Atifet TurkmenAs per my recent experience, I believe STS LLC is far away from being a professional service provider. My son attends to little GEMS Al Barsha. STS LLC is the only agreed bus service provider to this school.(Not as per parents preference but for formal agreement) I could not enroll my son to the bus services since the company has a policy that no children should have a bus ride more than 1 hour to be picked up or dropped off. (Not 1 hour but 55 minutes is acceptable, which is absurd) I totally support the policy avoiding long term trips to pick up and drop off, and anything more than 30-40 minutes is long for 1 to 4 years old children. My compliant is about the STS who cannot find a solution to provide the service to my son which lives only 15 minutes away from school for above mentioned reasoning. They are refusing to provide service for a one child who will delay the last childs drop off up to 1 hour. Although they are charging 7000 AED for school year, they cannot bury a cost of a second bus, to the same/similar route by shorting rest of the other childrens drop off time and also except my son to the bus service. They excuse that they cannot manage! Like we have any other option but them, I think this is not professional both for STS and as well as GEMS education to do business with this company who can refuse a child to have the service. This is a total shame!

Nicole Shroffvery poor response. Have been trying to coordinate since April for bus service timings and cost with Kelvyn, but there has been no response whatsoever.
