Norwina Cansinook first of all Im happy that i experienced staying in this hotel , i got the cobone deal before i checked and read all those reviews here , after reading the reviews i was very anxious that we could not get the confirmation for the rooms i have paid thru cobone deals because as what i have read that if they know that youre using cobone deals they will tell you no room available and will ask you to upgrade and pay extra money BUT fortunately it did not happened to us we got confirmation from them even when we were on cobone deals only and i have 3 cobone so that was 3 rooms and on a weekend but still they confirmed us after i emailed them my booking reservations., next thing I have read from reviews were that the chek in is taking long time but again even it was on weekend and we were many visitors that time we were accomodated right away , next review i have read was the towels that they dont give towels or if you request it will take next day for them to give which is again not true for us , yes when we went to the room there were no towels but when we requested before we went down to the pool after that upon returning to our rooms all towels were already there..so i could say that we are fortunate to not experience all those bad reviews on this hotel and i would love to come back again , thank you golden tulip for the great accommodation for us .

Jane ElliottI enjoyed my stay immensely. The hotel is beautiful, with picturesque views. The hot springs were especially refreshing and I had a relaxing massage at the tranquil Spa. All in all excellent value for money.

jeet singhDecent hotel off location. However, no valet parking and self parking is enormous challenge but can be managed. I am writing this review with low ranking because of their entrance or else they would have got at least 3 star. Entrance walkway is very slippery with 0 friction to grip so pls be careful. Me, my son and my Freind all slipped repeatedly. Since then we all have serious issue with our back probably disk shifted. Its very dangerous for the pregnant lady so hotel management must do something before any big incident happen. It wont cost them more than 2000 AED to rectify this issue.

sweta fuleWhen I first called up to check availability before purchasing the offer on Groupon, it seemed like the lady at the front desk was informed to not entertain any discounted offers and declined the availability of the standard room (which was the offer) directly, instead kept pushing to the superior rooms which was an additional charge with an excuse that all rooms were fully booked, with limited availability to superior rooms. Also, tried the sales gimmick to up-sell promoting the fact that it would be an additional for my hubbys birthday!!! Well, when I tried to call back, this time, with an intent to make the upgrade, yes!! hubbys birthday, and reserve the superior room, the call / several calls were not answered, it almost seemed deliberate as the first call was picked up in the first 2 rings, while later the calls were not picked up despite several rings. So very bad first impression. Even before we could experience the stay, felt judged by the staff. I am sure the facilities are great, but if this is the first response to your clients, the so called "customer experience"gets impacted negatively even before it starts and add to it the poor referrals.

omer al tamimiwell the staff at help desk are not so happy when u have an discounted offer,or they have been told to entertain people when they answer the call after long to long hours of ringing that to just mention to upgrade as standard rooms are not available.not at all cooperative specially Ms.Mari, its like an fish market crowded at the reception,there are no equipments available in the room,like toothpaste,tooth brush,etc,,, Food was not much good it was mostly vegetarian food,No BBQ items available,indoor swimming pool water was very cold,no 1 used it, there are no much channels at TV & the worst part we lived at first floor & some Indian group checked in around 11 pm & it was so noisy as if they have bought that hotel & the whole floor was belonged to them, i have made twice complained to the reception but NO use... they couldnt handle them.. Over all the place near by is quiet calm area, no traffic, but required some entertainment, or some music at buffet lobby,or outer surface place where to sit,, its good to go for one time visit only...

JenThe property has an amazing location....different. ..tucked in the mountains....but the management really needs to get their act together and maintain the hotel...the rooms are clean....but the common areas like pool area and changing rooms are pathetic... And filthy...housekeeping really needs more staff or u need more security to start correcting ur guests.

yasir arafatKhatt springs is located on a small hill top and you have a beautiful view of sunset on one side and the Hijra mountains on other side. You can drive up from the Khatt springs or trek a 100 200 steps from the spring site. The hotel is an average place in every sense but very popular amongst the locals who come to spend their weekend. The hotel staff doesnt bother much. You can click the beautiful sunset sitting outside or you may simply sit out and enjoy the sunset in leisure.

No issue with these websites but When hotel management hear you have discounted voucher the staff force you to upgrade when trying to book the rooms saying rooms are fully booked. Abdul BasethDecent place with decent service. Not the best but its a good place to get away from everything else. Rooms were good and proper. Staff are courteous and polite. I went on a weekday so it wasnt very busy. If youre going as a couple then beware of the kids running around across the corridors and lobby and their eternal noise from the pool area. Food at la palmeraie restaurant was OK. I liked the dinner and breakfast but the lunch was horrible. Set menu options are limited on weekdays so bear that in mind or just order from outside.

Athul Mpros: Hot springs swimming pool, although it is a long walk down, and even longer to come back, it is worth a star. Serene and beautiful location, and view out of my room. Very good service from the staffs. neutral: No parking, but valet helped. Good and spacious deluxe room and bathroom. Check-in time was very long, but that was due to rush in eid. cons : A/C was not working well at all, the staff offered to help by sending the maintenance men but i didnt want to wake my baby , in the middle of the night, so asked for a pedestal fan, which wasnt available. Had to have buffet dinner and breakfast, both with very limited variety, and wasnt any good at all. All in all, 3 stars was a bit generous of me,but it is still a worthwhile experience. Must go atleast once!

Abdul HassanQuiet area, low cost, but parking is a bit a problem here. You can park on the ramp and walk your way up the hotel lobby. Rooms are clean, staff are helpful. Sometimes it gets busy with tenants and some have kids who run around and make noise. Other than this, the hotel is ok. Room AC was acceptable but I would have liked it more if it was cooler.

ha3ha3Location is wonderful, view from Pools side is amazing, food, service & waiters are so bad, waiters keep on staring at you the whole time while eating, even cleaners around the whole area, they make you feel that you are a weird person who just came in the wrong place, food, avoid Menu Set food as much as possible, as they have Chicken for lunch, theyll give you mortadella for chicken, hell of a luvh we had. Only good thing about the whole hotel was the location, otherwise its a waste of money, will never visit again, that was my last visit.

They finally gave me the towels after one hour and a half of nagging !!!!. The food is not that good. They wanted to charge me for WiFi (30 DIRHAMS PER DEVICE FOR ONE DAY). I wouldnt expect much from this hotel.. it doesnt deserve 4 stars rating for sure and I may not come to this place again.

Yasmin AliI was there with my daughter last week and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice and clean although a bit far away from everything. The spa was amazing as well as the indoor pool. All the staff in general were very nice and helpful BUT the hotel was terribly understaffed! Only one person in the reception doing everything, the cafeteria in the lobby was closed though it was well equipped, children were roaming around the hotel and corridors screaming until late hours in the night which was very annoying. There could have been a security staff or a special room dedicated as a playground with baby siters to help in this issue. As for the food, there was only one restaurant working (all day dinning) and the set menu for dinner was very delicious and elegant, the service was very good and professional however, the breakfast buffet did not include much varieties.

Smitha JobisWe had a two day stay at Khatt Springs. It was a wonderful experience. We had 3 rooms given on the same floor as requested pool facing. Mr. MOHD RAFAT was very courteous with all the assistance during the check in. Our family had a very good time. Kids had the fabulous time in the pool and what more could we expect to relax our stressful minds. Only the hotel need to do a lil better with the interiors.
