Worst customer service. Worst transportation. Waiting for elevator in queue. Check in at 3pm instead of 12pm. In rooms pillows were missing. TV wasnt working. Noisy rooms. In short. A total mess.

This hotel is so basic, sheets and carpets were not clean, smoke smell and toilet comes through A/C, so noisy outside due to ongoing constructions around the area and wifi has poor coverage with slow speed. The buffet was horrible as only indian food was provided. I dont know based on what criteria they would get 4 stars but if it comes to me I would rate it 2-3 stars at best cases.

I am staying in Acacia Hotel for last 4 months. The experience is great from all angle. I like the Oxygen Gym especially because of Mr. Ahmad (Gym Trainer). He always guides and support me to being fit for everyday work. He is very knowledgeable coach. I also like Mr. Wael (Resident Manager) as he always looks after his guest and takes regular feedback regarding our stay in Acacia hotel and if any help required to improve the service. Very nice breakfast buffet, with variety of options. The bed and pillows werent so comfortable, mattress little bit hard and small pillows. Not far from beaches, Marjan Island and mall. Around 30 minutes far from city centre.

Very bad hotel service. Rude staff, no wifi inside the rooms, always delaying things, not answering service phone calls. Beware of this hotel or else your stay will be doomed. If there is only 0 rating i would rate it as zero.

The worst hotel ever .. The bar is so noisy when you sleep at night you will hear noise until the morning, the Filipino receptionist was rude when i talked to her she said only one access username in each room the password is not accessible although they wrote in the hotel discerption the internet is free and for all, when i told the filipino lady that i will wrote to the booking site a review she said do what ever you want..which is really rude and bad for the hotel .. Anyway it is a place I would never come back too ! As a muslim we dont care what others do they can drunk as much as they wont but when it comes to our safety.. The hotel not safe at all!

Неплохой отель. Персонал приветливый. На рецепшене есть рускоговорящие сотрудники (Максим Ольга) Отелем Предоставляется бесплатный трансфер до пляжа. Бесплатный wi-fi везде. Спотрзал бесплатно. Сауна с джакузи бесплатно. Рядом магазин seven eleven, индийское кафе. На такси за 12 дирхамов можно доехать до Альхамра молла за 80 дирхамов до аджман чайна молл. Рядом алко маркет, продается все: вино, виски, ром, джин,пиво, итд (это если будет скучно ). ДА, отель рядом с предприятиями но ничего не дымит не пылит(ПРОВЕРЕНО). Если сидеть в отеле конечно скучно, для экскурсии в самый раз.

Очень плохое месторасположение.Рядом стройка.Грязь повсюду вокруг отеля, постоянно ездит строительная техника. Сам отель местами очень уставший и изношеный.Персонал приветливый, убирают норм,хотя тапочки и халат сразу не положили, пришлось 2 раза напоминать.До залива 5 км.Есть свой бассейн, он неплохой,но солнце загораживает сам отель, так что позагорать не получится.Мужская сауна в среднем состоянии, женская в плохом. Кормят обычно,без изысков.Итернет только в лобби.Никому не посоветую данный отель.Если бы не арендованное авто, то не знаю чтобы мы делали.И ЕЩЕ РАЗ!!НИКОМУ не посоветую данный отель, если приедете сюда - разочаруетесь!

W opisie hotelu przeczytaliśmy, że leży w ekonomicznej części miasta. Niestety po przyjeździe okazało się, że hotel leży praktycznie na pustyni, a wokół są tylko zakłady przemysłowe pracujące cała dobę (o spokoju nie ma mowy). W pokojach było zimno (ok. 19C i nie dało się sterować klimatyzacją). Niedaleko tylko chińska restauracja i market. Do najbliższego miasteczka i plaży jakieś 4 kilometry. Internet w hotelu bardzo drogi - na polskie około 160 zł za tydzień lub około 60 za dzień!!!
