This was my local hospital and after some treatment and many visits this became a place I could not trust. I had gone through 3 doctors had taken many steroids, had CT scans and X-rays, underwent a general anesthetic for a biopsy and the hospital gave an incorrect result. To add all questions had not be clarified by the anesthesiologist and doctors while lying in the theatre ready for general anesthetic. Incorrect because I went for a second and third opinion in Dubai hospitals only to realise their results meant nothing and the treatment I should have had was eventually given 6 months after my first symptoms in a Dubai hospital. I even spoke with the CEO of RAK hospital only to find he had no real interest. Further to add I had requested a test from this hospital while on second opinions from a Dubai hospital. The test according to RAK hospital was positive, when getting the same test in the Dubai hospital it was negative and explained as to why. Be extremely cautious, always get a second opinion, Staff do not communicate well at all, especially when referring to other doctors. In it for the money! THIS PLACE ALMOST COST ME MY LIFE!!!

RAK hospital is one of the finest hospital I have come across in every which way....right from the services rendered by the front office staff to the Nurses, Doctors until discharge from the hospital and beyond. The hospital has an impressive Hotel Like Ambience clubbed with beautiful patient rooms, Spa and yes their Swiss health Check up Packages are just too good. I strongly recommend everyone to visit RAK hospital for any Medical service and feel the difference. Seeing is believing. One of the BEST HOSPITALS in UAE.

Poor management and few good Doctors. This result after many years I deal with this poor Hospital. This hospital good for flu and some small sick only if you want to waste your money and your time. I hope it become better, but I dont think so.

Dont get fooled by the nice appearance of the installations as I did. Dont waste your money and time here. They jump people on the queue, staff not professional, need to call several times to answer the phone and then again you get redicted several times because nobody has idea. And of course, in the end they only care about how much money they can make out of you.

Been there a couple of times, also with my daughter. Phone service and website appointment services are not good. Doctors are - I think - fully certified and absolutely very professional. One of the many good things is that they first try to help you with non-invasive methods are and not looking for the most expensive option. If they solve their phone and website-appointment system, it will be a 5 star hospital where I feel safe and well taken care of.

I visited many hospitals and finally my friend took me to RAK Hospital in Ras Al Khaima. Good service at moderate rate. It seems this is the best hospital (by service and treatment and price) I ever visited in Dubai and all UAE and the world.

Im writing this negative comment after visiting the hospital 5 times. The reception stuff are really not experienced and not professional. The doctors are ok. The most terrible thing is the waiting time even in the emergency,, how can you wait more than 1 hour in emergency case.

Compared to any hospital in the UK - this place is heaven. I saw a consultant and had an MRI on the same day - results received same day. Staff were smiling friendly and polite and super efficient. A modern and competent hospital, highly recommended.

Современный госпиталь с большим списком специалистов. Относительно новый, внутри довольно чисто. Есть большая парковка и кафе. Персонал приветлив и всегда готов помочь. Все приёмы по записи, поэтому нет нет очередей и ожидания. Все основные страховки принимаются.
