Im very disappointed with their housekeeping service! They had kept only 2 tea bags in the room and refused to give more than 2 more!! And I drink strong tea. Didnt like this attitude at all. Im not coming here ever again!

I am not sure is this a standard of four star hotel but please assess by yourselve basic on attached photos from my room. Anyway the food is quite ok, the staff is super pleasant and helpful. Of course alcohol is unavailable.

I stayed for 3 weeks back in May 2016. I made a good review after the first week because it was good. The next two weeks was terrible. There was workman working on renovations to the hotel right throughout the night, from about 9pm to 4.30am. I contacted hotel reception and they said they would ask the staff to stop but it didnt work. What kind of hotel would let workers do this throughout the night right outside rooms? I will never stay here again. It just goes to show that hotel management dont care.

Отель просто супер, отдыхали всей семьёй в апреле) Везде зелень, что очень даже хорошо. Персонал отеля просто слов нет, в любое время дня и ночи помогут, подскажут, да ещё и доброго дня пожелают! Убирались в номерах каждый день, приносили воду, и гигиенические принадлежности, горничные не воруют, хотя очень переживали, благо всё обошлось. Море находится в 3-4 км от отеля, работает автобус жаль только, что отъезжает от отеля в 9:30 и приезжает обратно на пляж в 15:00. В остальное время на такси. А так вечером отвозят в мол, какой пожелаете, и если попросить может не много подождать. Всем приятного отдыха)))

Небольшое разнообразие, но вкусная еда! Интерьер непринужденный в восточном, "золотом стиле", мебель не новая далеко, но чисто! Убирают в номерах тщательно, ежедневно.Персонал очень доброжелательный. Не хватает территории для отдыха и прогулок. Любителям прогуляться пешком не очень повезет - практически отсутствует пешеходная зона вокруг отеля... Очень активное движение транспорта...
