One of the best service I received, and to be honest this was my second car which I got my tires replaced. My car tires were replaced last night (27/8/17) by two Filipinos at the al quoz branch. Even it was late they made it well done. Excellent customer service and the best price in the market!! I will always recommend ZDegree.

Excellent service. One of the very few workshops that hear the customer out and willing to resolve issues. Deal with Mahir the Service Manager and he will take care of the rest. Pricing is reasonable as well. Almost all of my mechanical n electrical work is done by Zdegree and i dont even have to source the parts. They can arrange for literally anything. One of the mechanics Ken is the guy to get stuff done on ur car especially european cars.

I was looking for tyres, and in a hurry. Kenneth Dean at ZDegree responded immediately, positively, and effectively. He arranged the tyres, and an appointment within the hour to have them fitted - and even offered a mobile workshop to come to me and do the job. ZDegree, through Kenneth, didnt try to dissuade me from my choice, or try to upsell the deal. I requested metal valve stems, and a set were found for me. The fitting techs were careful with the fitting, balancing, and even tyre pressures. As I was in a hurry, they offered a free wheel alignment on my next visit, if needed, as well as a free rotation of wheels at 8,000 km. I recommend the ZDegree team, Without Reservation, and especially Kenneth, as the guy who brought it all together for me.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND POOR KNOWLEDGE ABOUT TYRES. I enquired about certain model for a set of 4 tyres through their website and by phone to make sure thy have them. I was told that they are available in Al qouz branch. When I got there and asked to see the tyres, They made me to wait more than one hour for the tyres to arrive from the presumed "warehouse". Eventually one of the Iranian tyre shops in Umm Suqiem road delivered them but they were completely different tyres. Thumbs up for getting the make correct at least. Their manager promised to get me the correct ones within one day and it never happened. Not even a follow up call. The bottom line is, their website and stock system are a mess and they do not order tyres from the original dealers.

Bought new tyres. Cheapest pirellis P Zero for 575aed, includes fitting, balancing and alignment check. The kid that works the tyres and everything knows his stuff. Aligned my car which had some toe and camber issues. Left it straight aling with the steering wheel. Liked it that they have a proper alignment machine along with the report.

Terrible experience. I drove in to buy 205/55 R16 tyres. I was quoted a price of 350 per tyre for a non brand name tyre. Sensing it was rather expensive, I checked zdegrees own website and found it was listed on their own website for 250. . I even showed the service staff their website pricing and he could not explain the difference. Always do your homework and never blindly trust anyone

Very good prices for tires but you get slow service in return. Place is nice and clean, professionalism of customer service is adequate but not excellent and does need improvement. Called to check up if my car is ready and asked if its 100% ready because I had an appointment afterwards in which they said yes. Arrived and they checked one thing and tires &a wheels were dirty with white stuff. Another wait to clean them.

Good concept to check on-line if they have the tires you need in stock. Unfortunately the system didnt work this time as when I arrived they were not available. James turned this around by tracking down a tire and having it delivered and installed on my car at home at no extra cost.

I had my car serviced today (7th May 2016) i am not impressed with their customer service skills. firstly i called to ask for direction, the operator did not know the location . i called 5 time finally i got someone on the phone giving direction. the guy on the reception gives more importance to his nationality customers ( i guess Pakistani) . i wanted to change 04 tires too.. as it was mentioned on my check report. i went to him 05 times to check offers on tires while i was waiting for car to be done . he kept telling me i will check & tell you but no interaction. i went for the 5th time, he yelled and told me i am busy. i just came back without asking him again. i went here because of shell Helix oil.

It takes a really long time to get a car wash but its worth the wait. Ive been coming here for several years and have tried dozens of other full service car washes around boulder. Apart from being reasonable in pricing their attention to detail work is pretty notable.

After sitting in this facility for 2 1/2 hours I was able to observe this as being a very racist facility. We watched Indian, Philippians, Asian, Pakastan, African Americans come in. The offered no hospitality until two white women walked in. We all sat for hours using our cell phones etc. once the white women walked in (despite other women of other races already being there) they were offered tea, the access to the free wifi that we were all curious about, and they started cleaning the facility. It was clearly obvious we all witnessed it. This is very sad and poor business relations. This is the first and only time I have seen this in the UAE. Very disrespectful!

Had a lot of suspension work done , drive shaft, engine oil seal, brakes and tires. Overall work was satisfactory. Had one issue on delivery test drive, was fixed in 15 min. Delivery took 2 hours from arrival meeting shop mgr. That was long. But Im very picky. Mind you they had my car for 3 weeks as I was out of country, work was really 3-4 days worth.

Excellent service!!! Syed and Uday did an amazing job with my tires. I had a nail in one tire, and had to replace it. Because the tires were coming up on the time frame when they would need to be replaced anyway, I asked them to give me a quote to replace all four tires at once. They took a photo of my tire, sent it to their support team, and within minutes they came back with a competitive quote. They took my one tire that was flat, and said that they would be back at 1pm to replace this one along with the other three. At 1130am, they called me to let me know they were close to my building with the replacement tires, and within an hour, I had four new tires on my car! The service they provide is very convenient (they come to your home or office and do the work there). The van they drive has all the required balancing equipment to ensure your tires are replaced quickly and efficiently as if you were in a tire repair shop. I would highly recommend ZDegree any time you have issues with your tires.

I have a car service contract with them and im loving their services but quite slow sometimes but I know it is because of the volume of the cars doing service, but best thing is the free wifi, coffee, tea and the best part is the waiting area smells good with a nice set of sofas. Get a vending machine with snacks on it. :)
