Rania AnisThey made a mistake in booking a business class ticket for us. They typed the name wrongly and they did not correct it. Their response was terrible and unprofessional. We had to chase the employee who made the mistake and almost beg him for days to change the name but nothing. The ticket cost more than AED 13000 and it was non-refundable. The most terrible service ever and the management did not bother or support us in solving the problem.
