Property location is fabulous. Check in check out procedure very quick n simple. If you want pure ocean view n hear windy waves day long; go for room nos 5105, 5106, 9105 & 9106. Restaurant is big n breakfast buffet choices are excellent.

Visiting this hotel was very nice experience. Hotel rooms vere nice, clean and cleaned very often. Sometimes it was little bit annoying and too often. Bath room just awesome, maybe little bit too small but very nice and modern. We had also very good view from the room. Hotel had pretty nice pool and food was just great. Every single day in a week we had different foods, but repeating every week. Also beach was very nice and not crowded at all, maybe because see overthere was way too warm and pool was a bit more refreshing. I would definitely visit anytime again. Only one problem was that it was kind of too far from town and shops. The closest shop is gas station with subway and small shop inside.

The hotel is really nice, amazing views, the staff is incredible especially at the reception so classy and polite. The room was very clean and modern .. we spent the whole afternoon at the pool and didnt want to leave! The only negative remark would have to be the food and this is such a shame. I have no idea whats going on in the kitchen but it doesnt match the rest of the hotel. At the buffet..plates and cups are dirty and not washed properly, the food itself we tried dinner and gave it another shot at breakfast is very bland like hospital food. No love at all and looked more like budgeting on the part of the hotel. Fries were cold no one at the cooking station at night just raw food left there. Limited options all of which are not tasty. In the morning chaos that the staff cant handle. There was food all over the floors and people walking through it. By the pool similar issues.. the dining cost us 800 aed total with a little wine. For the market value we could have dined somewhere hygienic with quality produce. Bottom line is, please work on the kitchen structure and menu. Next time, we will be packing our own food or ordering from outside. I am sure other guests felt the same.

Check in was painful because valet was backed up, people were honking, and our original room was much smaller than expected. Eventually we got it sorted out by upgrading to the Premium Suite Balcony Ocean View. This is the best room here and should be priced less than $200 per night in my opinion.

The resort is excellent! However the F&B can be better. The staff are friendly and smiling. Gladly extended us a late check out. Even the chef offered some options when we did not find good options on buffet. But I feel the buffet itself can be a lil better. But will definitely recommend it to others.

The Hotel service was not at the level , cleanliness is below average , breakfast was poor with less variety, the pool water quality was not giving comfort, there is extremely dirty river (it was a pond ) , no elevator to the 2nd floor for the premium rooms ..... but the area was nice for relaxing

Great.... but stay away from their dive center, they are unfaithful! The guy sold us a snorkeling trip to Snoopy Island only to inform us that its swarming with jelly fish the minute we paid... Otherwise great hotel! could benefit from a more diverse menu on the beach as well as shisha availability around the clock :)

Stayed here for two nights in Jul-2016. Average rating for property. Its running down and needs an overhaul. Throttled free Wi-Fi and faster premium Wi-Fi are available. The pool and beach front are good and well maintained. Our rooms locks were broken and maintenance crew had to fix it after we checked in. Towel rack in the bathroom fell off in the morning next day. My significant other was locked out in a washroom at the beach bar. Bar snacks and drinks from beach bar were horrible. Breakfast is average.

Все отлично. Особенно если едите с детьми. Сдесь нет такого как в Турции курят где хотят, везде воляется еда и бокалы. Сдесь все цивильно, дышим свежим воздухом а не дымом сигарет. Тихо и спокойно, музыка не гремит. И хотя говорят что не сезон, для нас Казахстанцев само то. Персонал очень приветливый. Больше плюсов чем минусов. Еда....еда... однообразие, но не плохо....казахи- мясо есть. Супы к стати очень вкусные.

Отдыхали в 2014 году, отель расположен на побережье океана, есть небольшой бассейн с горкой, так же детский. Номера стандартные, всегда убирают. Еда была очень и очень разнообразной, как и на завтрак, так и на обед. Обед за отдельную плату (100-150дхс) Был платный вай фай. Большая территория пляжа по сравнению с рядом находящимся отелем Le Meridian.

Территория великолепная , есть бассейн и одна небольшая горка . На пляжу песок , стоят лежаки, в воде очень много крабов и не стоит их беспокоить, они это не любят. Номера стандартные (у нас был сломан душ ), хотя отель и имеет 5 звёз во многих местах есть странные запахи . Еда на любителя (ЛУЧШЕ НЕ БЕРИТ). Дополнительная кровать предоставляется бесплатно . Минибар платный , система ,, всё включено " работает только до 22:00. Отель на 4 звезды, а номера вообще на 3 .

Отличный отель, входит в пятерку лучших на побережье. Отличные тематические вечера, прекрасный ресторан. Есть несколько бассейнов, включая детский. Можно приезжать на один день, без ночевки. Оплачивается только пляжное оборудование. Очень удобно.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel, freundliches Personal, sehr sauber. Anlagen und Strand sind ebenfalls okay. Das Essen bietet für jeden etwas und war gut. Leider ist es im Restaurant auch bei wenig Gästen sehr laut. Das Personal war während des Frühstücks und Abendessen leider etwas überfordert oder es war einfach zu wenig Personal. Am letzten Abend hat aber auch das super geklappt. Vielleicht hatten wir an den 3 Tagen auch nur Pech. Das Hotel kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Top well maintained and very green. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is really nice and new. What surprised me is the cleaning service, tiptop. Furthermore, the climate can be switched off from the room card, so simply said: even if you are at the beach, the climate can be adjusted all day to a certain temperature. The pool is cleaned daily, so is not as some critics with sand soiled. The beach is the absolute madness !!!! With us was not much going on and we were still lucky that we could even wave. What is a giant advantage, of course, is that you can lie flat for a long time. To the food: The food was terrific, there were at the buffet daily a lot of selections, mostly a specialty which was live before you and then just others. So if you get together you can come safely to at least 5 main dishes. What surprised me was the salad selection: from Oriental, international to the normal mixed salad there was everything. The sweets were then mostly our end, which were so delicious that we almost rausflollt
