    The hotel room suite we booked was spacious, although didnt have the full beach view. It was a partial view and hence not value for money. The room service when he cleaned our rooms didnt supply us with fresh towels, so we ended up using same towels for both days. Service for beach transfer (golf carts) was good and the beach itself is good. The swimming pool water was for some reason too salty. Can be better if there is one more outdoor swimming pool as the one was very crowded. Al Liwan restaurant menu is too limited. This definitely needs improvements.

    Overnight stay only; short business trip but I found the hotel to be spotlessly clean and in good decorative order. A good selection of dining outlets catering for families and couples alike. Suites excellent size and decor throughout. I enjoyed my quick visit.

    My husband and I booked to stay on 24th July to celebrate his birthday. We received a lovely welcome and I had some special birthday celebration request which were met. However I was not pleased with the fact that our bed was 2 twin beds joint into one which was very comfortable as while booking I was said well have a king bed. Also, we were placed on the 1st floor near the pool so in the morning it got very noisy. The bathroom had no tub unlike the pictures in the website and also no bathrobes.

    Absolutely fantastic hotel. Superb great food with so much variety. Nice clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Nothing to complain about at all. I had a great holiday. Its a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️service from the moment you arrive till the time you leave. Thanks again.

    No meet and greet like other real 5 stars hotels and we struggled to check in from desk to desk although there was no body at both desks but each desk was saying we are the concierge and the other is for check out and every one was sending us to the other desk and I realized it was in front of the manager because he was standing out there and I thought he was a client. Low quality services, low quality food with limited varieties, no kids meals whilst we bought full board for kids but unfortunately without any benefit also no drinks are inclusive. No preparation for the kids room although the hotel knows we have 4 kids and every time we should call the housekeeper to provide us with enough towels but always there was a shortage and negligence. Always room cleaning is late at noon time and disturbed our time with very rush cleaning with low quality touches. Bad smell pool towels and bad smell bathroom. Reception gave us internet vouchers and told us we can take new ones when finished and when I asked for new ones she told me I have to pay and she needs to check with the manager but her colleague gave us the vouchers even without asking anyone and without payment. The hotel as 3 starts is not bad but I will not repeat this mistake and will not recommend it to any of my friends.

    As an hotelier its very difficult to be satisfied. But this hotel met all the standards of a 5 star hotel. Pls keep your standard and dont compromise. Well mannered staffs... Bless

    This hotel is one of my favorite hotels in RAK. It has many options for family fun and the staff are really amazing. They have one perfume shop called The code V...something.. We love it! I still use their perfumes!

    I requested for upgraded room and high floor and all the requests are fulfill. We was upgraded to suite and had beautiful beautiful view. The receptionist who checked in was professional and she explained hotel facilities. Some receptionist repeat this info like they are reading the script. But Marjan resort receptionist was explaining in a very patience way. We had issue with door lock and it was fixed in a minutes and surprisingly the operator called us and followed up is that all right now. We are being cared about all the requests. So sad that we did not have much time to see your beautiful swimming pool and we will definitely come back with family again and book long stay. I will recommend all friend and colleagues if they went to RAS Marjan resort is the best place to stay.

    The place is good, calm and peaceful. Sports facility is quite good but I did not use it as I was disappointed with the staff. Dont know how to entertain customer. The beach is not really nice to swim however me and my family enjoyed the pool. Breakfast is fine, served healthy food.

    I was looking for nice beach hotel. Hotel in general is good, but management (service) should be much better especially in main restaurant - not enough staff to clean tables, always shortage for tea spoon and cups, cocoa (hot chocolate). Im surprised that hotel doesnt have pontoon bridge (like in Egypt) in open part of see! Current beach doesnt have good sand :-( Hotel looks focus on children but animation is extremely poor (vs. Turkey). Food was very good.

    The experience was good. Stayed for 1 night over the weekend. The food was good and the ambience relaxed. The rooms and services were very good. Staff were also courteous. Overall very satisfied with my stay.

    To begin with, me and my daughter stayed at Marjan Island for one week and we can say that altogether it was a very enjoyable vacation we had there! However, there are a few points we would like to point out referring to the hotel and beach. First of all, the hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly! The times for breakfast and dinner are well set (breakfast from 7 am - 10:30 am, dinner from 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm), the meals are delicious also for vegetarians and vegan and every day we would get at least 2 bottles of fresh water in our room. One thing we would have wished for was a balcony because we had no choice to dry our clothes anywhere else except for the bathroom. (Our row had no balconys, others had!) Secondly, the beach was beautiful and also very clean. However, the amount of available beach loungers and umbrellas was quite small. We were there in April, which is not the main season for beach holidays, and didnt get a lounger till the late afternoon. Moreover, the area in the sea where it is allowed to swim is limited by buoys and is not this big. Apart from that, everything else was fine! There were sports facilities for tennis, soccer,... Massage studios, additional restaurants, cafes, some shops and bars in the hotel were also available. To sum up: we enjoyed our stay there very much and would recommend it to others definitely!

