The location is the best ever. U can swim in swimming pool and the Sea, both r close to the rooms. Rooms r so clean. Horrible horrible horrible. The check in line took about 1.5 hours!!! Ive been around the world and no one takes as long as these guys do. They claim its cos of the rush. But I feel like thats what hotels should be equipped to handle - people. Clearly, its too much to ask for. The DMV staff (sloths) in Zootopia are faster at their job. They have absolutely no, and I mean no signs for the check-in counters or concierge. Zero organization. The staff was rude and unhelpful. For a sub standard property, I regret driving all the way to this God forsaken "resort".

The place was great. The check in agent * Nabeel * was quite welcoming and funny, he is a trainee now, i hope he becomes a full time employee soon!. He set my good mood before even using the hotels room and facilities. It was a great place for me and my wife and little baby. The kids room was great. Enjoyed it. Great staff

Few amenities (such as telephone and lamps) had to be fixed in our presence. Curtain lining fell apart. Hotel check in staff guided us to restaurant that is closed on Sundays. Carpet needs thorough cleaning. Deluxe room was spacious.

Simply bad . Need alot of renovation. Cleaning service needs improvement found multiple insects on check-in and on daily basis. Very bad room isolation so much noise from other rooms. Food choices are not very good all restaurant they had are labeled sea food restaurant and whish serve only 1 or 2 sea food dishes like grilled salmon or fish of the day which cant be counter as sea food restaurant , had to eat outside . The bar on the pool is nice.

We just came from our 2nights and 3days staycation.It was amazing and memorable one. We are grateful of the services that they provided to us. Check in and check out were quick and stress free.Eventhou it was very busy because of the post eid holiday and back to school are approaching so most of the guests are enjoying their last days of vacation. All of the staffs who attended us are cheerful and genuine. Special mention to Mr.Paul of Breeze restaurant and Mr. Ahmad of the beach bar who are friendly and very attentive in serving all our requests. The room that we stayed in are cozy and comfortable. We originally booked for standard room hence they upgraded it into delux room. It was a great feeling waking up in the morning to see a beautiful beach and the view of small island that looks like a hill.its perfect!! we also love all the delicious food that they are serving at the breeze restaurant.what else can we ask for :))This place is a Haven. We had the best days in this hotel. We surely would love to go back here someday and do the water activities like snorkeling and diving.

the only thing thats probably good at this hotel if you even can call it that with its bad service and reception and food choices and not to forget the poor food quality was the outiside beach and pools .. all in all wouldnt recommend unless you enjoy late check ins , poor food quality, insect, and stained rooms, then this is ur place to go :)

This resorts location is ideal, the beach is clean and very nice and extremely relaxing, dining is really nice, though it could be worked on a bit more, WiFi is provided all the time, and the service & staff are extremely friendly and well trained. The rooms are good, i loved sleeping and waking up on the sounds of the beach. Internet is slow i would say, good enough for messeges amd Snapchating, but nothing more, so dont expect to watch a YouTube video on high settings. TV channels needs OSN and the room is generally clean, but i feel the bathrooms needs more cleaning and the floors need to be changed. Other than that my family and I had tons of fun and relaxation and would definatly come back again!

your hotel is the worst, you give us a sweet 4405 and there was alot of weird noices that effected our the experience in the hotel it was either some kids wondering around or maybe doors being shut firmly, and my second complain is about the Philippino lady in the reception , we come to the hotel at 1:30 but she till us the check-in at 3 ! and we wait for the room till 2:30 ! i give your hotel 0/10

Service fine, room spacious and clean overlooking sea. Beach and pool not far from room. Food however buffet dinner and breakfast not appetising. Juices were freshly done. Need to try another restaurant. NOKHADA restaurant was very good and less expensive than the main restaurant serving Arabic and Indian dishes including one of our favourites and today there was some poached salmon in the breakfast buffet. Redeption is at hand.

This hotel was just okay for a weekend getaway The hotel room we were staying in looked aged and the carpets were giving off this very damp smell. We also lost electricity to the room for about an hour. The food also is of mediocre quality but the spa is excellent. I personally think this hotel is up for renovation and it would gain those 2 missing stars too.

The service here was below then expected. Some light bulbs were not working in the room we booked, we asked for an extra blanket they didnt want to give us."They didnt have any left although its a 5 star hotel". There are no deep pools out of 4 swimming pools in the hotel. And dont get me started with the valet parking services, worst valet parking we have ever seen in a hotel, we waited 45 min for the car. Wont recommend it to anyone.

Not really a 5 star hotel. Beautiful resort with a lot of greenery, 3 pools and a spa, and thats all it is. Avoid the food like the plague, its honestly terrible! I ate at the pool restaurant it was below average, then I ordered to the room it was extremely bad with a strong aftertaste of frying pan junk collected from other preparations (sent it back, paid for it), I ate at the breakfast buffet which was also below average. Of course you cant get food delivered, so get some cans or sandwiches with you, you will regret it if you dont. All the chefs should be fired immediately. No pub on the premise. No tennis or basketball courts. There were no organized activities like snorkeling, diving, wake-boarding... which is a shame specifically because the underwater world in the region is very impressive. The amount of flies will bother you. Good service from the friendly and hard-working staff but they are terrified of doing anything over and above what they are told to, and here I can only blame management. If it werent for all the friends I had with me,it would have been an awful experience.

