Amani AGreat first impression. I brought my 2 cats for a possible flu virus I will have to follow a 10 day treatment and will update regarding that. But I liked how the Dr. took his time while checking them up, he was in no rush and very caring. The prices for the medicine seemed reasonable. And the waiting area was great with a coffee machine and magazines.

Mathieu RitteLoved coming to Blue Oasis during my time in Dubai - I started to use their services because my previous vet had been a bit rough with my cat and Dr Dieter was recommended to me by a colleague. Dr Dieter was very gentle with my cat. The whole staff was very proactive, very professional and friendly. I relocated to the US with the help of Blue Oasis - it couldnt have been smoother.

From the first day I went there, I knew I had found the clinic that I could fully trust and have peace of mind with. Not only are the staff professional and compassionate, but they have very experienced senior vets at the helm. I would fully recommend them to anyone who loves their pets.

The professionalism and vast knowledge of their staff and state of the art equipment is comparable to none. Their motto “We care more” is 100% true. To them the animal comes first, it’s not just about the money. The staff takes the time to know your animals and our animals stay in their hearts. They also have programs with the local schools and training for vets all over the world and are big supporters to animal groups throughout the UAE. Dub EyeI would recommend this place, its facility and the staff. Only exception is Dr. Edmondo Prati. I have seen him a few times and I must say that each time his service was quite disappointing. He lacks so much conviction that you will leave his office wanting to see another vet for a second opinion. I have wasted a good few thousand bucks due to his unnecessary prescriptions on unnecessary tests. I will completely avoid him in future. For some strange reason he is not even mentioned on the website of Blue Oasis hence not aware of his credentials. Whatever it may be his practice leaves a lot to be desired.

sharon morganPet Relocation. The best place for it. Jenny was so professional, informative and went above and beyond our expectations. We relocated one of our cats to our family in the U.K. and 2 to Singapore to live with us. They are very competitive and know the airlines and processes very well (essential if you dont want your pets being held up). We highly recommend them.

hiba hajjBest clinic ive dealt with in the uae. Even though its very far from where I live, i still prefer taking my cat there over the 2 clinics ive tried before. The doctors make sure to take their time during examination, they then explain to you the procedures/ exams to be done. I loved how all their staff is attentive and treats our babies with love and compassion. I was updated daily on the progress of my cat, and then when I picked her up I was given a detailed breakdown of the bill which was already very reasonable. The most important thing is that you feel at ease leaving your baby in such a clean and loving environment. And that youre not being ripped off

Latifa Al-RedhaI did not have a very good experience at this clinic, even tho many people had recommended it to me. I called on a Friday morning with an emergency case, I woke up to my cat vomiting and poop all over the house. Packed her up and straight to the clinic where I was made to wait for over an hour and a half to see the vet. YES her leg was not falling off, but I did bring in a very stressed, unwell cat that had soiled her self due to a bad stomach. On top of that was charged emergency fees, so I expect to see the vet soon after I arrive. The vet was polite and informative, Suggested i keep her over night for observations, which i agreed to willingly. Leaving the clinic with the assurance of a phone call with update and blood work results in 3 hours (this was 12pm) I was at ease. No phone call came, so I called later that day with a response from the receptionist informing me all vets and staff are busy at this time and a call will be made soon. I waiting and still nothing, I call that evening with finally some information that "she is stable" (thank god) Day 2 - I had not heard from the clinic at all, so decided to call my self late afternoon. The update was:- she is stable, eating and passing. I excitingly i ask when i could pick her up? No madam we will like to keep her in another night - OK Im not a vet so I didnt argue, but surely my cat would be much happier back in the comfort of her home. Day 3 - again I had not heard from the clinic for most of the day, so I go ahead and call again asking for an update. "she is a happy cat and doing good", "YAAYYY great, I would like to pick her up today" the reply to that was, "no Madam that is not possible we will call you back on her update again later on this evening and let you know when you can pick her up". Ummm NO, like you have called me back for the last 3days? No thank you, i will come after work and get her. After a bit of back and forth, ok Madam you can pick her up. To make matters worse when I went to collect her after 3DAYS of being there, they handed me my cat still soiled on her backside, when I specifically asked the grommet to was her as it was extremely unhygienic - at this point I was beyond angery, not only have they in my opinion tried to keep her in for overnight fees, but they had left my car to sit in her own filth for 3 days !!!!!!!!!!!!! To make matters worse Upon I was definitely over charged as I got my bill compared to other clinics in Dubai ! I will not be dealing with this clinic again!

Kate GilbertAfter using this vets since fostering and then adopting a cat, I really dont want to go back. They have always treated my cat well and I was pleased with their service. However, after being persuaded to foster a kitten and told that of it didnt work out we could return him, when that unfortunately happened I was approached and spoken to in a way that left me in tears and never wanting to see that particular vet again. Not only did she humiliate and upset me, she did it in front of the receptionists and 2 customers. Horrible woman. I felt bad enough as it was. Needless to say I am looking for a new vet.

