The only point I would make was that there were a number of extras which appeared at the end. I quite appreciate that they were required (and all the documents in support were presented), but from a customer point of view it might be good to mention the total costs at the beginning! Other than that, great service and I have recommended you!

Merivict Pearl MurilloMe and my friend went to The Elite Cars to window shop some luxury cars. We were so delighted to see that they have a lot of brands available. The great thing is that even though we told the sales exec that we were just window shopping, he entertained us well, answering all our queries. I loved the way he treated us, and allow me to mention this (I’ve never experienced that in other dealerships). Once I get my settlement, I will definitely buy a car from them because they have excellent customer service and the prices are so affordable. Highly recommended!

Furthermore, their staffs are very accommodating to the customers like us. The sales executive was very knowledgeable about the cars and he was able to explain the things that I want to know about the car. I will really recommend this one.

Mehmet KalucDon’t bother , went to a see a car , discussed the price asked the sale person to find out about the Insurance , which he kindly did and called me back the same day. All good up until this point. I wanted to do a test drive and the guy asked me AED 5000 ! As I think with the previous person also commented , it is non-refundable unless there is something wrong with the car mechanically! Ridiculous policy as the car I wanted to buy was not something I had driven before and there was no guarantee if I would like to drive , handling etc . I asked the sales person to check this and let me know if I can have a test drive , after 4 days of chasing he told me the cars has been sold. Thanks to them I went to another Garage and got a better car and the test drive was free!!!!

Ben MorrisWent to buy a Range Rover here but before they would let me test drive it they wanted a deposit that would only be refunded if there was a mechanical problem with the car - otherwise I would need to buy it. Ridiculous! I walked straight and went and bought an Audi that same evening. Dont waist your time going here unless you are willing to buy a car without a test drive.