    It was absolutely amazing, The staff was very courteous and helpful and always smiling to help.The location of the resort is also fantastic with lovely views of the island and away from the city which helps in taking a quick break away from the hustle bustle of the crowds and traffic. The suite was exceptionally great and it was wonderful staying at Al Marjan Resort, Would highly recommend it for families and I would definitely come back again to stay at this amazing resort.

    i stayed with the hotel for a day with my wife. The room given was good albeit there were few minor issues like foyer light not switching off at night so had to call electrician, no one answering the in room dining call. i called thrice then asked reception to call, exhaust in bathroom not working. Also the breakfast was not fresh, some of the stuff seemed left over from previous days. Not expected from accor brand

    The hotel is not considered even a two stars hotel because of the staff and management. They charged me for a bottel of water that was in a fridge!! Since when any hotel in the whole world charge u for a bottel of water. That consider cheating and very low standards.. Thanks i will never be here anytime for the rest of mylife.. No should be here.. There are better hotels with better standards and better prices..

    Check in and check out process was very quick .Mr James was very helpful and very informative person,Room was spacious,neat and clean,Excellent breakfast and lunch buffet with good verities,Credit goes to the Executive chef and team. and good quality stuffs .kids pool was very nice with lots of sun bed and towels .Sure will come back again.

    It was very good The prices was the best element for such room (3 bed rooms) However the breakfast was 5/10 And the kitchen was not equipped with thr needful elements such as dishs and spoons etc The carpets were a bit smelling (due to water I believe)

    The room was okay but we didnt like the food as compared from our stay last year. Since last year, we have booked the same hotel to hold our marriage encounter retreat. And this year we have done the same, but we were all disappointed when we had our dinner and breakfast in a different room (not their usual dinner/breakfast function rooms), with a limited selection of food. We were hoping to find the same ambiance and food selections, we had last year or even better. But it was such a disappointment for us.

    Looks like Im in Hawaii or some excluded Beach somewhere. I love it but careful with the summer heat around Jun to Aug, but still lots of hotels, indoor activities and restaurants. Parts are still being developed. Lovely place to spend a vacation and an hour or so drive to Dubai, the funnest city on the planet.

    We had informed about our wedding anniversary in advance during our stay and we were informed that there will be a special treatment but there was not a word of greeting also. We had to move to another room as we were not able to sleep the whole first night due to disturbance of the vehicles and the other room noises. I had lost my 2 pairs of earings before moving to another room and inspite of reporting within 2 hours of the lost of earings, the staff just informed us that nothing was found in the room as I very well remember the exact place where I kept the earnings. The overall experience was just waste of our entire money and we left the hotel a day before the checkout date due to the disappointment faced.

    One of the very best hotels in hospitality. Name your preferences and occasions and watch them all answered and celebrated. The place is amzing and the people ( the team and especially adminstration) are above extraordinary. I have been welcomed by almost everybody and honored by having the manager Mr. Yasser Ahmad welcoming us in person though we are ordinary guests. Such devotion to work and please people is rare and highly appreciated. Words can not describe the outstanding service we recieved. As for the restaurants, go and try the food and you will be amazed. The ambience is above relaxing and the food is a delight to the taste buds. We tried Al forno, casa Maghrib, Aliwan and Zaytouna. All served heavenly food thanks to the excellent adminstation of Mr Joseph. The hotel is highly recommended, go check it yourself.

    My kids enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Reasonable prices for the food. Good cleaning quality. Big rooms. Disadvantage Delay at the check-in which took more that an hour And check-out around 30 minutes.

    Hotel rooms are very nice and comfortable. Good range of facilities even if some are not well maintained (child play are, water child inflate structures, ...) Swimming pool water was turbid.....potential sign of dirt ? Dinner buffet good but not with an extraordinary choice, in particular for appetizers. Breakfast buffet good.

    First Thanks to CAKE TEAM, who sent a complimentary cake for our Anniversary on our request. It was very beautiful and delicious. It was nice and relaxing stay for me and family, especially by 9 months son, who enjoyed the pool. the reception was very friendly and Good. understand there is always good crowd, so can expect little time in check in. but its fine. the room service and staff also were friendly. but 1 thing regrets me was the restaurant, may be it is the restaurant practice. i have taken a meal combo with your resort for day1, then i realized no for day2, during break fast all water, coffee and juice were served. but for Lunch when i requested for water and juice, the staff straight asked it will be charged. but i told them to check with the reception about the payment, whether i need to pay it or not, since i have taken the meal combo, i told him to give water, my family needs it, they didnt provide untill i said ok i will pay, i was so furious and anger and very disappointed. Then for dinner i bought own water outside and i didnt take the meal combo the next day. Water is a basic need and to be charged this way in my view is very rudeness, and the perspective i had on Marjan Island Resort just came down, as hospitality and tourism service or any service when there is an emergency or urgency, you cannot stop to provide until the guest accepts to pay. No that should not be. who knows may be that was an life risking. My suggestion is it is a year of giving, atleast water should not be charged, it is a basic need. Thanks

    On June 9th, 2017. The weather was pleasant. The beach in the morning is amazingly well and refreshing. The staff in Marjan hotel were all the time noticingly smiling. Unexpected the quality of food, it exceeded my expectations. I love the place

    Facilities for a family were excellent. There was a kids club with cinema, face painting, mascots as well as inflatable water slides, bikes and boats. Shuttle service to the private beach which although only over the road appreciated in the heat. Few issues with communication bottle warming, decaf coffee, booking afternoon tea.

