I loved this hotel! Perfect price for the room size + what they have in offer especially in high season! They gave me a voucher to have lunch/dinner for free in a looooooooong list of luxury resturaunts nearby the hotel. The concierge and laundry is very fast. Although the hotel is quite big and you can get lost in it :) But you can always follow the signs to get to the lobby! Try to get a room at the second floor if you can to walk less and get easy access at the lobby :)

Great views of Burj Al Arab. Excellent facilities. Brand new shining 5 star hotel. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Check in time is 3pm. You see fancy cars on the valet outside. Rooms are of a decent size.

أسوأ تجربه على الإطلاق عانيت منذ وصولي الفندق انا وأطفالي حيث انهم اخترقو خصوصيتي ودخل احد عمال النظافة علي الغرفة دون ان يستأذن وكذلك سرق مبلغ مالي كبير من الخزنه لأنني نسيت ان اقفلها ولما عدت وجدت احد عمال النظافة مع اني لم اطلبه وكان اول يوم لي والغرفة نظيفه مقفلا عليه باب غرفتي والعادي ان يكون الباب مفتوحا عند التنظيف . لا تستغرب دخول العمال لغرفتك في اي وقت ودون طلبك ولا حتى دق الجرس أصوات عاليه خارج الغرفه موظفون لا يستحقون العمل في فندق من 5 نجوم عدم احضار طبق الفواكه المعتاد من قبل الفنادق 5 نجوم يجدون أعذارا لموظفيهم ولا يعترفون بأخطائهم بحجة انها سياسة الفندق وكأننا لم نسكن فنادق من قبل وعود كاذبه انهم سيحتفلون بعيد ميلاد أطفالي والكحول طلبت ازالتها اكثر من مره تكون الغرفه وهي موجوده خدمه سيييييئه نادمة على اختياري له

Отличный отель... ный комплекс! Всё на уровне, всё на сервисе. Очень контрастно после посещения 14 отелей США, когда начинаешь забывать о настоящем гостеприимстве. Есть бассейн с морскими черепахами разных размеров. Милый пляж. Крутой спа (но не дешевый совсем). Виды отличные, цены на такси смешные. Шопинг: за кайфом от роскоши - в Дубай-молл за 20 мин, за низкими (ниже порой на половину) - по остальным магазинам.
