestion to aquaventure is you may charge high price but make it value for money, make it interesting.

I visited this water park and LOVED it. I came with my children and they loved it too, they were begging me to take them again everyday! It has fun rides and overall a super fun feel. It can be a little expensive, but it is worth it, especially with the residents offer. If you were to go there my top tip would be: BRING FLIPFLOPS! The floor is boiling hot, especially midday. They try to cool it down by spraying it with water, but parts still burn your feet so be sure to bring some shoes.

It was overall rather alright- the good was that there were quite a few attractions, and it wasnt crowded; the rides were designed such that anyone from a 12 year old to a 2 57 year old would enjoy with some rides lasting for more than 20 minutes (lazy river for example). Ive can easily spend an entire day there, making it a pretty good value. My two major complaints that knocked off to stars were that once inside, they try and fleece you off your money- one cannot wear slippers inside rides and often, rides will exit far away from where you started. Waking barefoot is it if the question given how hot the floor is, marking getting slippers or spending above 100 dhms for a pair of slippers that you dont have to take (if you forget your swinging trunk and erat a xxl, be prepared to shell out over 350dhms. Additionally, the staff are rather rude- for instance, my sister decided not to do a ride at the last instant so I was left a double tube- the staff saw me approach with the double but only at the end before I could start told me a rude no and a lone person cannot ride in a double and to get a single (mind you the lines are over 20 minutes). Lastly, I bruised my hand; this is minor as it could be my own fault on the leap of faith ride, but Im still not thrilled about it.

Good waterpark,large, compared to other waterparks is not the best, first is better for tickets online reservation because there is a big difference between the prices online and at the box office, for me I enjoyed, but not as Yas waterworld or wild wady, my kids did not enjoy so much, my daughter with 8 years old, didnt have choice but to surf beach, the life guards in children section didt know how to deal with kids, food and beverage prices within the park very overpriced, and must pay cash and not like the rest of the waterparks in the stores balance the ticket, and this made me had to carry my wallet with me, I cant leave it in locker and I cant leave it in my bag, so if I want to swim i have to be close so i can keep my eyes on my bag Visited August 2015

Amazing place for a whole family. Must see when you go to Dubai. Entry fee is expensive but is worth it. Dont forget to always book your visit online if you can, which will discount your tickets by 60 AED for each visitor. Some of the rides are very challenging. Last Monday, April 18 we had outing in Aquaventure Waterpark, Atlantis. I really had fun the whole day...when time is almost over I went to cr (past 6:00pm)the floor was wet which I dont mind at all its normal..then I used one cubicle cos I change my clothes when I came out theres one lady cleaner...shes a chubby maybe from Nepal( sorry Im just saying how she looks like ) then all of a sudden she shouted at me and saying hey! You come here! You making mess and like she wants to drag me in the toilet..and open the toilet bowl and theres loads of tissues and maybe poop..I was shocked! I said I didnt used that cubicle. Then when she swept the floor when I was at the sink she intentionally swept the water on my direction so it will goes on my feet...I said is that the way u treat your guest? You can say it nicely with respect.. Why are shouting at me and blaming for the things I didnt do? She didnt even apologise. I was happy the whole day and I ended up in such a very bad experience it is very unacceptable on my side...Every body gets tired at work but it doesnt mean u can treat someone like that..I hope the management can make an action for this incident...

Great to spend the day, combine it with a walk on the Palm and a visit to the huge Aquarium in Atlantis. Slides are all over the place, with interesting and unique designs. Exciting and fun to go with any age. The 4 because it is not very easy to see where everything is, its kind off all over the place, which is a pity. It doesnt ruin the fun that much though. There is a ride called Rapid which brings you anywhere in the park in a unique freeway type designs that carries you anywhere including the exit.

Theres not much more that I can say other than when it gets busy this waterpark is truly useless. My wife and I did go on a busy Sunday or Easter weekend, but we sure didnt expect to wait an hour for each of the slides. On top of that they didnt have enough rafts or lounge chairs. I get it that it was a busy weekend, but it really wasnt worth going when the park cant handle over a certain number of people. Im sure your experience could be different if you went on a normal week day, but really watch out for weekends or you risk wasting your time.

As a kid I remember Atlantis to be that huge water park with endless slides and entertainments. As in all parks lines can be huge at tourist peaks unless you have got a quickpass. Food was nice but pricey I believe. I enjoyed my time there but can not compare it to Wild Wady as they are both exceptionally good.

I am leaving at the palm and my son love Aquaventure! we are there twice a month espacially that the price is good for residents. But the staff, is another story. Espacially at the kid aquaventure. the llife guard are very rude with kids espacially they should be more careful as they are not speaking english all of them they are sometimes less than 3 year old or above and do not understand the danger. there is no reason to rush a 3 yo kid, all the time if we pay attention to this kind of behaviour we will not come or be very pissed. Aquadventure should revise their staff as the price is overrated. the only black point is the staff who is very rude!!!!

