Sachin J LaalaGot a call from House of Cars to list my car with them. It was a Porsche 911 2011 Carrera 4S. They took the car and asked me to remove my personal ads. In three weeks no leads as market is slow so not their fault. However without informing me they moved the car to their "Centurian Car Showroom" in Al Aweer. In between all this their sales guy was in constant touch with me on whats app but not a word about the car being moved. I finally asked for the car back three weeks later on a Thursday night and was informed to come on Saturday and collect it. Saturday morning get a message saying their is a buyer coming to see the car at 3pm so please come at 4pm to pick up the car. I suspected an issue of a sudden lead from nowhere and went to the showroom only then to be told by the manager "oh car is in our other showroom" as buyer is coming there. Googled it and turns out their al aweer showroom is closed Saturday/Sunday. Thus went to the al aweer showroom myself to see whats going on and saw getting the showroom opened and taking out the car. So finally went back to the actual house of cars showroom and asked the manager whats happening and he says "oh dont lecture me we were only trying to sell your car and dont raise your voice" I assure you till then I was calm and composed but after this I lost it and he turns around and says well its a crap car (they called me remember) and they were trying to sell this crap car for a profit and says get out of the showroom still not admitting any fault. So lets get this straight I wanted to sell the car for 205,000 and they listed it at 229,000 thus even with some negotiation from a prospective buyer standing to gain 20,000 for a car which is not theirs (which is fine as I knew this and was ok with it as its a business and they did spend 1000/2000 to advertise). However if you plan to move cars to al aweer be sure you buy the first or inform the customer who owns the car or at the least have the decency to apologise and say we forgot to inform you. If I wanted to sell my car in al aweer I would have gone their directly not to a showroom on sheikh zayed. Post this review the manager did send me an apology message which I appreciate as atleast they see their mistake and have removed all names above. However, please think twice before handing over your keys to anyone to avoid going to close to any of the situations above.

Idrissa KorDéçus par le comportement du patron qui est français, je pensais que cela allait me faciliter la tâche , bien au contraire, javais vu une voiture qui mintéressait le jour de mon retour à Paris , jai réservé la voiture sans lavoir conduit et vérifier, je suis revenu sur Dubaï pour 3 jours juste pour finaliser la vente avec un ami connaisseur , le sois disant patron na même pas pris la peine de nous recevoir et ça même au téléphone . Résultat : jai trouvé cette fameuse voiture en France Et lui sa voiture est toujours en vente 2 mois après. Ps : David le vendeur était lui très avenant et très sympathique
