Faraneh Al AnsariFrom the beginning a horrible experience. Dialing their number on their site from a home telephone I get the voice that the number is not valid. I called etisalat and they gave me a number I called and called no one picks up. I dialed again from my mobile this time I got through but it told me that all lines are busy and I leave my number they call me back but theres no opportunity to do that. The voice keeps repeating the same thing. So if this is the start I will go somewhere else.

Muhammad SohailI went there for immigration medical and it was really a pleasant visit. I read very bad reviews about their Festival city branch but this Umm Suqaim branch staff were very kind and supportive, specially Dr. Mina. All the medical tests were carried out in timely manner and staff was very helpful. Highly recommended for immigration medical.

champika gamageNurse staff are not friendly and dont pay much attention to the patients. The doctor I visited, Dr. Mina was quite welcoming and took her time in explaining everything. Had to visit this place because of an immigration medical, as they are the only clinic authorized.

Frank CoombesI was treated recently by Dr Ayham Fallouh who is a specialist in Otolaryngology. I had to have my Nasal Polyps removed as they were beginning to make my life miserable, the inability to breathe properly and sleepless nights that would make me feel tired and irritable. I have to be honest and admit that I kept putting off the idea of having an operation. probably due to the fact that I was overweight and anxious. Dr Ayham was extremely reassuring and open and honest about the whole procedure and I can without reservation recommend the professional and friendly way that he dealt with me throughout the experience. This included constant monitoring before and after the procedure. His bedside manner and ability to listen and answer questions certainly put me at ease and along with the nurses and other medical staff at Dubai London Speciality Hospital have given me a new lease of life. I feel like a new man and am now on a weight program that hopefully will see me a fitter and healthier person. Once again Dr Ayham Thank You, Thank You, Thank You and God bless you. Ar NVisited Dr.Anna after all the amazing reviews about her...test were done and bacterial infection found...was given antibiotics and the test redone while I was still on antibiotics...of course the test came out antibiotic sensitive. Asked the doctor if the test was fine and she said its was fine...then she asked me if I still had the symptoms...mmm..this thing did not sound right because if she was sure I didnt have the infection why would she ask me that question..Honestly very disappointed because a doctor would never test for the same bacterial infection when you are still on antibiotics. The infection was still there which I found out later when I got the same test done from somewhere else. Also highly disappointed with the radiology department...Had an ultrasound and Dr. Eliza who was supposed to do it was just sitting in her room and her assistant did the entire ultrasound..even when the assistant went to call her she didnt come in.

Rami El MalakI visited Dr. Mina who was professional. I was requested to have a battery of blood tests done. 5 days have gone by and neither the doctor nor her nurse call back, despite the multiple messages that I left. Clinics main landline number goes straight to voicemail, on a week day. Unbelievably incompetent.

Maria Cristina CubacubIts my first time to visit Dubai London and I must say that the nurses were all polite and helpful. One valet person refused to park our car for us. Instead, he said we can do it ourselves and "park outside". Thats certainly not the welcome gesture we expect from this place, or anywhere else.

Djamshed MulladjanovI took my mum for medical treatment to this hospital in January 2015 she had a laparoscopic operation which was performed by Dr. Rajesh Devassy one the most professional doctors we have ever met.After two days of the operation we were walking with my mum on the beach thats how I can express his job.The hospital staff and nurses are friendly and helpful. Excellent very professional approach to patients really recommended Dr Rajesh.

Ri A.AI am 43yrs old female (Egyptian/British) did my operation on the 4th of Nov 2015 and my review can help others in making their decesion. I have been diagnosed with FIBROID for over a years, being a new EXPAT in Dubai with limited knowledge to reach out for a good hospital and trusted Surgeon to practice LAPARASCOPIC operation was a serious challenge, it was a long waiting decision and I was scared to make the wrong choice which can either cost me my life or a very bad operation, I am very particular with full attention to details when talking of my life is under control by another human being, So I did my research accurately and I must admit that it is not an easy job, I had few consultation and most of them only want to make the operation for the record!!! but with Dr. Rajesh it took me 5minutes to decide I AM GOING AHEAD WITH HIM, he was asking question instead of me begging for information like I did through with others, very professional. Both the hospital and Dr. Rajesh did an amazing job that I will tell-tale every person will meet in the future, because I do understand when some one is new to a country and need any lead to a decent medical care. My feedback may help them in making life decision. My family is so proud of me when they did come to visit, they were like (Wow..you did choose a spot on Doctor and hospital) couldnt be any more right with my choice. I would like to Thank Dr.Rajesh Devassy and his entire hospital team for making my insurance process, pre & post operation as smooth and successful as any one would have wished for.
