Richard KhouryAl hamra village it self is a wonderfull place , unfortunately cooling charges are extremely expensive and reaching 4000 AED monthly just for running you home Air condioning half day per month!!!!!!!

akhil sajan92I was really disappointed speaking with the receptionist. I can not remember his name but he was not professional at all. During my conversation with him he was speaking to people around, which was not work related since he was laughing and kept me on hold for about 10 minutes. The company might be a known firm but the reception surely needs to more training, also adding i was told i will get a call back in 10 Minutes and i did not receive any call till now. i would not have given a star but i can not comment is i do not give at least 1 star.

Kylie MasurAl Hamra itself is a great place to live, but the customer service at the development site is abysmal. Ive had two cheques "bounce" due to a signature, not insufficient funds or anything along those lines, and Al Hamra feels the need to charge me 500 dirhams for this. When I went in to ask if I should write new cheques, they said no. Upon my second cheque, I went in with cash instead in order to avoid the "bounced cheque" issue, and my cheque was cashed anyway. This time it went through, so I was stuck depositing that money back into my account. This time, my cheque bounced again and now Al Hamra is telling me they will take 1000 dirhams off of my deposit. I have been nothing but a LOYAL customer to Al Hamra; I always pay my bills on time, I have not missed a payment for any reason and I have never had insufficient funds to exceed my living standards. Because of this, I will look to move next year, still within Al Hamra, but absolutely not with them as my "real estate agents"...pricks.
