Worst booking automated mobile system ever!!! Cant get through to anyone. Most the drivers are rude, and dont even have GPS or know the roads. If you are new to Dubai, they will take detours to your destination to rack up the meter. They drive like maniacs. Cockroaches of the road. Thank Goodness for Uber. Honestly save yourself the stress and pay a little more to arrive safely, cleanly and calmly to your destination with Uber.

One of the most non professional and unorganized service. I have been to many different countries of the world and India has much nicer taxi service than Dubai. And here is why, as any traveler: you would use a taxi to get from point A to point B and you will pay them accordingly. We got booted off the cab after telling them where we wanted to go. Three cab drivers denied to go there because it was in the opposite direction. Next day, they were changing the shift and the location was too far. I tried three different times at different locations to give the Taxi service fair chance but only got disappoint more. I gave up at the end and started using Uber.

You can be guaranteed these rogues will take you round the scenic route or to the wrong address. I had one take me to the opposite of direction and still want to charge me 50Aed for journey that cost me 17.50Aed 3 hours earlier. While the others preferred to overcharge me instead of use the meter. Car hire or hotel shuttle service is your best option. These cabbies will spoil your trip beware. If you have no choice make sure to establish average costs beforehand and down load Google maps and use GPS. Posted pictures of the worst of the bunch below.

Ill never visit to dubai. Becouse of the terrible airport texi. I had searched the internet, so I knew dubai texi is terrible, but I arrived at 23 oclock so I had no choice but to use the texi. Airport staff guided us with a black Lexus taxi. Our destination was 5km from the airport and the driver refused to check the desitination because she had known destination. However the driver drove us around the city for about 30 minutes. The price calculator on the Dubai Taxi website says 50 AED(all included), but we paid a total of 124 AED. The first impression on Dubai is uncomfortabe and amnoying. I will never visit here again

I gave the 2 stars for the timing as the taxi arrived less than 3 minutes after my call. I am impressed so this is a point for you guys. However, what I didnt like at all is that the meter was 12dhs already when I got into the taxi while it took me one minute to reach the gate. So you need to monitor the drivers and the meters

I went to same conference everyday. Some drivers would arbitrarily double or even triple the price of the exact same trip. They would not run the meter and pretend that it was very sunny so that is why you couldnt see it when it actually wasnt running at all. At end of ride they would charge huge amount and if you want to see meter they try to argue with you. Not worth the hassle, but ensure anytime youre travelling in taxi you can see everything is working correctly.

i made a taxi booking for last 27th Feb, which i made confirm one day prior earlier. i gave the makani no & as per the tele operator the location was OK for them. i clearly mention that my wife was having a clinic appointment & we need it by 6 pm itself. from 5.45 to till 6.15 no taxi came & we manage our-self. received a call around 6.45 & asking sir you book taxi? i told the time is over, he just told ok & disconnected the phone. my experience was totally poor.

Took their taxi from the airport to the hotel. Showed the driver the hotel address and location. He proceeded to drive us to the wrong hotel and stated its not his fault! We then had to do a detour and ended up gwtting charged much more than what the fare should have been. Dishonest, unfriendly drivers!

November 29 2016..last nyt..I called this company to send me a taxi lastnyt,..but when we sit inside,.the meter started in 12.50 ead,. not as always 5ead to the other drivers...my mom in law told me why?..i said "its ok mom"...i just thinking he is miskeen..,but when we reach the place,..i saw the meters cost only 27 ead,.i gave 100 ead...wtf!!! he just give me change 70 dirhams...and he pressed the "meters to stop quickly...he think i didnt see it..!!he dont even say that,."madam im sorry,i dont have coins to giv ur complete change" But for the second time i forgive him...im not angry about how much that i pay..im angry bcoz of his behaviours!!! hes indian anyway...thats why i hate some indians..and most of them they are undicipline..!

Im sure when the stars and moon align the service is good but when going gets tough they cannot respond to demand. You can wait for ages just to get them to answer the phone and often lengthy call cue. Added to the frustration many cab drivers have no clue where theyre going. (Ill give them the credit that they dont do this on purpose to jack up the cab fare).

I did not have the car so I had to take the airport taxi , the lady taxi driver took me all around just to reach the shortest distance. DUBAI, THE CITY OF RUNNING METERS! No matter where one go, in Dubai, someone, somewhere is trying to get the most money out of you. The trend apply to all fields where tourist have a special mark on their forehead that they brought tons of money with them. I left my phone in one of the taxis. First, it was a hell of a experience to find someone to speak with. After I did speak with someone and the report was made, I tried calling back with a confirmation number but no one heard of my confirmation number or my name. I called the my phone and the taxi driver answered my phone. He told me he wants to charge me in and around EAD 100 to return the phone and refused to give his taxi number. The RTA taxi company knew the driver had my phone but did not arrange to returned the phone. Basic decency and courtesy does not exist in that city. All I experienced was that someones hand is in your pocket digging for more and more money.

Worst taxi service. Drivers never know the location even landmarks they always get lost even when I turn the gps on for them. So far Ive only had 1 good taxi driver. Also they take up to an hour to come after calling them, some of the customer service people are helpful others are cold and frustrating, especially when youve been waiting for a taxi for an hour. The driver keeps saying 5 to 7 minutes away but never makes it. I really think their needs to be a solution. Taxis get lost and charge double or they have no clue where the places are. Ive had a 4 hour trip once in a taxi to a place that was 30 minutes away, my phone broke that day so I couldnt turn the gps on, ended up switching taxis in the end. Very bad experience with them, I really wish someone would look into it more.

The driver didnt give me change. But I am able to remember the plate no. Of the taxi. Thry never help me. They can track the taxi and who driver is. I saw their tracking system 2 years ago. You can find the taxi driver if you know where and when you off taxi.
