I would not advice this travel agency because of operator so rude and when I came he told me I should bring only passport and payment+deposit, but when I came next day not only passport, he asks picture, guarantee person and her/his passport, visa copies. Unbelievable. He told me visa process will take a 5 to 7 working days. I just left space and I got that visa only into 2 days no deposit no guarantee person. I was interesting Long term 3 months single visa.

bad service, i lost money and time. my cousin returned back to home from the airport because of cozmo travels irresponsibility.

They never respond once u pay the money. Neither do they update,u keep calling. Dont waste ur time and money. till now no visa and they are asking me to confirm on tkt without giving me any copy of visa. Worst service. Cozmo business bay
