    Absolutely pathetic. This is the worst ever courier company I have ever come across. If you have any document from immigration to be collected you are 100% assured that no one will come to collect it. No matter how much you follow up with their call centre. They simply wont come. Period.

    In my personal opinion and experience you must collect your passport and submit for visa Stamping personally to their office OR ELSE you will be just waiting waiting waiting till your airway bill is completely memorised and even remembering airway bill no in dreams.     Most useless courier service ever. Schedule a pickup for you and 2 days later still nobody. You phone them and all they say is we will pass your concern to the concern department. Within 2 days and after 10 people gave me the same message every time still no call. Even the supervisor on duty is useless. Mr. Abdul Shaffer. He cannot take any call for concerns and will never call back. So why have a supervisor on duty if this is his attitude. Wish I can give this company a 0 is score

    Zajel Courier Services is an absolute joke.Forced to give 1 star rating as there is nothing lower than that.I called them on July 23,gave my airway bill no and location to have my daughters passport collected for visa stamping.I was told that they would collect in two working days.I am travelling with my family on aug 4th.Upon not hearing from them ,without wasting any time since i still had the passport i went to the immigration,paid AED.120/-and got the visa stamped on urgent basis.Finally on Aug 2nd I get a call from the courier guy asking for my location to have the passport collected.I told are you calling me after 10 days he said his company informed him only yesterday.Just because Zajel is a part of Emirates Post (Govt.Co) they are dealing other Govt agencies business otherwise they are not even worth to exist and dont understand the urgency of people.I think even ordinary post is faster than them.

    The worst courier ever with customer service and worst operation and delivery all of the saying lies. The have my passport for delivery since 18 May and till date I didnt get, I dont know when I will receive my passport, I raised 2 complaints but no used at all no one review the complaint or these kind of review. And no one come back to check the customer satisfaction, Please Zajel take this advise, you should change your bio from the first and fast courier to the first and worst courier, you delaying my plans.

    I have no idea why Dubai government is using such a terrible courier company! Its been more than a month that I am calling Zajel to arrange collection of my passport but no one has come so far! I am not the only one who is going through this. Just read what other people are experiencing!!

    The worst courier ever with customer service and worst operation and delivery all of the saying lies. The have my passport for delivery since 18 May and till date I didnt get, I dont know when I will receive my passport, I raised 2 complaints but no used at all no one review the complaint or these kind of review. And no one come back to check the customer satisfaction, Please Zajel take this advise, you should change your bio from the first and fast courier to the first and worst courier, you delaying my plans and if you lost my passport let me know, be sure that I will go to police within a hour to complain that you lost my passport that why I didnt receive it till day

    Horrible experience. Its already more than 10 days that I scheduled a delivery pickup and they still didnt come to collect the shipment despite multiple escalation calls and emails. The call center team is not professional. Ill never work with this company or recommend it to any one.

    Simply the worst courier. I got a message on 5/7 that they should collect my wife passport and it is now 12/7 and no one showed up despite the complaint and numerous calls to their call center. I will have to go to their office to deliver the passport myself. And the same thing happened with my daughter passport, the courier only showed up after a week or so and returned the passport after begging them to deliver it. Very pathetic!

    I wish I could give them a 0!!! My experience: I wanted to use them to get my wifes visa stamped in her passport, they come collect it with a photo and the application. They return the passport without the stamp in saying the entry permit is missing. I call them spoken to Mar... and with an attitude he tells me I have to pay for the recollection because I did not give them the entry permit which they never asked for!!!! He also said" you should know that the entry permit is required... ". Ridiculous, appealing service, spiced up with a healthy amount of attitude. "Luckily" I am not the only one having problem with them, so be warned!!!

    World third class courier service in UAE they dont even bother theirself to call the contact person about delivery of the shipment. I have very bad experience with Zajel courier, I can see online manifested date is 13th of june17 after 7 days gone no call nothing at all from them I have come up to follow my shipment regarding medical certificate they register my complain on 20th JUNE and again shipment went out for delivery Wednesday gone Thursday gone nothing at all no call nothing I called them on daily basis but they have only proudly attitude with same statement that sir this is system you will expect before 4pm anyhow on Thursday I call them to hold the shipment I will come on Saturday to pick this up by myself again on Saturday they send out shipment for delivery and nothing on Saturday (unprofessional) so at 2.30 I have personally presented to their office to pick shipment question is why they are taking then 35 DHS for an urgent delivery anyhow 35 dhs is not a big deal its a zakat to zajel. their Customer service attitude is unbearable like illiterate people sitting over there instead of they deal with apologize of this much delay they bark on the customer and start fighting with their cheap attitude. want to file a case on them once they will get deduct form their salary they will know the real value of money which we have spent to them. if fine come who gonna pay that much fine to Dubai govt for their poor service totally wasted time with no use third class service with unprofessional attitude. after 11-days I received my urgent shipment which was supposed to be deliver to me within 48-hours if I didnt bother myself to go over there then I am not sure if I am able to receive it today.

