Khaled IbrahimIm giving a generous 3 star here. While Ive seen happy kids and good activities in addition to services. I also spotted several extreme flaws. 1. They shook my newborn to sleep or to calm him down. They did the same with other tender hearts. Shook how? The place them on the chair and would talk to their colleagues while rock the chair in the most ungentle form. 2. I have walked into the room with a child close to the door several times had I not seen them I could have hurt them. 3. My childs diaper was not changed in 4 hours I only realized this later after he came home with the same number of diapers he had. This explains why he kept soiling his clothes as they would realize then that the child needed changing. 4. They need to reevaluate the term gentle babies are not easy, each one is different and so on, taking care of them is not easy and requires patience tender gentle care. My kid came home having scratched his face several times. My child happens to have eczema which means he gets itchy. 5. They did not apply designated creams to my child as per my instructions. 6. I have see a child yanked up by his arm crying. Now he must have been naughty but I am not bank over $2000 a month for that kind of treatment to my or any child. While I really liked the caretakers and staff who were polite and friendly, these incidents will insure I never take my child back and has prompted me to write a review for others to take into consideration.

rbq1970Vernus is the one of its kind as it encompasses both nursery and kindergarten sections. The teaching staff are really passionate facilitators and educators. Their curriculum is really international developed and peer reviewed by academics and early education experts. Highly recommend it.
