Candace Frazier KleinI have and would recommend this vet centre to anyone who will listen. We have known and dealt with vets at Umm Suqeim Veterinary Centre for almost 15 years. Over the years, we have have appreciated their care, knowledge and advice in taking care of our dogs. Even with Hutch being a handful, they really saw that deep down he was just a sacred dog that needed a caring humans touch. They were our first choice in getting our latest dog Snowy registered and checked out. We live across town but we keep coming back to them because we feel treat their clients like family and their service is above all others.

Heath BartmanisBeen using USVC for three years since we first got our two rescue dogs and they are great, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They are so good with the dogs and its obvious they love them almost as much as we do - highly recommended.

Sophia PanayiotouAll the vets and nurses and reception staff are helpful and caring. Can be quite busy at times but worth the wait, always make the cats feel loved and cared for and so knowledgeable and professional. Monica and Malcolm are excellent even taking out our 16 year old cats thyriod which was quite a complicated case and treating our old cat who has arthritis with the right meds. Scott was great in treating our new little kitten who had bad diarohea too. Super vets and they do a fantastic job.

Rachael SimI have used Um Suqeim Veterinary Centre for the last 8 years and the doctors and nurses there are excellent. Professional services 24hrs a day are hard to find in Dubai and USV are the best.

dilly jaunceyWe have a variety of pets - dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and between them weve had microsurgery to reattach a severed tendon, neutering, lumps removed, nails clipped, teeth cleaned, hamster pneumonia treated (2 sleepless. nights on the sofa). Umm Suqueim Vets have been there every step of the way. They genuinely care for our pets and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Melba BustosYour pets are safe here, in professional hands! From my experience during the years in UAE I can highly recommended this clinic. They know what they are doing. They save many of my cats (in different periods of times and conditions) and they always do with love and care. No matter if is a small or serious health issue, this is the correct place to take your pet! The location, infrastructure and equipment are wonderful and the doctors are just amazing, I grateful specially with Dr. Anna, her knowledge, ethical and lovely treatment with animals and humans are the best I ever see in my life. I love this clinic

makeup loverI came in to your vet last night as my puppy had fallen off the bed and I suspected that he broke his arm, stood in front of your receptionist for 5 minutes holding this poor baby while she was on the phone, I eventually demanded she help me as its an emergency which she finally did, was told to wait in the vets office where we waited another 10 minutes for a nurse to come and access the situation. Apparently the nurse said it was not deemed an emergency as a physical examination was done and my puppy did not seem to have a fracture or break so we had to wait, over an hour in the vets office, with no available seats in the waiting area, no offer of water for me or my whimpering puppy. After an hour and half of waiting decided to leave and go to another vet down the road and call out for emergency. Turns out my puppy did have a broken arm, broken in 2 places, he was immediately given pain meds and admitted into their vet for X-rays. Due to the unprofessionalism I received from Um Suqeim Vet my poor puppy had to go over 2 hours, obviously in excruciating pain, without any help or pain meds. So extremely disappointed in the terrible service I received last night. I highly advise anyone looking for vet services to look elsewhere where both your beloved animals as well as yourselves get better service and perhaps a bit of humility from the staff, unfortunately you will not receive that here. ☹️

frnando 3Worst experience i ever had , i went there with my cat she was in severe pain from the wound that she has and the stuff was normal like no one is in front of then until i had to shout a little to bring their attention to the case and when i went to see the Asian Dr she was very rode and defensive for no reason , she made it like investigation instead of sustaining the case and then come back to me and ask all of my life time questions ,definitely will not go back and definitely will not recommend any one to go there .

Sofia KovalenkoThey dont care about you, what ever you asking they just say - book appointment. And even there is never time for appointments, or after 3 day or its late evening when they charge you double price. I was a customer for 8 years with my dog and cats, but now I change clinic and very happy, no headache!! I spend 8 thousand coz my cat was sick, but they never call back even to check up. They want me only to bring my cat and spend more money.

Monia AbriniI read a lot of reviews about how this clinic only care about the money and deposit more then the animals I ended up going there by mistake believe it or not I had a cat which he was suffering I found him on the highway few days back his old vet was telling me he was okay but I felt he wasent so I ended up at um suqeim clinic they took care of him till his last moment though he passed away but they treated him and us in the most amazing way they have a great heart they even almost cry for his case and they refunded us the money and only took the necessary charges for his blood test and others which was an okay amount so I advise this clinic if u have a emergency case or any case tales ur pet will be in safe professional hands. Thanks dr. Jammie. May you Rest In Peace charly.

The below two reviews seem to be a special case of two sisters. My friend got their pet there as well and only had good experiences. I do recommend this clinic, they know what they do and are not all about the money.

Over time, I have had pets who had many various health issues and I always relied on their experience and concern for the well-being of my pets. This office does not treat them as a file number or are impersonal at any time. I will continue my patronage with these exemplary veterinarians.

Ilayda GumusAfter booking an appointment with them and paying lots of money, the doctor said shell call me to follow up on my cats situation. Well, she didnt. I called them many times to ask a question which can be answered in 5 minutes. But each and every time they said the doctor is busy and I cant talk to her. And she cant call me. But i can make an appointment! They are all commercial, dont care about your pets health at all. Avoid this place!

Mariam Al-MatroushiVery very very poor customer service, your pets info can be provided to anyone who will call without making sure that the caller is the owner. If the animal is in a bad condition, automatically they will recommend to PTS the animal without giving him a chance to be treated. We took several animals to them and they recommended that they put to sleep all of them and we refused and the animals are now healthy and most importantly LIVED!

Gulhan SaadeddineCannot disagree more with the bad review and the implication that they are only concerened with the fee. They are the most consciences and caring vets and nurses and its never about the money. Customer service is also wonderful. In the 3 something years Ive been going there my experience with them has always been impeccable. My pets both have chronic health issues and even if I asked for additional tests scans etc that they didnt deem necessary or crucial I was told so. Clearly that is not what vets clinics usually do when they are only concerned about making money. It is only due to their best and caring efforts that my pets are alive and well today.

Viraj ShrivastvaVery poor customer service. They appear less concerned about my pets health and more concerned about collecting their fees.They also have higher prices compared to other vets. I will definitely not be taking my pet to this vet in the future.

The service was excellent and they also helped us out in another occassion when we had to return to UK for an emergency At short notice they provided boarding for both cats which was very much appreciated by us and the Cats !!! We will use them again