    Check in was low .. beach not clean and far from hotel .. the service was not up to quilty of 5 star .. with same amout even less i can stay in other hotel with fabulous services in the same island .. nothing to mention was good about the hotel .. also they keep my car outside the hotel (near to main road for full day under 50 digreed .. we was on top floor and we can hear people in the swimming pool .. so 2 out of 10 is too much for the hotel .. this my first and last time visiting this hotel or maybe the all group

    This was the worst experience we had, from the booking until check out. The hotel staffs do not know the word coordination. And worst, minibar charged to us though there is no snacks found in our room when we entered. Room is smelly. And the alleys are worst smelly.

    It was an awesome experience, I was waiting in que for checkin when Mr. James noticed and welcome me to guest relation desk for checkin and answered to all my queries with delight. The Stay was very pleasant , specially my kids enjoyed a lot. My only concern is cuisine which I feel should have atleast 2 nonveg indian gravy dish in the cuisine and steamed rice.

    I booked under the recommendation of a friend. But I got very disappointed at the beggining of my stay. So I referred to the duty manager who helped me solving the issues to make my stay better. But when I booked in a hotel this standard, i didnt expect to find a room like I did (fridge not plugged, dirty and smelly, and dirty clothes from the previous clients). I guess it can be a nice hotel to stay in, but it needs more effort on the cleanliness of the rooms and the outdoor shared areas. And avoid it on holidays when its full because its not peaceful at all (if this is what youre looking for ) On a positive note, The employees were helpful and the management managed to solve my issues and to provide me with a best option.

    Expensive. Limited and narrow to move around. Pool is very small and few swimmers will make it crowded. Shop prices are more than expensive. Minibar prices are more than expensive. Reciptionts and reservation are nice and helpful. Room service team are active and fast.

    The location is very nice, since it is located on an island. And the staff of the reception are very polite and helpful, the only thing that stands in the way of making it the perfect vacation place, is the hot weather, so i recommend the visit to be during winter.

Small kids can pass motion in pool so whats the guarantee for hygiene. 2) Food No option for vegetarian ,No option in Buffett dinner for Indian subcontinent people.

    My experience was good & bad, I was welcomed really well Mr. Naem at the welcome desk was very courteous and surprised me with an upgrade. Rooms were good, services were good, a few names i would like to highlight Mr. Lila the manger or in-charge of the restaurant was very helpful, Ms. Joana in the Italian restaurant did a great job by accepting our dinner order while the chef was just about to leave after his working hours. Mr. Sadiq made amazing eggs in the morning. My over all stay was good, but my check out process and the staff made me really upset. When I came to the check out desk there was a lady to assist us, i dont remember her name, as she spoil my entire 3 day experience in the resort. She asked us to sit as there were quite a lot of people to check out. however she kept me sitting for 35 mins there were others who were checking out and they were straight coming out of the lift and heading towards the desk for check out, later i felt unattended and went to the desk to finish the formalities and take my security deposit refund. Also by the time valet could get my car, my luggage was kept out in a very disrespectful manner as if everyone there just wanted to throw us out of the resort.. I wish my check out experience was good then i would have rated the resort as the best, but unfortunately a few people are working only for the sake of salary and are just not responsible enough to handle guests.

    first of all the room was not clean we have seen cockroaches and flies all over . second the food in the restaurant was not at all good. not affordable as they say.wifi only two connections are allowed and its extremely slow.horrible I will not recommend for families.

    Food did not have a good spread of vegetarian assortments. With proper food it ruins ur holiday. Plus the hot water in the room was yellow in colour. Even after we complaint there was no improvement.

    I do believe that Marjan Island Resort and Spa can do a lot better. Check in: It was a terrible. I guess you have to wear a coat and tie to be attended to. It was borderline racist. Breakfast: I had to stand and wait for a table to be seated. Did you know you serve hard boiled, scrambled, omelette and poached egg? Thats half of the spread. Not much to choose from. This goes also for dinner. Servers were very warm and accommodating. Special shout out to Romnick. Pool: Its too salty. Water is a little hazy and not clear. We were dissapointed to find out there is no beach. Lamar Spa: This might just be your saving glory. The massage was a bit expensive but worth it. Would recommend this to all your guest. I do hope this can help you improve your services. Wish you all the best and hope to visit you again soon.

    overall my stay was very good. The cleaning services is remarkable. The hospitality at breakfast with staff is very pleasing especially Marebel. If the kitchen can provide whats on the menu would be satisfying moreover the vegetarian dishes is limited to pastas on nights other than the Indian theme night.

    This is a dry hotel which was not made clear to us and not mentioned anywhere on the website. We stayed for 1 night and after breakfast on the departure date we enquiried where the turtles are that warranted the name turtle beach then being informed that they are there at 6 in the morning meaning we had missed them, why this wasnt informed to us at check in is deeply disappointing. With a check out time of 12pm and having your keys not work anytime after 10am is truely the height of bad manners leaving us with a feeling that the hotel couldnt wait for us to leave, having twice going back to the desk needing us to be escorted back to the room is highly disappointing and embarrassing.

