This plave is awesome for video games lovers and games in general ... I didnt get to play so i cant tell about the prices. This is just the place for you if you like to have fun playing games you like with people. Guns, adventures, cars, movies, sports, Arcades and more interesting game types. They also have a karaoke but you have to pay for an hour at least which is 2 digit number not expensive. Food, restrooms, prayer rooms are available within the hub zero.

I was at Hub Zero with a couple of mums and kids in July, didnt enjoy the experience, specifically with the staff in the climbing area. My son wanted to attempt one of the challenges in the climbing area but was told by the staff that he cant and she removed his harness. The issue here was that the staff was not listening to him and she assumed something completely different which resulted in the misunderstanding and made my son really upset. I went to speak to the staff and she apologized but the damage was done. One of my friends overheard another staff in the climbing area telling her 2 boys that they have to wear trainers next time in a very abrupt manner. Mind you, the place charged for socks and there are trainers for loan..Bizarre.. We were a big group and paid considerable amount of money for the experience. Will I go back to the place again? Yes, purely based on the fact that there are not many options for kids in the summer. Definitely a let down regarding the staff..

Good place for children and teenagers, buy whole day ticket at 160 to enjoy most of the games and play it many times (laser tag can only be played once with a master pass, for more you need to pay 60AED for one more round). It is mostly a virtual reality gaming experience.

I wanted to love this place having heard so much about it. Overall though it is just ok unfortunately. Rides feel slightly dated which is odd considering how new it is. A very well dressed arcade I suppose!

The place is awesome, kids enjoy it to the max. However ; An incident happened today while I was there and needs to be taken seriously. We found a kid (around 5 yrs old) walking around crying and confused.He was lost We took him to the security,we were suprised to see the whole staff including the security confused and not knowing what to do. They had no speakers to call for the parents and told us we should (with them) go around to look for the kid parents !!?? To my suprise the staff also said they have no procedure to follow in case of such incident. It took us a while going around the whole area and thank god we found the father who was speachless and thanked us again and again. A place full of kids , the number one priority should be their safety and lost and found procedure. Hope this will be implemented soon.

Hub Zero is a paradise for kids of all ages. My son loves it there so much so its where hes having his 8th birthday party! Theres plenty of variety and you could almost spend the day there especially when the temperatures are soaring.

Karaoke place looks great and is air-conditioned but really lacks in songs, there was only one microphone which had low battery, and software crashed. We changed rooms twice because of minor malfunctions. Im giving 4 stars only because we were compensated with some extra time and the staff treated us very well.

Such a fun place to hang out with a small group of friends. The good news is that they have removed the entrance fee to the theme park and now you can play each game individually. Billiards is priced at 20 dhs and PES on PS4 is also priced at 20 dhs which is pretty cheap!

I went on a Friday, and i thought it would be really crowded, so i decided to get a hacker pass but it turned out to be not so crowded. When i went there, they didnt view the hacker pass ticket on the screens, but when i asked for it, they gave it to me. Upon getting in, people where standing in the hacker pass queues even tho they didnt have it, in some of the games, my hacker pass wasnt put into consideration from the staff members. So i suggest you just get a general ticket. The graphics were a real big disappointment for me. Hack Attack VR was blurry as well. Id say the best game is the Virtual Arena Zone where you kill zombies.

Unfortunately, i have visited HubZero before valentines day and took the #hubzerovalentinesday challenge. The winners were promised a fancy dinner on valentines day. However, despite winning, we were ignored, disrespected and given lame excuses like (after investigation, we found out that you hashtagged the wrong comment) Funny enough - i had a photo of the flyer that was on the reception desk ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ For next times, do not make promises you cannot keep !!

CHEATS!! Make sure you guys ask for a Parent pass (AED 50) if you are not playing. This can be redeeemed with food in the cafe. I had to shell out AED 210 each for a Master pass for myself & my son (7) & was told this is what we have. There is no such thing as a Parent pass! I was surprised when an Arab gentleman got talking & showed me the parent pass he got for his kids. It is not written / diplayed & the management support their own staff & the manager abruptly told me that I was wrong when my wife purchased the parent pass 1 week earlier & maybe it was a different child!!!! The rules change conveniently & everyone knows that customer service is s**t in Dubai. They will take your money eagerly & push products but ask for a refund...Never!

Just make sure not to go at rush time to avoid queuing, and everything else will be perfect. The place is amazing, staff are very friendly and cheerful. 4d cenima is ridiculous, save ur time abd dont even think about it. VR is amazingly insane, car racing is mind blowing, and of course wall climbing and the leap of faith cant be missed. I believe it should be some how cheaper

Was very excited for this as I am a gamer and was looking forward to see the different variety of attractions, but I was really let down. The graphics on the attractions are absolutely dreadful. Honestly, it looks like they bought the cheapest projectors and it really detracts from the experience, especially in Final Fantasy, and another problem is that the shows or movies are not immersive in the slightest as you can see the roof and air conditioning and what not. Really poor. The 4D cinema, again, dreadful graphics and they just repeated the same recline in your seat god knows how many times. The staff at ticketing didnt seem to care about the massive queue waiting to buy tickets as they were moving at a snails pace. They do have an interesting VR zombie experience which was interesting, but the ridiculous queuing system and the fact one of out of four headsets were damaged, the queuing process was made really irritating due to ignorant and obnoxious kids, not Hub Zeros fault, but it didnt exactly add to the experience. Honestly, the best thing about this place is the shop because it has all the retro consoles and games that will more than certainly give you a throwback, but you can just enter this without paying admission. Honestly, save your money, it is not worth the stress or the money
