Its already 1 month and 6 days i have been waiting to install Du services at home. I have signed the contract since 13th June, please find attached contract for your reference. I was advised by Du Representative to terminate my contract with Etisalat before the end of June so Du system will be installed on the 1st of July. Till now, I have been calling them for several of times and all what I got is they will contact the technical support urgently and this is what I have been hearing for 1 month. Another issue, I have been given a welcome package of dongle with 1000 megabyte till I receive the full service at home. Since 2 weeks, I am waiting for someone to activate this dongle and no one wants to process the activation. Just yesterday, they advised me to take the dongle to a Du shop to make activated. Moreover, I have been given 4 times appointment for the installation and no one appeared. Many excuses I have heard that Etisalat is giving them wrong address or they have to organize a visit with Etisalat etc. Im really disappointed with your services, I have left Etisalat for the bad services they have after 10 years being their customer. It seems that Du is not ready to provide this service and you should take more responsibility for your bad services. I am writing this email after many complaints through calling the support line and also by tweeting on the social media and nothing happened. Very disappointed . very bad service , I dont advice any one

One the biggest DU office that handle personal and business customers. I find this outlet more professional than other which are in the malls! Almost 20 counters to serve you in minimum time. Paid parking are available in front of building for 2 AED per hours! Funny thing in their office is there is no FREE WiFi to use while you are waiting in queue!!

Was attended to quickly but the administration they were able to undertake was limited. I simply wanted to migrate from post paid to pre-paid and all I could do here was complete some forms, pay my bill....now I need to wait a few days for the back office to call me to actually do the migration. The store is clean and quiet and has plenty assistants to help and parking was easy, in the RTA paid car park.

The worst service ever, I shut down internet for one shop it was never done even though we had cleared all bill accounts for the account and requested for transfer of mobil numbers to my other company on the letter head which was also not done and now they asking me for 3000Aed to clear again for the services I have not used since December !!!!

For the customer service I had to wait for an hour. Went to buy a phone and it was like if I can pass their patience testing, then only they will give me a phone. Not even a single sales person out there to help to choose the phone or their post paid plan... After 1hour of waiting I can see most customer service persons seats vacant and lots of customers still waiting and unfortunately am also one among them!!!