    It was good, service, ambience, hotle staff, restorant staff, restorent manager Mr. leela every thing was funtastic. But there was a problem for indians regarding food. tandoori roti or chapati or prantha was not there. it is very difficult to eat bread for indians. Do something regarding the same.     I spent one night last weekend in the hotel with my family, the room was clean, spacious, with big balcony and amazing pool and sea view. Our reservation includes Iftar and Sohur buffet, I was informed during booking its in Al Liwan restaurant, unfortunately when we arrived they informed us it is in AYASYA restaurant. The quality of food at Iftar was average, variety is poor, you have to stay in the line for 20 minutes to get few peaces of BBQ. At Sohur time food was average however there was a big cockroach in the restaurant, there was no waiters to help us.

    i have visited you 3 years ago and i had amazing stay. this time was not the same. no improvement, on the contrary, the hotel degraded, accepting low class tourists. the sea was disappointing, the pool is not clean enough, the walkway kept without facilities, the breakfast and dinner degraded and was repeated and not always fresh. I doubt if i will come back.

    We really needed to relax a bit, use the spa, jakuzi etc.. But the jakuzi was not operating. The pool did not have any sun and way too noisy. The food was nice. The decoration of the rooms were average. Not an expected 5star hotel of UAE standards in general..

    Its handsome and nice water pool but things annoyed me as; 1.the sea just for view but you not allowed to swim in the sea 2.if you on half board they are not giving drinks or water free ,you have to buy 3.The are taking 500 AED Security, will be refunded at check out

    The place is wonderful the reception was done perfectly for my check in and i was lucky this time was my second time there so i had an upgrade to a suite room that was very kind to get an upgrade i would like to thanks the Hotel management and specially the reception Mr jaims the swimming pool was also great .

    Not great, quality of service, food, facilities, kids club and beach not great. Not a typical UAE hotel and 100% not what we would expect from a 5 star. Coffee from instant machines at breakfast, no service around any pool or beach or anywhere to be honest. Kids club - there is not one there is a big amusements center which you must pay for like magic planet. Hotel very unsecure, open and anyone living locally can use the facilities it seems like. Everyone on holiday was on all inclusive and hotel seems to then do everything cheap and not care, we were not all inclusive and service was non existent. Everything is broken, 10 staff in breakfast hadnt realised for 3 days the massive toaster didnt work, then couldnt care less whether it did anyway.

    I think other reviews are payed by the hotel. The price is the one of a 5 star, but the quality is the one of a 3 star. Maybe you consider buying a coupon to make it cheaper going to a "5* hotel"? Forget it not worth it: quality is not there and neither is the price: they made us upgrade to a suite because the pool of rooms for coupons was over for the entire week (wonder if they actually have any such rooms...). You believe "oh ok lets treat ourselves and go for the suite" ? Nope. Still not worth it. For the same price you would have a real 5* in one of the Hiltons nearby. Room would be smaller but you would have the quality of breakfast, beach, and so on. Now let me detail. The building is nice and the staff is nice. Apart from this lots of disappointments: - Worst beach ever: water is full with algues, the swimmable area is not deep, beach is not cleaned, tables are not cleaned, chairs are low quality, lots of constructions around the beach = no relaxation, the area to swim is small, the beach is more gravel than sand. Just not a 5* hotel beach. - Swimming pool is small, chairs are dirty (the cushions have stains which obviously will never go away), towels are also sometimes not cleaned properly, the whole smells a lot like chlore. - Breakfast buffet is standard (but keep in mind its a 5* hotel, so it should not be "standard", we payed big times for it), walls are dirty in the restaurant, "fresh" fruits are coming from cans except for water melon. - Gym smells so much like chlore, that we gave up on the idea of going there.

    A lovely place designed for the family and kids. I stayed there many times. They have good offers over the weekdays. I like their buffet . Clean rooms and friendly staff. They need to add more water sports. My kids love their pirate club. They have a supermarket if u need a fast food shopping. Love it n looking forward to have another stay up there ❤️

    Located in a man made island similar to The Palm, Marjan Island Resort is a nice family resort. We were fortunate to stay when it was quiet giving me and my friend a relaxed day at the Al Forno, having tea at the lobby, and breakfast at Al Liwan. Several of the staff gave us wonderful service (Kymbat, Rose Ann, Riaz, Concierge). Managers should go and talk to the guests more than their staff, that is their prime responsibility. I have enjoyed my stay, however have two concerns that management may considerably look into: (1) while inside the steam room, I witnessed 3 mothers taking their infants and a small child inside the sauna where the temperature was high, and (2) i fell asleep at the sofa and woke up with bites on my leg, feet and arm.

    Disappointed. Very disappointed. Should be a 3 star hotel and not a 5 star. Staff is not well trained on hospitality. They dont understand what does extra bed means. Evendors after I paid for it they stop me from breakfast and ask me to talk to reception. Receptionist says extra bed is meant only for kids!!! Never have I had this kind of experience as I travel a lot and stayed in lot of hotels. Very bad experience.

