Again, I am going to review a branch of Geekay Games.
the store feels cramped, and a little messy, the layout of this store was not a thought that the designers were thinking about. The "Best Sellers" doesnt really tell you how good the game was, so I believe they should add a way to review games on their site, and change the "Best Sellers" to "Top Rated". But you need a receipt number to review the games, which in turn would stop people from trolling the reviews. Maybe employees have to play the games, and then see how they liked it. This would be called "Employee Picks". Lastly the employees of every branch have a very bad attitude, they do not help at all.
As of right now, every branch isnt very good, so if the layout, prices, employee attitude, and the best sellers are changed maybe I would rate every branch better, but as of now I cannot.
2/10 Pretty bad.
(an improvement to the layout i could see would be every manufacturer would have its own section, and a label to see where you want to go as fast as possible. If this is done, that would be great)
