Food is phenomenal and service is great. It is one of my absolute favourites. The two things I am less excited about are the decoration and the ambience. The decoration gives you a feeling you are coming into rainforest cafe and the place is so spacious that it may sometimes feel that you are sitting alone in there. Nevertheless, the gastronomical experience is superior.

Definitely not worth all the hype. I went for a Friday brunch and for the prices they charge, I expect a lot more. They can do a lot better on food selection, quality, and service. If youre looking for something similar, I recommend Zuma. The sushi is much better there and the service impeccable.

Jumeirah is one of the most beautiful place in Dubai and one of the most expensive in the world to live in. It is one of the most exotic places in Dubai with a beautiful beach, outlets, tea and coffee shops, hotels and resturants like Nobu. Nobu is one of the best reaturents in Jumeira and boasts of intercontinental dishes.

I dont usually write a lot of reviews but this place is really shameful! My wife and I ordered a couple of rolls and let me tell you, they tasted like NOTHING! Ive had rolls from the supermarket better than that...the menu if overpriced and the staff is clueless. Really felt like I was in one of those sushi restaurant located in a gas station. Avoid!!!

Horrible food and horrible service. The worst sushi restaurant in New York city is better then this place. Its WAY over priced for such bad food! We order one hot noodle soup which taste SWEET! Paid over 300 dollars and came out feeling sick!

Ok food. Poor service. Requested to have the service charge removed at the service was terrible, however manager said he could not do that instead offered free mediocre deserts which we was not given the option of choosing. Wouldnt return back. Compared to other Nobu around the world this is the worst. Would recondmend going to Coya at the four seasons instead.

This is the first time I gave one stars! Not only cos other tables were given wet towels as soon as clients sat down but our table did not have this service which is very important as far as service is concerned ! Misconception, if anyone out there assume this is a traditional Japanese restaurant then u will absolutely be very disappointed cos it is a fusion.of Japanese , western n South American tastes , food is very salty as per Chinese pallette , presume this restaurant caters more for westerners than.Asian . When we comment on food being too salty , the manager didnt seem to accept criticisms but try hard to defend the chef and make us feel like we know nothing about food. Maybe I am wrong...Fusion Japanese food = SALTY!? We order a 5-Course Omakase but we cant even finish the last dish because of the saltiness! After the salty meal, we ask for some warm water cos we are so thirsty and they just ignore us not once but 3 times! then they just send us the bill that we didnt ask for! This is not the way to treat a customer!

Brunch at Nobu is amazing. I have dined at Nobu several times but the brunch is exceptional. Favourites from the a la carte like the legendary Black Cod plus the divine Yellowtail sashimi at the buffet. Service is amazing, prepare to be pampered and delighted

Have been here before and to other Nobu restaurants. They never disappoint but this is the best of those Ive been to. Had a great time on this visit and service was, as always, impeccable. Special mention to our waiter Levert this time round. He patiently explained some of the fineries and taught me some more Japanese as well. Thanks!

Nobu has been on our must-visit list for a very long time. We finally made it on Friday night for my birthday dinner. Special occasion!!! Nobu is tucked away at The Atlantis, The Palm. The interiors are very "bamboo-clad" and has a has a very casual-chic vibe. As you enter there is small bar/lounge area to keep patrons busy. Although youd never really visit the lounge on its own, its a nice little area to start your evening in while you wait for a table or if you prefer pre-dinner drinks. This eponymous modern Japanese restaurant with a South American twist has an extensive menu with sushi, sashimi, yakimono, cold plates, ceviches et al. Be ready to be spoilt for choice. We had some assistance from our server who was extremely kind and knowledgeable. We finally settled for - yellowtail sashimi with jalapenos, new style beef sashimi, spicy tuna sushi roll, the chicken teriyaki, miso black cod and truffle crusted sea bass. The yellowtail sashimi was delicate and the flavors were perfectly balanced with the jalapenos on top. We were very happy to have started our meal with this subtle dish. This was followed by the the beef sashimi, which was a pleasant surprise, we usually opt for a salmon or tuna sashimi but this was delectable. A little thicker than a carpaccio, each bite was full of tantalizing flavors. So off to a good start! We did appreciate the fact that every time a dish was presented the staff explained the dish and also gave us recommendations on how we should combine the various elements. The first main to arrive was the black cod, and although very simply presented, is was the BEST we have ever had. This is a MUST TRY!!!! This was one of those dishes you would never want to stop eating. Highly recommended. They served a pickle ginger as a palate cleanser with the black cod, but trust us you would want the savor that flavor for a long time!! A special mention to the sea bass that took our breath away. The sea bass had a truffle crust with a carrot foam. We have never had a seafood dish that was so perfectly cooked, balanced and executed. To be very honest this dish was at par with the black cod. The foam was light and airy and lapped up beautifully (this dish is eaten with a spoon only), the fish was perfectly cooked and the crust had truffle, so enough said. For the dessert course, we opted for the nobu style "kronut" with a melted chocolate center, dulche de leche served with vanilla ice cream. and the vanilla almond cake. Both the desserts were spot on, while the kronut was a bit indulgent and sinful, the vanilla cake was light and moist. Finally, the staff also brought a cheesecake with a candle to celebrate the birthday occasion. To sum our dinner experience, we would rate this as one of the finest Japanese meals we have ever had, without a single complaint, it was a memorable night. Celebrity chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa has conceived a concept that give you an unforgettable culinary experience and leave you wanting for more. An exquisite dining experience combined with great hospitality is what defines Nobu. We couldn’t have asked for a better birthday dinner and we will be back soon (especially for the black cod). This much hyped restaurant gets a well deserved 5 from us! @ foodlovedubai

the food (sushi & blackened cod) tasted EXACTly like they do in NY and London. We went for the Valentine Day set menu which at 950 AED per couple was very reasonable. Service was a bit tardy, hence just 4 *s.

Sampler menu though a trifle expensive is pretty good to taste and at the end very filling . Would have given the place 4 stars but for the service. It sucks and sucks. So much attitude - its almost as if the waiter owns the place and doesnt care if you eat there or not. Dont go here.

Bem gostoso experimentar as surpresas do chef.