    An amazing property in Ras Al Khaimah on Marjan Island. Great for a weekend getaway. It has a sea facing view on either side. Amazing rooms. Great service.     I dont recommend this hotel at all, very bad service , took us a lot of time. for check in, not helpful at all , the rooms smells and the bed stickiness, the pool is very hot , the valet park take more than 15-20 min just to bring the car, they dont use air fresh in the rooms and corridor, its my first time to go to a 5-stars hotel that the electricity cut off, and the reception almost never pick up the phone, it was the worst experience i ever had. In my opinion it deserve 1 star.

    Nice hotel with good sea view ideal for winter , tried in Ramadan June 2016, our family had good time.Soft spoken staff with good interiors of the room and service in addition very supportive STAFF. I can mention the gym staff Mr.Smart really helped me in using sona and steam bath as I never tried such activities he made sure I am ok. If you are looking for Indian/Asian food that may lead you little disappoint at restaurant.But overall very good feeling and perfect getaway from city , I recommend for family in terms of safety and children play area ,common people enjoy your life come out of daily routine. I will give 4 out of 5 .

House keeping is very bad and slow but i cant blame your stuff members , they are smily, helpful and working hard but the hotel administration should double their number to improve the service level and satisfy your guests. I will never think to came back to your hotel and sure my advice is to change the place if you are coming to RAK.

    It is not a 5 star hotel. The service is poor, we had cockroaches in the room and the food is tasteless and horrible. There was a squashed cockroach on the bathroom wall for 2 days, even after the staff cleaned the room it wasnt removed. We actually had to call management to get it removed.

    i was four nights and five days at this hotel.the lobby is small the staffs are not trained well.we were waiting more than 30 min for check in but i already did by internet and key supposed to be ready.the room was clean but not perfect ,old furniture and very small bath room without bath tub,and for the cleaning everyday we had problem and always they forget to change something like towel ,soap,water, tea bag ...the beach was nice but far from hotel and we should go by car belongs to hotel,there were not enough towel in the beach too.internet was horrible and disconnected every 2 min.one complete day it was off.there are many flats in the hotel that were rented yearly so the tenants bring many guest and the restaurant is very small and cannot give good service,for on spoon or water or any things we should wait 10 to 15 min just sara and liyla were doing well,they were respectful .the taste of food totally was spicy and not delicious .always restaurant was crowded and should wait to take a table .the outside pool is very small and will be full by children. inside pool are smaller than outside. always the lobby is crowded and staff are not enough to manage.elevator timing has problem.after 11 pm there is not any place to go and should stay at room.some two small restaurant is outside the hotel that their coffee is horrible and for one menu they took different price in different night .the staff are polite but it can be hotel apartment not 5 star hotel. i never refer any body to this hotel and i was disappointed a lot

    Понравился отель в целом. Очень хороший номер. Хорошая уборка в номере. На пляже не всегда были полотенца. Недостаточно для такого количество отдыхающих мест на пляже. Очень плохое обслуживание в ресторане отеля. Официантов найти сложно. Долго несут напитки, иногда только к концу обеда/ужина. Во время завтрака не хватает стаканов для чая/кофе. Нет выбора творога, йогурта. Блинчики на завтрат очень низкого качества.

    Хотелось отдельно отметить, что в отеле очень чисто. Заходишь внутрь и все сверкает от чистоты. Номера уютные и чистые, все банные принадлежности пополнялись вовремя, полотенца белоснежные чистые. Есть бассейн для детей, вода там всегда свежая и чистая. Вкусно кормят в ресторане. Все очень понравилось.

    Отель замечательный. Еда в ресторане хорошая. Единственное,что не очень удобно это вода и соки на заказ. Отсутствие чайных ложек. И не очень понравился пляж. Наличие рядом пункта с прокатом лодок делает отдых некомфортным. Запах керосина или бензина,шум и постоянно грязная вода.

    Замечательный тихий отель с большим разнообразием кухни, сервируется даже детское меню. Свой пляж через дорогу, пешком 5 мин., но отелем предоставляется бесплатный трансфер. Трансфер также предоставляется в ближайшие ТЦ. Пляж немного разочаровал - во время отливов от берега до буйков около 5 м. купаться приходится в "луже", за буйки спасатели не пускают. К тому же вода в мае 2017 года была грязной - тина и мелкие ошметки непонятно чего, вокруг идет стройка, возможно, это является причиной. Поскольку отель и пляж находится на искусственном острове, песок на пляже не мягкий, белый, но не бархатистый, а скорее как мелкая крошка. На пляже для гостей отеля предоставляются бесплатные лежаки, полотенца, душ и WC. На территории пляжа работает бар, для проживающих по системе ALL inclusive в баре выдают бесплатно прохладительные напитки, для всех остальных - за доп. плату. Отель позиционирует себя как 5-ти звездочный, но я бы оценила его на твердую 4-ку. Из минусов, пожалуй, только слабый wi-fi и интернет вцелом. На 1-м этаже находится спа-центр и тренажерный зал, причем для женщин и мужчин раздельное посещение. Пока вокруг нет практически никаких достопримечательностей - на экскурсии нужно ехать в Дубай и Абу Даби, это примерно 2 часа на автобусе. Можно взять машину на прокат. Так что если Вы собираетесь просто отдохнуть и набраться сил на солнце, у моря - это точно ваш вариант. И да, в отеле не продается алкоголь, но его всегда можно купить в Duty free по прилету либо в ближайшем супермаркете, до которого 10 мин езды на такси за 20 дирхам.

