Absolutely horrible customer service!! I went in trying to check if they had a silver iPhone in stock, and after 10 minutes they told me the did, so I went and got a refund for my rosegold iPhone all the way in Dubai mall and when I came back they said they didnt have it. Unbelievable! They do nothing about it at all. Never purchase any electronics from there as they have a history of badly repairing electronics and horrible customer service.

Shopping online is a very cool feature. The food is always fresh, however the choice is somewhat limited in comparison to what you can find on the shelves. They would never deliver eggs though, saying they were out of stock and no alternative could be found. Come on... Theyre just afraid thelly brake them.

The most terrible customer service I have ever seen. I bought a hand -free segway from here that broke within a month. I gave it for repairs and I was told that I would get a call to collect it within a week. Then, after. 8 days I kept calling them but there was no response at all. I mustve called AT LEAST 20 TIMES. Im not exaggerating one single bit. The same thing happened for half the week until I finally had to go there.

Since bill was printed using thermal printer which currently dont have any visible letters on it. so I approached your shop to collect replacement bill which was denied as bill date was older than six months. how to report complaint !!!
