Gerard RahmanPurchased a 26inch Liv - the service we received was excellent - we felt that the advice given was in our best interest long term - after a week of use we can see that it was a great choice. They took time to allow us to test different bikes and adjust them to suit - unhurried. There was real passion in the salesman. The shop itself is cramped (compared with other shops of the same which seemed better laid out) and the choice seems limited - we couldnt tell if they were waiting on more stock - but we would have bought two bikes possibly three unfortunately there just wasnt other 26inch bikes (for my wife) or 24inch bikes for my son. I could see that people were coming in but there just werent enough staff to look after them so I can see the frustration. The passion is there - just needs better resourcing and layout.

Jason WheatleyBrake cable crushed, front wheel spoke damaged and general service required. Bike was with Ride for 1 week with collection and drop off (spare parts unavailable). Bike returned very clean however parts claimed to be changed unchanged, front brake hose unchanged, still crushed and leaking oil and im 404 AED down!!! Ordered parts on Amazon, Aramex shop and ship and I will do it myself!

brian mooreMy worst customer experience ever at a retail shop. Staff member "serving" me was rude and objectionable and appeared to take pleasure in ensuring I had the worst possible experience. Save yourself the hassle and go to any of the numerous bike shops in Dubai. Less than one star.

Larry WilsonAfter five trips to the Mirdif store, I agreed to purchase a wheel set. Each time I was at the store, I queried to ensure the price quoted was for both wheels. On the fifth trip, after agreeing to purchase the wheel set, I left my bike for the wheel installation. Two hours later, a low ranking employee called and said there was a mistake on the price and tried to sell me a different set. A classic bait-and-switch scam. Dishonorable and untrustworthy. Would highly recommend you go elsewhere.