    Менеджмент отеля, обслуживающий персонал очень понравились. Особо хотел бы отметить профессионализм персонала ресепшена (в частности Евгению), идеальную уборку номера 705 (Сулейман), четкую работу персонала ресторана, ребят на гольфкарах. Номера современные, хорошо оборудованные, санузел приятно впечатлил. Вместе с тем есть некоторые минусы - маленький бассейн, отсутствие водных горок, недостаточно мягкий песок (на соседнем пляже он оказался мягче).

    Подкупила встреча и проводы в аэропорт отелем на автомобиле предстпвительсеого класса! Разнообразная еда в программе все включено! Роскошь холлов, большой прекрксно оборудованный пляж, удобный бассейн! Дети в восторге от площадки. Из рекомендаций: 1) необходимо включть мороженное, фрукты и какие- нибудь плюшки на полдник в баре, 2) закупить новые велосипеды вместо старых скрипучих и отрегулировать цену для их проката по набережной, 3) подумать над детской анимацией: в отеле много детей и иногда им бывает скучно- можно добавить каких нибудь мастерклассов, развивалок и подвижных игр, можно тематические познавательные вечеринки на тему традиций разных стран или сказок. Комментарий по поводу гардероба: для путешествующих с детьми очень необходима часть, где можно развешивать одежду и часть, оборудовпнная полками. По поводу Wi-fi- мир меняется, и для детей от 7 лет необходимо предусмотреть подключение wi-fi ( в нашем случае-3 устройства в программе все включено).

    При регистрации на стойке отеля нас встретил приветственный напиток- сок. Номера чистые, уютные, просторные. Постельные принадлежности меняли каждый день. За что снизила оценку - при заезде в моем номере не было тапок и зубных щеток с зубной пастой. Под шкафом лежал пластиковый стакан от предыдущих владельцев. На тумбочках проглядывала пыль. И окна, в которые я от силы смотрела пару раз, не были кристально чистыми, хотя это можно понять, так как если большую часть времени года снаружи палит солнце и проходят песчаные бури, то их не намоешь. В номере так же есть чайник с чаем и кофе - приятно вечером попить без посторонних глаз, читая местную газетку. Я человек чувствительный, мне в номере первые два дня не хватало звукоизоляции от проезжающих авто мимо, хотя они ездили очень редко, а затем я привыкла и перестала обращать на это внимание. Пляж небольшой, чистый, белый песочек. Вода чистая, ракушек полно. Другая сторона отеля смотрит на бассейн, где мы не купались, так как нам хватало моря и персидский залив, с набережной и понтоном, куда можно выйти и красиво пофоткаться, понаблюдать за рыбами и морскими ежами. Классно.=-) В основном все было просто замечательно. Мы отдыхали, спали, загорали, купались, ели, спали и тд. Вечерних дискотек и анимации нет, можно наконец-то спать спокойно, не вздрагивая от звуков музыки. Мы брали софт ол инклюзив, еда тут на 5+ по шведскому столу, А какие тут сладости! Пальчики оближешь! Иногда менеджеры отеля не могли согласовать свои действия друг с другом.

    مسبح الأطفال المفروض يكون مغطى و بعض الصور في دعاياتكم توحي انكم تملكون شاطئ بحري و هذا غير صحيح الموظفون عموما مرحبون و على مستوى جيد من التمكن من مهامهم المطعم جيد لكن في نظري يلزمه بعض التنويع خصوصا في الفواكه الغرفة جيدة و خدمة الغرف كذلك صادفت مشكلة صغيرة في مكيف الهواء في غرفة الجلوس عموما إقامة جيدة و اتمنى لكم التوفيق

    В отеле нам понравилось все, кроме службы Ресепшен (Размещения). За день до отъезда 18.05.2017г. ты подошли на ресепшен и попросили о продлении номера 207 до 18часов. 19.05.2017г. за доплату. Это был принципиальный вопрос для нас, т.к. у нас маленький ребенок и я беременная. Нам нужно было отдохнуть в самую жару.Но нам было отказано в категорической форме всеми сотрудниками ресепшен, не смотря на наши просьбы, основываясь на отсутствии свободных номеров.С нами вообще разговаривали не поднимая глаз, особенно отличились рускоговорящие девушки Евгения и вторая, имени, к сожалению не запомнили. При этом на Вооking. com было очень много свободных номеров на период с 19.05.2017 по 20.05.2017г. Это выглядело как обман. Мы были очень расстроены и забронировали на это время номер в другом отеле. Получается вашему отелю не нужны дополнительные деньги и клиенты, мы были готовы заплатить на 6 часов продления номера как за полные сутки. Это оставило очень неприятный осадок. Получается нас просто выставили за дверь.