Eduardo VazZERO Costumer Service! Never take your pets there! Its all about money!! Even words they charge you! This afternoon I took my two cats to Blue Oasis Veterinary Clinic in DIP, Doctor Vet checked one of my cats only and the other cat I was advised not to go further in consultation as she as extremely scared and stressed. Without me asking anything doctor kept explaining how to deal with cats, how to handle cats etc as she is graduated in cat behaviour. All this by her good doctor duty. At the end when I came to pay they wanted to charge me for two cat consultation fees. I have been told because I was in vet doctor Sigrun Hackl room for more than 15 minutes as she was telling me all about how amazing she is with cats and cats behaviour that I didnt ask her about! Dr Sigrun decided to charge me for 2 cats consultation fees being only one cat was physically checked. At no time I have been informed that I would have to pay for a consultation that didnt happen, she was verbally pointing her professional points of view without me asking her. During this time I ask few questions as she showed so much interaction over my cats behaviour. I tried to speak with the owner of the clinic regarding this issue he treated me with sarcasm, Even when I said I have taken my cats to Nad Al Sheba Veterinary hospital he told me " why havent u taken your cats there today". I just paid my bill and left! I do feel mistreated, I went there to get medical help for my pets, I got poor costumer service, I was treated without respect! I had to pay for a service not received! I didnt ask for doctors 30 minutes briefing In how knowledgeable she is! The few questions I asked didnt take all this time. Money is not all about, respect is the key! Dr Wolf! What a joke!! zero respect towards clients!

Larrissa FarrIm not normally one at all to post reviews of services but after reading the below reviews felt I needed to add my positive experience so anyone in doubt about a vet clinic in Dubai will hopefully give Blue Oasis a look in as they are fantastic. Ever since landing in Dubai they have taken superb care of our Blue Heeler Jess. We are currently dealing with a severe eye injury and the care and professionalism is above and beyond what I experienced back home. Its a long and complicated process and they make sure to answer any and all questions, no matter how long it takes, if I have any slight concerns it is no issue to send a photo in and have the vet review it. All the vets, nurses and reception staff have been absolutely amazing and I (and Jess) cant thank them enough. To anyone who is wondering to give them a go after reading the negative reviews below, I say to ignore them. Your pets and yourself could not be in any better hands in Dubai. Thank you to everyone at Blue Oasis.

Jeff NicolsonReally bad experience at this clinic. I took my cat to be treated for urinary infection, my cat was badly mishandled and was returned to me with Horners Syndrome. I then took him back the next day and even though it was clearly vets fault - I was charged for the second visit. I then had to take him to another vet as at Blue Oasis they were not able to help or even do some simple tests. Truly terrible vet! I would not recommend anyone to use this clinic.

Dana BeydounThis is the best vet clinic in Dubai as far as I am concerned. I have been to at least 3 others. The clinic is spotless and state of the art. The team is warm and very professional and their vets are the first I have come across (whether its in Dubai or Montreal) that genuinely care for your animal and take the time to listen to you and explain whats going on. When my cat was seriously ill, I took him to 2 clinics that couldnt properly diagnose him. Dr. Dieter and his team did and thats reason why my cat is still alive. I recommended the clinic to a friend whos cat was also really ill and her vet couldnt tell why; the Blue Oasis team diagnosed him and hes better now.

Mahmoud MoselhyI had a very bad experience at the vet. When I was doing my research to find a good vet to take my puppy to, I called different vets, and Blue Oasis offered a good price of around 250 Dirhams for what I needed, when I took my dog their I ended up paying over 800 Dirhams. My puppy was doing very well until I took him there but after he was vaccinated there for the first time, he started to have diarrhea and it lasted for a week, so I decided to take him there again because I thought it might be because of what he was given, when I went again the doctor was rude and she barely gave me any of her time and she didnt even give me any clear advice of what I should do, and they made me pay again over 600 Dirhams. At the end, if anyone is taking their pets there, try to understand what you are paying for before you go, and make them explain what they will be doing before they do it, otherwise they will keep charging you for extra stuff.

Rasha MoslyhI lost my dog last year cose one of the doctors ther he was young I dont remember his name could find out that my dog was having heart problem .when ever I use to take her ther he will say its nothing I mentioned to him she was not active like before still he did not do anything when she had her crises and took her ther it was too late I was received by dr Sabine she was so rude and arrogant now I moved my second dog somewhere else

malak hassanThe visit was one of the worst visits ever to any vet clinic and will never go their again. The reception was friendly, but doctor was not professional in any way possible. Started by saying dont touch my cat as if she knows how to re act with my cat better than me , when I know I can calm my pet. It was a total waste on money and a more waste on my time . I never been in such a bad experience in Dubai as emarati. Would never recommend you to any one ever.

Sanjay SharmaAbsolutely horrible experience, could get worse. They are nothing but a money making machinery and will go all length to prescribe very expensive treatment. They even made me suspect my the authencity of my pets first vaccination. Then they diagnosed the pet with the disease that he vaccinination was to prevent. Finally they admitted my pet and did not inform us on the period of admission reqd and also gave a very vague indication on expense. They did not allow me to see the pets isolation room too. I was surprised as I have visited heart patients in ICCU minutes after surgery and here these people would not allow me to do so. I retrieved my pet after paying a big fat bill and the pet has been nursed back to good health. Two separate test carried out on the same disease proved negative within 2 days of discharge. Lastly they pose very busy but the visit to the clinic proves otherwise.