At 310AED its not cheap, but you can spend all day here so you get value for money. We used the palm Monorail to get here from the tram, which helped beat the taxi queues at the end of the day. We booked online and got the combo with the lost chambers for 300 AED each. We were at the kempinsky mall of the Emirates and decided to go by taxi which cost us 30 AED each way. We avoided the mono rail as it isnt connected to the metro and had mixed reviews on trip advisor. We were there in 15 minutes. The lines are long even the prepaid ones, youd wish they had barcode printouts that they would just scan and print but its manual entry and takes a good 5 mins per person. We rented a locker at 40 AED its big enough to fit a 15 laptop backpack and can be opened multiple times, just that the barcode key they strap to your wrist is a little difficult to operate. We also got us a meal combo at 45 AED each. Consists of a burger / shwarma /hot dogs with fries and a drink. Based on reviews we read we carried our own towels and avoided additional rentals. There are ample pool chairs at the resort and finding one isnt tough. Travel to the resort in flip flops and Bermuda and tshirt, its entrance is totally separate from the palm and no formal dress code is required. The rides are amazing and you will want to do each one again for sure. We did each ride an average if 2 times each. But walking up the taller rides starts taking a toll later. Especially since you have to watch your step on the chipped edges of most steps on to the leap of faith and watch your hands on the make shift railing on parts of the stairs on the way to Poseidons revenge. Theres a lot to walk as well in the park so come prepared. I regret having purchased the lost chambers ticket it wasnt up to my satisfaction, quite brief and can be done with in 10 mins. 2 Large tanks and a few small tanks of jelly fish and some others. You may want to skip it in like of the aquarium at the Dubai mall. Have fun and enjoy yourselves.

I had been to Aquaventure Waterpark with my family on 13th April 2015. We hardly spend 2 hours inside the park and cut short the trip due to an unpleasant incident. My children were taking the Shamal ride after standing in the queue for about 45 minutes. However, immediately after the ride started (just after 2-3 minutes), there was some technical problem and my children (And only them) were asked to vacate the ride without giving any explanation. Even more shocking was that the person in-charge was very rude and asked my children to go out and stand in the long queue again ! We did lodge a written complaint after meeting the Ticketing Supervisor (Mr. Mahmoud) and the Operations Manager (Mr. James) and they even promised to send us a email response. However, as expected, nothing happened till date. Though we spent 1,000 dhs. for entering the waterpark, it wasnt a pleasant experience at all.

Были там в феврале 2014 года аквапарк просто супер, река со спокойным течением по которой сплавляешься на " бубликах" и отдыхаешь, отдыхаешь, отдыхаешь, а вокруг куса спасателей через каждые 20-30 метров.весь аквапарк утопает в зелени и пальмах.Можно пройти на открытый пляж с видом на намытые острова из песка в виде пальмовой ветви и монорельсовую дорогу , куча разных ресторанов, аквариум с рыбами , через стеклянный тоннель которого спускаешься с горки. Особенно понравилось йогуртовое мороженое с разными фруктами на выбор. Не забываемые впечатления на всю жизнь...

Mais il faut garder le ticket de caisse du resto. Aussi grosse queue en fin de matinée pour retirer les billets achetés sur internet. Cest très ennuyant. Na oblibenejsi skluzavky jsme cekali cca 10 minut,ostatni byly bez fronty. Divoka reka je spis lina reka,s kratkymi zazivnejsimi useky,celkove ale nuda. Plaz pusobi umele(ostatne jako cele mesto),more bez jedine vlnky. Byli jsme dva dospelaci a 4 hodiny bohate stacily. Veci i s iphonem jsme nechali na lehatku a nic se neztratilo. Vsichni odchazi az ke konci oteviraci doby a pred vchodem se tvori fronty na taxik. Staci kousek popojit a taxik chytit pred tim,nez vjede pred budovu;-) taxik od metra nas stal 24,monorail stoji 25/osoba. I kdyz cesta zpet byla asi o 10min delsi kvuli zacpe v palme.

Отличный аквапарк, наверное один из лучших в мире! Огромная территория, куча разных горок на любой вкус, аквариум, бассейн с дельфинами, экстремальная зона. Были с детьми в рамадан, народе не много. Чудесный морской пляж. Огорчило только питание - фастфуд. Ну и билеты по 5000 руб на человека. Прекрасно провели время. Советую всем!

Si te gusta el agua y los parques, no puedes dejar de ir. Estuvimos 4 días completos en Dubai y mereció la pena pasar uno aquí. Ya que te desplazas hasta allí, recomiendo cenar en uno de los restaurantes del Atlantis. En nuestro caso fue el Nobu pero muy frecuentado también el del chef Ramsey. El parque es increíble!! Me gustó la zona de acceso a la playa privada ya que si tu hotel no dispone de ella, esta es una buena opción para bañarse en las cálidas aguas de Dubai. Importante: las toallas y taquilla se pagan por lo que os podéis llevar las del hotel y coger solo una taquilla pequeña, aunque podéis dejar las cosas en cualquier tumbona que es muy difícil que os roben. Recomiendo ida y vuelta en monorail, la ida por las vistas del hotel y la palmera y la vuelta más que nada por la dificultad y la espera para coger taxi.