    Понравилось: Расположение отеля, вежливый персонал, красивый ухоженный номер, тренажерный зал (яблочки - вроде мелочь, а очень приятно!), Spa Lamar - великолепное! Очень понравилось что в бассейне и саунах каждый час берутся пробы. Не понравилось: Тараканы в кафе - это омерзительно, прямо на столах с едой, в номер периодически забывали положить чай, один раз не положили воду, не понравилось разнообразие кухни, хотелось бы более разнообразную еду, или чтобы менялось меню хотя бы один раз в несколько дней. И самое главное!!! Повесть Российский флаг, больше половины гостей отеля были русскими и было неприятно что нашего флага нет. Прошу учесть замечания и обязательно вернусь к вам еще!

    Благодарим Вас за прекрасные дни, проведенные в отеле. Понравилось нам абсолютно все. Уже не первый раз отдыхаем в ОАЭ и с каждым разом все больше и больше остаемся довольными качеством и уровнем обслуживания. Слова благодарности в первую очередь хотели бы выразить персоналу, в частности, девушке на ресепшн по имени Regina. Она нас сразу же заселила в номер, очень подробно все объяснила. Спасибо вам большое за все!

    Холл просторный, красиво украшен, с хорошей мебелью. Номер неплохой, просторный, но ковролин грязноват. В номере до нас явно курили. Попросили заменить, но нам отказали, предложили получше убраться, но так ничего и не сделали. Запах оставался до самого отъезда. Очень хорошо работал кондиционер, на 5+. Мебель неплохая, но вешалок (плечиков) маловато. На одной из кроватей проблема с матрасом, посередине горб какой-то, но матрасы в целом удобные. Убирали хорошо, полотенца меняли по мере необходимости, но хотелось бы 3 полотенца на каждого. Одного полотенца явно не хватало. Очень кстати был набор для чая и кофе. Персонал приветливый, но некоторые просьбы приходилось повторять по несколько раз. Еда для нас не подходила за редким исключением. На завтрак не было хорошего йогурта, натуральных мюсли, хорошего сыра, творога. Понравился мед из сот и разнообразный хлеб. На обед и ужин подавали не очень качественные фрукты, ананасы, арбузы, дыни. Если морепродукты, то в каком-то соусе, из которого трудно все вылавливать и вообще понять, что кладешь в тарелку. Пару раз рыба была приготовлена неплохо, утка, если это была утка)) и мясо. Помидоры похожи на тепличные, без вкуса. Отварные овощи были очень кстати. Десерты вообще не ели, невкусные. Никакого сравнения с 5 звездными отелями на Кипре, в Греции или Турции. Там не хотелось уходить из ресторана. И даже в Египте, как мне кажется, кормят лучше, хотя страна намного беднее! До пляжа идти недалеко и даже приятно прогуляться или доехать. Пляж и вход в море, если не учитывать колючих предметов в песке, хороший. Щезлонги и зонты как везде. В общем пляж комфортный. Но в следующий раз я выберу другой отель - ближе к городу и с видом на открытое море. Написать, что понравилось? Просторная ванная комната - ванна и душ это очень удобно. Хороший балкон, где приятно посидеть и выпить чай. Удобные лифты. Больше всего понравился кондиционер - легко регулируется, не дует в зону кроватей, очень комфортный, на 5+. Но еще больше понравилось отношение правителей ОАЭ к своим гражданам, политика развития страны и упор на технологии будущего. ОАЭ - это страна будущего! Имеет ли это отношение к отелю? Вполне возможно. Совершенствуйтесь. Желаю всего самого наилучшего владельцам, управляющим и персоналу отеля.

    المكان جيد ولكن التكييف سيئ للغاية وتم إعلام خدمة الغرف بذلك ولكن كان سيئ . ولم يعجبني نظام وقت المغادرة (check out) حيث تم اتصال من قبل الإستقبال أكثر من مره الساعة 12:00ظهراً مع العلم تم إخبار موظفة الاستقبال عربية الجنسية بأن مغادرتي من المكان الساعة 02:00 ظهراً ولم تمنانع حيث كان وقت وصولي إلى المكان الساعة 04:00 عصراً.

    Bon service, personnel très gentil, hôtel luxueux, mais pas danimation, la piscine se situe dans une cours entourée par les hauts bâtiments presque tout le temps dans lombre et ne voit presque pas le soleil sauf à midi... la plage et la mer sont tellement artificiels que jai préféré de rester dans la chambre de lhôtel qui elle par contre était une suite agréable.

    Прекрасный отель. Хорошо выдержан стиль. Убирают часто. Сервис не навязчив,персонал отлично справляется. Единственный недостаток -слабоватый Wi-Fi, видео тормозит. Но для просмотра новостей и почты вполне хватает. Хотя и в этом есть плюс - мотивирует выбраться из номера на свежий воздух)))

    На пять звезд не дотягивает, но если вы готовы на твердую, уверенную, качественную четверку и вам нужно погреться на солнышке и отключиться от повседневной реальности, то вам понравится. В общем все хорошо, вежливый учтивый персонал, ежедневная уборка с заменой постели отличная звукоизоляция. Можно спать в любое время суток как в склепе)). Сервис не навязчивый в хорошем смысле слова. Из минусов: вокруг все строят, хочешь выспаться не открывай на ночь окна, пыли нет, просто разбудят в 6 утра. Но в целом, отдых удался. Спасибо!

