Aisha FazilVery good service, very approachable, polite and helpful staff, most important they do understand a customers requirement, when it comes to tailoring, I wanted to have a dress which was a copy after an intricate designer dress and not only that theyve done it beautifully but it looks original design. The dress was ready with all the details on point . Thank you very much for your service and I will highly recommend you to anyone that needs such a service!

Shifa JamilWorst tailoring experience that I have had in UAE. For simple alternation work, they said to come after 4 days and when I went to collect it, they hadnt even touched my clothes. When I asked for the reason, the staff kept blaming each other and the woman incharge (not sure if she is Zaib Un Nisa herself or not) kept saying "So what? These things happen". Further, instead of taking responsibility for their actions, the manager incharge started shouting and abusing my husband and said "Hum nokar nahi Hain tumharay" No one should visit this place. There are plenty of other decent tailors within International City. Very unprofessional and unethical behaviour by both the lady tailor and manager incharge. Would be glad to see this place shut down.

ToNY AfoninQuite chip place. But. Sometimes even simplest alteration might be done in unacceptable way. 2 from 5 repairing I had in this Tailoring Shop were really bad. Pants shortening ( nothing can be more easy) and shirt darting. But they accept the fault and fix it ( in case of shirt it was wasted, cant be fixed and I cant ware it again, too tight)

Gian Anton AmorI had my uniforms altered because they were a bit big for me. One uniform was ok but still a bit loose. While the other one was still same in size and they ruined it, adding some stitches at the back which i dont understand the purpose. I lost one uniform because of this. Definitely not going back.

Preeti chohanI went for indian dress stitching to this shop . Before I always go to meena bazar but it was too far . Here in Zaib Tailor I found very understanding and good tailor. I got back exactly what I tried to explain . Very nice fitting and stitching .thank you
