malak hassanNo advance booking are required which makes it the perfect place for unplanned days. Price list is great and not expensive compare to other places. Decor is wonderful and covers a huge are for all services that you might need. Tried the eyebrow and blow dry but didnt like it . Its a place for quick work however dont recommend it if you will have an important occasion.

Nana KorantengI usually never take the time to rate the places that I visit, but I was so disappointed by my experience here that I just had to. Beauty connection came highly recommended from some close friends so I thought I would give it a try. The lady who was supposed to direct me to the brow room had an attitude which was an instant turn off. I went in for full-face threading and upon sitting in my seat it immediately flings me back and I almost fall out. The threaded moved me to a new chair and it took several times of her notifying her colleagues that the chair was broken before they finally removed it. She begins threading and immediately asks me why I dont just wax to which I explained that I am allergic. She proceeded to offer three more times to use wax on my face despite me repeatedly telling her Im allergic. When she finally finished I realize she hasnt touch my eyebrows. Found out that eyebrow threading was different from full face threading which is totally ridiculous to me. Ive been to many spas and they have never said such a thing. Over priced, slow service, and beauty consultants who dont listen to what you want-- will not be returning

Nawel AlgericanaI used to be a regular client and really happy with the services regarding waxing and face treating. But i decided to not longer do all my waxing there, I really hate when the stuff give you attitude, First of all the lady at the reception don t even bothered look at you when she is taking the booking, you are just a number. Secondly they always pass you the same lady who did your previous service, unfortunately mine was again and again in bad mood and really did not listen to what i wanted. Once again i paid for a service and did not get what I wanted, She obviously saw on my face i was disappointed and offered to do it again but had to pay extra as is another service. She could check with the manager and offer another solution. Never mind. As soon as we finished, she disappeared, not even time to do some checking on the waxing or to collect her tips. Miss the old time where they were still concerned about the person. Otherwise, the nails place is amazing, but dont except them to be friendly. Always busy The Hair saloon is excellent. Jenifer provides the best massage ever. Ramadan kareem xx

Lisa FrayRecently I experienced bad beauty service, I paid AED150 for a wash and blow dry even though my hair shoulder length. Regardless of being over charged, I was then seated at the wash basin where my hair was washed with cold water! I asked the lady to please use warm water since I had flu and it was very uncomfortable. She responded by saying our hot water is finished! So I had to suffer for the next 8 minutes and endure ice cold water being poured on my poor head! To make maters worse, I got dandruff the minute they started blow drying my hair because the conditioner wasnt washed out properly because there was no hot water! lol. In future please inform your clients and dont charge premium prices for poor services.

S.The service is declining for years now. Its a hit and miss thing here. Majority of the girls do not know how to apply shimmery nail varnish and they apply thick layers. Once, a girl did horrendous job with shimmering varnish and before her colleague came to see the deed when I called, the girl promptly removed it. Unless, you know exactly which girl you want, good luck - as it might be a pleasant surprise or a load of stress caused by not just a poor work done, but by the indifference to your complain...

Melinda WelchRidiculous amount of spa services, no appointments necessary! Not sure how it all works, but it does. Can pop in and get literally anything done. Good experience overall, but did not like my blow dry (they dried the hair straight then curled it vs using a round brush)

Catherine KagweMy first time doing a manicure there was simply horrendous!!! I paid at least AED260 & had to go back in less than 3 days for them to redo my nails. I did complain but they simply didnt care and nothing was done. Whats the point of asking customers to file complaints within 3 days if youre going to act like wasting AED260 is not that big of an issue??? All I got was a pointless apology as my complaint was brushed off. One of the floor supervisors was behaving as if I was being a nuisance!!! I gave them two more chances with my manicures (different girls after informing them that I did not want the girl who did my nails the first time) but my first manicure experience left a bitter lasting impression. The pedicure experience however was as if I went to a different spa. Job very well done & efficient in terms of speed. Will never get a manicure there again thats for sure

Henrieta OndisovaIve been coming to BC for last 4 years. Always happy with their work always promoted this place as a best place to get nails done in dubai. Ive been coming all the way to FGB when they moved from 21st. The last time I had my nails done 5 broke within a short time, having to go from business bay all the way here made my trips very expensive. When asked after 5th broken nail whats going on and what they can do for me I got an answer basically NOTHING. Leaving me as a customer feeling as if they have enough customers without me anyways. Very Unhappy for the way they dealt with me. I rather find somewhere closser to my apartment a place that appreciates every customer like theyre the only one and accepts their mistakes!!!

Omar AliI have been visiting beauty connection for the past 7 years for a nail gel ,despite my very far distance from home to saloon I always preferred BConnection over any other saloon, BUT for the past one year Ive seen huge disappointment from the staff and their work and attitude(nail section) Now that they have increase the price but the job quality has dropped tremendously. Seems that girls staff just not interested in what they r doing . Or might be suffering from unhappy or unpleasant work issues . They hardly listen to what they are asked for and I guess their gel quality has changed too , me and all my friends that have been referred by me are getting broken nails frequently few days after our sessions . My request to beauty connection management is to please train your staff (nail section girls) to have better attitude towards their costumers.
