Bella CarriereIts such a shame that management really doesnt care about their customers. Ive been a very good and regular client for long time (because some of their therapists are really good) but I got absolutely fed up with how often my bookings were either cancelled or wrongly taken. I cant even court how many times I went there and found out that they didnt book my appointment properly. The people at the reception are so incompetent it hurts. I still have ongoing packages but Im so disgusted that I dont want to go back and I just want my money back. But despite my emails and phone calls, I still havent heard from manager!!! Update : They put me on a black list because of this review instead of getting in touch with me to know why I wrote this review. But at least I had a refund so Im very happy!

Nirav BarfiwalaPoonam here pathetic waste of our valuable precious time.. I reached 15 mins before my appointment and waited for almost 30 mins...just to take hair consultation...for hair keratin treatment and hair colour .. The staff was nit able to give any satisfactory answer... The receptionist was rude and blunt to talk to ...

shumin sunshineحرامية يضحكوا على الزبونة اللي قصت لي شعري كانت مرة مو حلوة القصة وطلبت اومبريه عملت لي تصحيح لون يحسبوني ما اعرف الفرق والبديكير قصت لي واشتغلت على اظافري من غير ما تحطهم في ماء يعني على الناشف كنت عندهم من الساعة عشرة الصباح ما خلصت الا الساعة سبعة المساء ما تكلمت بكلمه المهم اخلص واخرج من عندهم يهتموا بالاجنبيات مرة لما شفتهم بيعملوا البديكير لاجنبيات وشفت العناية والاهتمام قلت لازم اعمل ولما عملته كان مرة بايخ ومقرف مو مثل اللي عملوه للاجنبيات وطلبت قناع للبشرة عملت لي تشقيرلوجهى كله وانا بشرتي حساسة وبهدلتني واتحرقت بشرتي احسن شي كان تركيب الرموش والمساج فقط اللي تروح لهم لازم تعترض على اي شي ما يعجبها لا تسكت يحسبوها هبلة ويضحكوا عليها انتبهوا منهم
