Suad ShammaI was very disappointed in my experience at the Glamour Hair Salon. It was my first time there, and I will definitely not be going back. I went to the Al Ain Tower branch in Abu Dhabi. I asked for a blowdry and a braid for my hair. I wanted my hair to be done in the beach waves style with a nice french braid at the edge up front. I have medium length hair that is very soft and easy to do, and yet the blow drying took over an hour - when it usually takes maximum 30 minutes at any other hair salon. After the blow drying was done, I realized the stylist was starting with the braid, and yet my hair wasnt the least bit wavy. So I asked her and she said shell make it wavy AFTER she does the braid. The braid took another half an hour, even though it was a simple french braid on a very small part of my hair, and for whatever reason, finding a way to clip back the braid and hide it beneath my hair seemed an impossible task. I had to help the stylist find ways to do it in which the braid would hold still and firm. When we were finally done with that part, she began "curling" my hair. I asked her several times to make it wavy and not curly, after several failed attempts she asked a senior stylist to do it for her. The senior stylist ended up doing the exact same thing. She curled my hair and kept saying it would fall and become wavy later. At that time my braid was starting to fall apart, and the senior stylist was struggling to keep it in position...After 2 hours and a half of this, I finally gave up, paid and left. Seeing that my hair is curly, not wavy, and my braid is falling apart with baby hair sticking all over the place, I have just taken it all down and its like Ive wasted money and time over nothing. Worst hair experience and Ive been doing my hair for a very long time. Curling ones hair isnt how you make beach waves, and any expert stylist would have known how to do it immediately without all this hassle. Pinning a braid so it doesnt come loose should also be basic knowledge to any expert stylist. Unfortunately Glamour Hair Salon dont seem to employ any expert stylists, so I would think twice before paying them a visit.

Rana masalhaI was given an appointment and i had to wait like one hour till i get served At least one hour delayed As i get my hair done I thought it will be ok coz that what it seemed like after getting my hair dyed even though i had my hair blow dried and it was so fast and not professional When I get home I checked the dyeing and it was a disaster The hair around the face was still not dyed and you can clearly notice the white hair I wont go back there again

Gabrena GrewalHad a great experience at Glamour Al Zeina, had an ombre done and cut and blow dry and it was one of the best colours Ive ever had. Definitely known as an amazing HAIR Salon. Will be going back for sure!
