Lovely hotel with thoughtful attentive staff in every department. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. A nice atmosphere and top quality food in the a la carte restaurant. Good gym and nice rooftop bar. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. We would happily return here due to the relaxed atmosphere and the wonderful staff.

Stayed at this place from 1st to 3rd Sept 2017. Nice rooms, clean...no issues. People at reception are efficient and friendly. They also have currency exchange though at a very unfavourable rate. However, 3 stars for (i) the room service food is below minimum standard. The flesh of the chicken wings were harder than the bones. Must be old ones and repeatedly heated. (ii) the restroom had a broken dustbin. When we requested to change they gave a even more broken dustbin, (iii) there is only one bar at the rooftop, which is so uncomfortable in summer. You sweat more than you enjoy. (iv) 2 people manning the bar. And they make the same drink so differently. The clan shaved guy seems to cheat or doesnt know how to make the cocktails. Long Island ice tea hardly had any alcohol in it while its supposed to be a punch of 4 different kinds. When the other guy with beard made it, it tasted so different and more like it should be. (v) they allow access to DT resort and spa facility. But thats a hopping 30 mins drive in no traffic and 1 hour in traffic. Another Hilton property is just 5 minutes drive away. Surprising that they dont allow access to that one. (vi) they buffet breakfast was fine. But the buffet dinner is real bad, boh in terms of choice and taste of food. Strongly advice to stay away from taking half board.

Amazing experience starting from check out till the check out , We stayed there for 2 days on our honey moon , When the check in staff learned that its our honeymoon , they kindly upgraded us to suite , The views form the room were sick and the way staff attends their guests is amazing I am a travel blogger and its always hard to find so welcome coming service like yours, I was so impressed that i also left a note to reception telling them how happy we were with their treatment .. Free shuttle service to Hilton resort is another great plus:) You guys are already the best !!! Room Tip: TIP To the future gusts they have delicious cookies

I stayed with my husband and 2 year old daughter, and liked it. The staff was friendly, and readily provided us with an extra bed for our child. A tip - housekeeping members come around to clean at 12:00pm, so if you sleep in or miss their visit by any chance, make sure to call and remind them to clean later.

Room 6048.. Extremely loud room. One side of the hotel has old AC units installed along the outside wall that turn on and off constantly making it impossible to sleep. Also de internal ventilation/AC unit control inside toilet was so loud that had to turn it off so I was able to sleep. Housekeeping starts early knocking on doors and it wakes up everyone side there is high reverb of sound due to lack of carpets on rooms and hallways. Water shower was broken so almost had no pressure. The only positive side is that the bed/linen was confortable and room medium sized, but its pointless since as I couldnt rest. On breakfast I just find a fly Emirates demitasse spoon... Im not sure why, as far as I know there is no partnership with emirates... I attached a picture. Im sure I wont return.

Very poor hotel, everything looks like its too old, bad smell in all floors, the AC is slow and smells bad like someone slis smoking, I changed my room twice, the smell was unbelievable! BTW if you are booking using Booking app it says this hotel is a resort and has beach, well its not, you have to take shuttle bus 3 fixed times a day to go to the next hotel to use the resort facilities!

The people who work here are all very friendly. They want to make sure youre having a nice stay. On Thursday night though, I was very unhappy with the way things went on that evening. My room smelled like smoke, because in an adjacent room there was a party going on. I called the front desk 4 times. The first time I called was 10:30 pm. At 2am the party was still going on. The smell of cigarette smoke in my room was horrible, I felt like throwing up. Very disappointing night. The next morning the manager guaranteed me that this wouldnt happen again. The next night everything was very quite again.

The staff are super frendly and efficient. Booking in was a breeze. Id emailed the hotel for a room high up & over looking the mountains and was not disapointed. The room was large cool clean as a whistle and well furnished. This hotels location is right in the middle of RAS great views of the Oman mountains. Your a stones throw from the Creek and a short walk to two shopping malls on the Promenade. Loads of restaurants in the mall. The roof top bar and pool give a great view 360 and a drink at sun set is a must. For those looking for other entertainment the £1 shop or 5Dhr shop 200m away has plenty of fun things for kids and ADULTS lol just the tonic for an early night.

Such helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast kitchen staff go above and beyond. Roof top bar is cute, secret jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are wonderful after a day of relaxing at the Hilton Spa resort which Doubletree offers a free hourly shuttle to. Would 100% visit again.

Идеальный отель советую брать номера в виллах на первом этаже. Швецкий стол две части ресторана.теплый бассейн лежаки можно брать на пляже и ходить минуту до бассейна. Море чистое плавают рыбки . Бывают приливы и отливы.

W ofercie posiadają także codziennie darmowy transport do znajdującego się w pobliżu Double Tree na Marjan Island który posiada otwarty basen i bezpośredni dostęp do morza. A w każdą środę i sobotę 9-cio godzinny wyjazd do Dubaju także darmowy.

Отличный отель внутри отдыхали в апреле 2015года 8 дней прилёт в 20-00 из аэропорта около 2 часов приехали в отель в 22-00 ужин не дали уезжали в 04-00 так что фактически оказалось 6 дней.Кухня хорошая завтрак ужин на пляж на автобусе каждые 15 минут хорошо оборудованный фитнес зал.Трансфер в Дубай нужно записаться сразу на рецепшене.В отеле в который возили отличный пляж
