wisam bazinaworst experience in a pet clinic ever. they cut the cat during the grooming and they claimed its an old cut, they didnt clean the ears and they claimed that it was cleaned, when I requested to make a complaint, they told me that the person in charge is not there to take the complaint and they refused to give me her/his number!!.

Sanjay SharmaSimply an outstanding experience and a delightful change from another clinic I visited last. Dr. Solely takes immense care and makes the pet and the owner absolutely comfortable. I believe finally I have found a clinic which values pet care over any thing else. I was accommodated within minutes as a walk in customer as my dog had an allergy. I was given detailed guidance on prevention and care. Lastly they are reasonable in their charges.

Sarah ConradHorrible. Took my sick rottie pup here, not only did the Iranian male doctor not pin point the issue but sent us home with unnecessary meds and a 1000 aed bill. My pups condition further deteriorated, we took him to the vet hospital where they found he had a hole in his stomach which required surgery but due to the wasted time we were not able to save him. Beware he will also try to hard see you only royal canine products from the pet supplies shop across.
