alex smithI ordered 4 shirts and 2 trousers casual which were to be sent to me by post in Thailand, as I had bought had no qualms over quality, however arrival showed all items vastly undersized and made for another person can only assume, I sent 5 mails all ignored and when I went back to Dubai went to shop in JLT and showed fitting, they were off hand with no apology at all, but said we will redo and send again, still waiting after two months and no response to my mails. Something has gone terribly wrong and staff hiding errors it seems I have lost faith in this tailors now on both quality and service levels

Ahmed ZuberiIts my first time Im getting shirts tailored from Parmar and in my opinion their service is absolutely horrible. I went to them to get two shirts tailored. I understand the material is high quality and branded however the same materials are cheaper in Europe including tax. So yes they are generally expensive. So they took my measurements and I went for a trial the week after. When I went there the following week to collect my shirts, I tried them and the fitting on the shoulders was completely off. Not just that but the second shirt was a completely different material. The guy argued with me that it was the same material until we checked the serial number and he was proven wrong. They told me theyll have them fixed and ready in another 7 days. The most disappointing part is they did not even apologize once for their mistake. I went the following week and the shirts were not ready. They asked to come back in a few hours to collect my shirts. When I finally tried them this time, the shoulders had the same issue. In addition they had tightened the chest area. Once again no apologies what so ever and Im given another date. This is going to be my last time I ever get anything done at this store.

Vibhor KhareParmar Tailors have absolute attention to details at every stage of work. The moment my measurement was taken, I could tell the result was going to be of high quality. When I did the first trial, the fitting was impeccable. They know the trick of their trade and take passion and pride in their work. I got a suit and a shirt for my office made by them and it was one of the best decisions I made. They are the finest tailors I have ever come across in Dubai. It felt like an artist was handing me one of his prized art work. I highly recommend them.

aji georgeOne of the best individual tailors i have found in my life time. i feel at home and what a wonderful experience. the staff gives a lot of information and advice. the right fabric to be used for different purposes.
