    Stayed in this resorts couple of times. Accommodation is so well laid out and nicely designed. The back office staff are so helpful specially Mr. Joseph. Who is so helpful. The room service and house keeping service is OK.

    This place is truly magical. In the middle of the desert. The service is impeccable and the activities there are great for both couples and family with children. I highly recommend it and I suggest booking the tented villas. They have three types of villas all with private swimming pool.

    Been before but not as good this time. Cleanliness not so good. Stains on carpets and bathroom not very clean at the walls. Positive, friendly staff, food okay, large room with individual private pool.

    I am here today. The service is very poor even at the Breakfast. Buggy service is very late. No response at all. The options in the Lunch & Dinner are very bad against the value we paid. Our family do not like and we never come back. I would not recommend to any one to go here

    Horrible customer service, rude staff especially the reception and the rooms manager, they dont belong in the Ritz-Carlton chain. Other reviews are clearly paid reviewed, just read through them.

    If youre a person who appreciates the nature more than anything else. This is your best place to actually appreciate the beauty of the desert. But of course, the best thing about this place is their relaxing rain forest experience where youd totally feel very much refreshed afterwards.

    I visited this hotel 3 times as it is an amazing place. I have celebrated my anniversary, my birthday and this time my wifes birthday. Unfortunately this time I had the worst experience out of the 3. Where to start now : 1. On check in they took around 48 AED per night per room (we booked 3 rooms) I booked for 2 nights each thats 288 AED in total. This was without asking and when I found out it was donation ( donation is what we give away to help not somthing you take without asking or mentioning it ) 2. After we checked in we waited in the heat for about 25 to 30 min for a club car without any one from the hotel even being around ( I dont know if they are short in staff or what the issue was ) 3. Got to the room and the TV was showing the channel in a small box not full screen and we asked to fix it and they did fix it 2 times but kept happening again technician could not explain why and also we would just loose audio from time to time (I attached a picture of the TV screen) 4. Asked for towels and they came after 3 hours and 3 phone calls of me to following up with them. 5. As the hotel told me I should ask for a club car 15 min before I want then to pick me up and when I did I got the club car after 1 hour it happened not once but many times (again I think they are short in staff or club cars driving around) First 2 times we visited we were so impressed and this time we even upgraded ourselves and decided to choose the tent villa and its sad that we have been disappointed.

    Im mesmerized. Food is amazing and the villas are spacious and exquisite. A few suggestions in order to improve the service: - The pool edges are quite sharp and its easy to cut yourself if youre not careful. They need to be smoother. - At summer time obviously there are flies and theyre quite annoying while youre having breakfast/lunch. Fly lights needs to be in place to draw their attention so they are kept away from food/customers.

    Went there summer last year and stayed over the weekend. It was nice and perfect for relaxing. The place is quiet and the food at Saffron is good! The people working there are nice as well. The spa experience is really cool, something out of the ordinary. I particularly loved the cookies at the waiting area!!!

    Just the prettiest place in the desert and the rooms are plush & super luxurious with a large private pool in each villa. The bathrooms are surrounded by a private garden. And lots of activities on site.

    Great experience, we booked villa 114, totally private spend most of the day in the pool. The villa was clean, staff was nice, water was clean. Food is not that good, but since its in the desert no other option

    The food was tasty but the portions were too small. The food took too long to get across. The AC units had failed and it was too hot. We had to move tables and even then the AC was insufficient. Would I come back ? In the winter maybe !!!!!

    فندق روعه بالصحراء ... عندهم بعض الامور مثل نظافةوالغرفه ولكن الموظفين جدا مساعدين ... واي شي خلال دقايق يكون متوفر. ومتوفر به صقور وطيور مثل البومه وحيوانات ثانية .. يستاهل المكان ... وحوض داخلي بالفيلا.