    Очень комфортные комнаты , особенно кровать , наличие биде в ванной - супер, отличная ежедневная уборка , хорошее время работы ресторана на завтраке , обеде и ужине , комфортное кондиционирование. Необходимо добавить в ТВ еще русских каналов , т. к. 95% русские гости , в меню добавить ежедневный куриный суп , т. к. много детей , и меньше перца добавлять в еду.

    Отличное соотношение цена-качество.Номер,обслуживание,питание-на высоком уровне. Скудноват пляж-во время отлива не поплавать (можно сдвинуть буйки), а также территория: вокруг отеля заняться нечем, прогулки довольно однообразны (предлагается организовать регулярный трансфер в город пару раз в день).

    حبيت المكان فيه اكثر عن حوض خارجي وفيه احواض داخليه مسكره مكان خاص للنساء ومكان خاص للرجال مع جيم لكل مكان.. بس ما عجني ان يوفرون سرير واحد فقط للغرفه( اسره الاطفال). وبالنسبه للواي فاي بس نشبك جهازين والثلاث ب50 درهم

    للعلم كنت مقيم في الفندق بغرض مرور عامين على زواجي وقد ابلغت الاستقبال بعمل الكعكة و تزين الغرفة ف الساعة التاسعة مساءا بتاريخ 26-07-2017 وعند وصولي الى الغرفة تفاجاة لايوجود اي شي يخص حفل زواجي من الكعكعة و و تزيين الغرفة وعند سؤالي الى الاستقبال جاوبوني بان قام احد الموظفين برن جرس الغرفة ولم يفتح لنا الباب علما بان ابلغتهم سأغادر الغرفة في هذا الوقت

    Приехали на медовый месяц парой. В номере было очень грязно (пыль на стенах, в деревянном панно над кроватью). Окна в номере не открываются, воздуха нет. На нашу просьбу убрать номер пришел сотрудник отеля через час после звонка на ресепшен. Пропылесосили только стены. Панно протирали от пыли сами. На выходных ужинали в ресторане Азия, видели тараканов на сыре и колбасе (есть фото). Пляж плохой, море очень мелкое, за буйки нельзя было заплывать. Напротив ведется стройка, постоянный шум, вид плохой на море, точнее моря нет, залив. Слева от пляжа пустырь, на который приезжают гастарбайтеры нюхать клей (очень много пакетов с клеем), с детьми в такой отель ехать опасно. Это уровень трех звезд в других странах. При заселении чемоданы не подняли в номер. Муж через полтора часа спускался за ними на первый этаж. Они стояли у стены без всякой охраны. Не знаю, что еще добавить. Отдых не удался.

    Wir waren von dem Hotel sehr begeistert. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet & sehr sauber. Die Auwahl an Essen ist sehr groß & definitiv für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich & aufmerksam. Einziger Minuspunkt wäre der Pool, welcher im Verhältnis gesehen, recht klein für das Hotel ist. Der Strand ist höchstens 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Selbst dahin fährt stets & ständig ein Shuttle. Vielen Dank!! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. :-)

    المكان وايد حلو ... و اغلب الغرف اطل على الحوض ... نادي القراصنه كان تجربه جميله للاطفال .... حوض و جيم و ساونا و جاكوزي خاص للنساء في الطابق الاول شى يحسب للفندق ... و في مكان لتاجير الدراجات الهوائيه و العاب مائيه و في العاب عاديه بعد في الجهه الخلفيه للفندق .. انصح بالسكن فيه بقوه للي عنده اطفال مب لازم يطلع من الفندق

    Dovolená naprosto katastrofální. Nejhorší dovolená. Hotel 5*, měli jsme all inclusive, ale za všechno si musíte připlatit. Džusy jsou ve venkovních barech placené. Čištění odpadu v hotelu asi naznají, když jsme se osprchovali, měli jsme v koupelně potopu. Internet má být zdarma, při odjezdu začne člověk, který Vám do očí řekl, že je internet zdarma, tvrdit, že jste přečerpali limit, tutíž ho musíme doplatit 50 dirhamů na den, tak pomalý internet byl v ČR před 15-ti lety. Je požadovaná kauce 500 dirhamů, když si ji při odjezdu chcete vyzvednout, tvrdí Vám, že jste dali jen 350. Transfér k moři funguje podle nálady... Servis v jídelně je katastrofální. Neustále se musíte upomínat o příbor, skleničky, pití, kávu... Když Vám přinesou kávu, musíte si zase říct o mléko a cukr. Ve čtvrtek večer přijedou Arabové, takže v bazénu je narváno, jejich děti mohou skákat i přes nápis, že je skákání zakázáno. Zbytek si půjčí vodní skůtry, takže u moře je hluk a nedýchatelno. Venkovní WC u bazénu je na pozvracení. Tento hotel v žádném případě nedoporučuji.
