Talha NasirWas not happy at all when i walked in and nobody served me even when i asked to be served, i walked in wearing pretty cheap clothes and i could see the staff looking at me up and down and when i asked for help they completely ignored me, however when i went back a day later well groomed and wearing some decent designer clothing they were all on me in 5 seconds. I shopped at LV a few times but dissapointed that you can clearly see they are selective on who they serve. I tested my theory and went in again a few days later wearing just cheap clothing and not groomed i got no service again, except from one gentleman who disapeered after a while also :/

Anil SunderjiThis is definitely a very busy store but their customer care is outstanding. I had bought a pair of mens sandals which got discoloured after a couple of months. Took them back and after they consulted with their head office they gladly gave me full credit. Very professional and good to deal with.
