Horrible customer service, they dont communicate between colleagues or use the system properly to fix anything or help. I moved to a new location which is not etisalat adapted and I have had to come 3 times here to be able to start closing the account because of all the misunderstandings. Third world company, really sad.

Bottom line I advise anyone especially new subscribers to go with DU Existing subscribers take back your AED 2000 roaming Dep switch to Du get more minutes and better deals and pocket your AED 2000. All they require is a credit card and you agreeing to auto payment end of each month for the your bills. Ive been trying to get back my Roaming Deposit AED 2000 for each of my mobile numbers for a month now. They are stalling because Ive switched to Du for obvious reasons + the fact they require no Deposit to have Roaming on your mobile, much cheaper and way better offers and coverage. worse comes to worse If you hate Du and you dont like it you can walk away no strings attached. rather than wasting a month of your life trying to get back back something that is rightfully yours and they should be thanking us for agreeing on paying it in the first place. P.S Ive been an Etisalat customer for 5 years and my bill was AED 2000 in average and never got any special treatment and was never able to use my points but that is a whole new different issue I dont want to bother you with. Please, Please Dont sign any and I mean any contract with Etisalat, this is the idiots factory, all the call centers and "customer care" are useless. I tried with many other ones, but nothing helps. If there is possibility bring your own internet connection from home. Be without internet, or any service provided by them, go to beach swim, spend money on anything. Better give it to charity cause seriously this people are complete waste of energy, time, and humanity...

If you have any option not to use this brand - dont use it. These people dont know what service is. Best just go DU, there they have agents at least. For the reference, I spent in Etisalat office totally almost 12 hours just to connect calls forwarding to the corporate landline.

I renewed my sim last year. Got the ownership transferred from my mothers name to mine. This year I find out they transferred the wrong number. So my phone is under my mothers name and her phone number is under my name!! And the customer service person on the phone could give me no better solution other than to go to the etisalat centre, wait in line for 2 hours like you always have to and pay to get it transferred again!! Shortly after that she cut the phone on me. What?! Terrible service.

Pros: Ample parking spaces Large number of customer service agents They have a Tim Hortons outlet inside the business center Cons: Waiting time is too high, even when there are so many agents I forgot an expensive sunglass at one of the Customer Service counters. Thanks to the people of Dubai, it was at the same place even when I visited the place 2hrs later.

I am sitting in front of the Etisalat agent for nearly one hour now. I got a new phone and needed a different sized sim. Brand new office. No expense spared except in employing competence. 1st i got a number and had a long wait. When my turn came i asked him for a replacement sim. He has been entering information for one hour on the computer. Have no idea why. What the hell are they doing. I am wondering now if i will actually get a sim? Twice he asked for a collegue to help. Each spent over ten minutes on the computer and then gave it back to him. OMG. I am still here and it is 10:30 pm.
