Richard DeaconDO NOT BUY OR SELL CAR HERE! Bought a car from Al Futtaim and when I asked for valuation to sell back only 3 months later was offered HALF the price. Had many valuations from other dealerships and websites and the lowest offer by far was from Al Futtaim! Terrible customer service.

Mohammad AlsayedI was referred to go there from lexus to trade in my car because I am planning to buy Lexus . The guy who works there, responsible for cars evaluation was totally in-cooperative , unhelpful, un-welcoming ,said we do not buy Passat with an attitiude. Then I was surprised because I checked on Dubizzle and they have 8 listings for Passat there!!!! Poor customer service & non-transparent!!!
