Kartini TampubolonThe service is excellent! They are really fast and efficient, very helpful and informative. Only downside the service fee for airline ticket booking is expensive. They didnt really disclose it in the invoice (as they clubbed both flight ticket and service fee) but it was around 200 dirham for 1 ticket.

Pierre TFMWorst service ever. Following a flight ticket cancellation from the airline this agency could not book another flight on other airline without waiting for the refund of the canceled ticket. Making us the customer in the end pay 3000 AED more than we should have if they had reacted on time.