Overall it is a good escape from the city noise so you can relax with the beautiful sea view also the swimming pools are good and clean, spa , gym, jacozi and steam room. Was there in September 2012 and 2013. It is going down. Rooms need renovation in all areas. Food like in a railway-station, Management seems to be not interested. 5 Stars are only the prices now. It is occupied by Russians 90%, all inclusive. Drunken people at the beach.That is really not my thing.

Тихий, семейный отель! Отличный вид из номеров, очень чисто, ежедневная уборка, вкусно кормят. Есть дайвцентр. Правда видимость подкачала! Нужно учитывать какой костюм одевать для различных погружений - до 10 метров можно в лайкре нырять , свыше лучше троечку одеть, а то можно замерзнуть, вода до 24 градусов на глубине 15 метров в июле!

За 5 лет моего отсутсвия с 2012 по 2017 ,Редиссон изменился. Пока не знаю ,хорошо это или плохо. Отель стал заточен под семейный отдых с детьми . Убрали бассейн с охлаждением, разрушили риф возле пирсов( были скаты , каракатицы, черепахи) , создают новый-черепахи есть. Питание достойное , но не как в JAL как до переименования. Цены на алкоголь в отеле выросли( все начинается от 10-12$ за опцию или за бокал пива).Но тот релакс который накрывает здесь , перекрывает все остальное. Спасибо Редиссон , я еще вернусь.

Är inte säker på att Apollo "jobbat in sig" helt här, Kände att utbudet, information och underhållningar var mediokert. Maten var bra men i jämförelse med tex NAZAR bästa hotell i Turkiet så går det inte att jämföra. Däremot var personalens inställning och service anda fenomenal, otroligt att man kan ha den goda nivån på ett "normal hotell". Om ni åker fyra pers är rummen små och utrymmet knappt. Man behöver inte ta hel inclusive, det räcker med frukost och middag tycker vi. Att lägga till alkohol kan vara bra, men tråkigt att bli serverad "GT" och vin i dåliga plastmuggar (gäller även i inomhus baren). Ett het tips, ÅK INTE BUSSEN! Ta en taxi det kostar ca 700:- och det är det värt. Ett annat tips ha koll på restiden dit och hem. Inte ok att stiga upp 0200 för att åka buss i två timmar, ankomst Dubai flygplats 5. Se till att boka resa så att ni slipper ankomma hotellet mitt i natten samt lämna hotellet mitt i natten. (Hela dagen efter ankomst "gick bort") Summa sumarum: Är det värt pengarna? Nja, knappt, Tror man kan få en bättre resa för dom pengarna faktiskt.

الفندق مرافقة وملحقاتة كثيرة وجميلة ولكن اثاث الفندق قديم جدا ورائحته الكريهه قويه و الاسعار جدا مبالغ فيها بسبب بعد المطاعم والمنافع الاخرى و خدمة صف السيارات تجعلك تنتظر كثيرا وبعد الغرف عن اللوبي والمطعم وكل شيء الوصول إليه متعب و هذا الفندق لا يمثل ما قمت بزيارته من فنادق راديسون بلو

تجربة رائعة جدا كعائله .. الغرف و المناظر الجبلية و منظر البحر .. تجربتي السيئة كانت في العيد عندما حجزت لعائلي فله من صاله و ثلاث غرف ولان لدي عدد اربعه من الاطفال و يصعب حجز غرف مجاورة لحاجتي لمراقبتهم ٢٤ ساعه.. و لكن اتصلوا قبل الجيك إن بساعه لاخباري بعدم توفر الفله و لم يكن لدي خيار غير الغرف المجاورة لانه تم سحب المبلغ من البطاقه و لوصولي للمنطقه و كان علي طرق ابواب الغرف كل ساعه للتاكد من وجود الاطفال

Nettes Hotel. Standard. Alle Zimmer mit blick zum Meer. Mein 1. Hotel von dem ich vom WC sitzend das Meer sehen kann. Unglaublich aber wahr. Schöne Poolanlage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Leider keine Getränke Flat buchbar. Nur all In. Nächster Supermarkt (LuLu) mit dem Taxi in ca. 7km erreichbar. Für 25 Dirham.

Das Traumhotel hat sich als Alptraumhotel erwiesen!!!Ales ist verschimmelt, schäbig, ungepflegt. Das essen war eintönig. Unser Zimmerboy war OK. DerStrand dagegen war 1a!!! Traumhaft.Wer hat Alergie gegen Schimmel, er hat dort nichts zu tun. Das hotel ist auf gar keinen Fall 5 Stern-max. 3 Sterne. Er ist längst zur Generellsanierung fällig oder abzureissen!!!

Отличный отель для расслабленного отдыха без анимации и навязчивого сервиса. Отличнач кухня, приветливый персонал, разместили нас с супругой а шикарном номере, асе они с балконами и с видом на море. 4 разных бассейна, 2 из них подогреааются, в том числе и для деток, глубиной 0, 5 метра. Рекомендую.
