Kim BraskoThis would be 5 stars if it wasnt for the service. No follow up on drinks, no desert offered and server left without saying thanks and who would look after us now. Had to chase our bill at the end of night. First thing asked was how much tip I would like to give....food was great, drinks great, atmosphere great, just fix the service.

Im writing this review literally four minutes from leaving and I wish I had room for more its so good. This is a dress to the nines or t-shirt or jeans type of place. Beautiful decor Lovely floor plan they must really take time to choose chefs because every thing was so well prepared and tasty. I dont have enough time or words to describe this place that is a gem in the Dubai jbr the walk area. I plan on coming next time I come to Dubai First day (sticky toffee pudding) has me hooked. Hostesses: wonderful Waiter: beyond helpful and amazing I mean my companion had small need to knows and extra wanted all meet with smiles answers and and love Food:just try it and taste what I experienced

Brett SatoThe entrance to this place was hard to find. There is outside seating but you cannot access it from the beach or towers. It is between the towers and you have to go through the parking garage. The food is good but really expensive. The service is also great.

Norah SaudI tried my first oyster here, and although Im still deciding how I feel about this particular delicacy, I can definitely say that the rest of the food was fantastic and the service superb. The waiter actually gave useful suggestions and warned us when we ordered a bit too much and the manager sat down with us several times. Really enjoyed the experience and will be back. Oh and they might actually have the best Brussel sprouts on earth...

We came here for my sisters birthday and originally booked a table inside due to the weather once we got there we asked to change and they quickly found us a table outside without a problem. The Food: The restaurant, as you can tell from the name, it is an American style seafood restaurant with a focus on Oysters, of which which they have many types. That said, their menu vast and is accessible for everyone offering chicken and stake to those that do not want seafood. They have sharing platers and large plates of seafood for one or more. The food is served in proper crockery with cutlery to match, all is hot and the waiting time is short. All the food served was very fresh, hot, cooked well and very nicely presented. Moreover, it was well seasoned and felt like care had actually been taken in its preparation. I personal have the mixed seafood grill, at the time they informed they did not have lobster and I would receive something else. When my food arrived i did indeed have lobster and they included the claw meat rather than just the tail which I thought was a nice touch. The wine list is good but the sparkling is limited nonetheless, they do have a good range. The ambience: I thought this was very good and very much in keeping with the theme of the restaurant. The waiting staff also play their part wearing uniforms that one would expect to find in such a restaurant. They have proper tables and chairs which is nice, the bar is also in keeping with the theme and one I would expect to see in a Oyster bar in Maine in the US. The one reason I cannot give this 5 stars is that the service seemed some what disorganised with food coming to tables that where not ready for it (not mine) and staff disagreeing (quietly) with each other in the corner. I very much hope this changes as it is an unnecessary distraction from the excellent food and ambiance of the establishment. Overall: This is a very good but relaxed restaurant in the Hilton Double Tree at the end of the JBR Walk which is very much worth a visit. It is not a cheap restaurant by any means, the mixed seafood grill is nearly USD100 and a glass of Champagne USD 34, but you will not be disappointed. A must try establishment.