    Extremely poor customer service, complained three time to call center, twice on website but they are so busy to take any action. as they know we are forced to use their service or pay extra for visa renewal to make it fast. they should simple say pay us but dont expect that we will serve you. Thanks to Google as I am forced to give them one star so that I can write my review.

    I am forced give a minimum of 1 star, otherwise zajel courier service doesnt even deserve 1 star! I paid extra money for a quicker service, but on 6th day ultimately I had to go personally to collect my medical report for the residence visa!!! Most horrible service. I dont understand how zajel is still in this market.

    The most Pathetic courier service in the world! Dubai authorities please review this service, absolutely not Dubai standards at all. Please take action. We are waiting more than two weeks for collect our staff passports and application for stamping... more time we mailed to the zajel and only reply to us one time and if we try to call center hold on the line more than one hour...also we try to submit documents direct to zajel office, they informed us not allowed to direct submission...here we have one request to dubai government please try to give this contaract to any other good courier services company and decrease the wastage of time...please

    Still waiting after 1 month for passports to be collected for immigration stamping. All this time not able to travel. Completely and utterly useless despite many calls and complaints to their call center. Quicker to walk and deliver by hand.

    I have used Zajel services 4 times and overall their service is BAD. Out of 4 times their service was somewhat OK twice and the other two times they were UNPROFESSIONAL. Today the experience was very very bad. I had done my DHA Medical Fitness Test on 24th May using their 48 hours URGENT service and paid AED 35 (instead of AED 20) for faster courier service from ZAJEL (apart from extra payment to DHA for 48 hours quick service) and till today (30th May) there was not even a call from ZAJEL, so I called their TOLL FREE to check the status and was told that they have received the Fitness Report on 25th May but could not provide a clarification as to why they had not delivered it to me! They said they will deliver by 4 pm but nobody bothered to contact me. I called again at 3 pm and they told me that if I wanted it today I would have to go to their office in Abu Hail myself to collect it! I went over and I had the WORST experience. After I collected the shipment when I asked why there was so much delay from ZAJEL "The lady in charge" and the STAFF gave a very RUDE response saying that I had not mentioned the full address on the AIRWAY BILL/STICKER, but the fact is that I had mentioned very clearly the FULL ADDRESS which included the AREA, ROAD NAME, COMPANY NAME AND 2 PHONE NUMBERS. I tried o explain to her but there was no use, she did not even have the courtesy to apologize for the delay of 5 days, instead she yelled at me at the top of her voice saying that they were in the process of "scheduling a call to me" for delivery of shipment. Very rudely she told me to "go and complain or do whatever I wanted". It is unfortunate that DHA is working with ZAJEL. Their service deserves nothing more than 1 star. Never again will I use their service and I request every one to not use their service (even if they may be a bit cheaper than others).

Also please give a training to your employees for Customer Service. Hoping the best.

    The most Pathetic courier service in the world! Dubai authorities please review this service, absolutely not Dubai standards at all. Please take action. Returned my passport without the visa stamp and said most passports are returned without a stamp and that the sponsor needs to check it with the DNRD. Why wasting so much time and effort if we can simply go and get the stamp on the passport directly at the GDRFA? This courier service is not required.

    I am giving One Star only because Google wont allow me to post the review otherwise ! What a frustrating experience with this people, what a delay and still do know the reason, they called themselves a time sensitive company and all they do is simply waste the time ! firstly its hard to connect with call center and if you would succeed connecting, all you end up achieving is nothing except wasting your time because they do what they feel like to do end of the day ! What an unprofessional service, Passport which i believe most precious document and they dont think twice in damaging it ! Do anyone know who authorized this courier company to Staple the passport, Seriously !!! All it takes an U Pin if they have to attach the application form to Passport! I request GDRFA to please using their service !

    This by far the worst courier company in the whole world. I paid the typing center an amount with their fees for the courier service (Zajel) to pick up the passport for visa stamping which was on the 20th of March. I called ZAJEL COURIER on Saturday and followed up with the delivery. 1st they told me delivery will be on Sunday, then Sunday passed with no calls back nor any message nor any courier collect, then Monday the same. I called them back on Tuesday customer service told me they will deliver within the day. its now Wednesday -Passport has not been collected for visa stamping. its been 9 days since i made the typing.they are the worst! They always say that the same things - so dont waste your phone bills and time on this worst company- they are crooks

    Not even worth of rating, it is Under rated courier service. Its been 7 days no one has come to collect the passport for Visa stamping. I plead Dubai government to cancel the contract from Zajel Courier Services. Customer service is really pathetic. The waiting time to speak to costumer care executive is 10 mins. This is really a negative mark for the Dubai.

I cant believe that i have ordered things from china and they arrived before Zajel courier bother about picking up my daughters passport. The residency is ready since 22nd of Feb and it is 14 Mar now, called the pathetic call center many times and made many complains without and use.

    I think this company is run by a bunch of sadistic people who really enjoys creating misery for the public. I cannot believe this is happening in a place like Dubai where all the companies are working in a very systematic manner. All the staff to whom I had communicated over the phone, trying to raise my complaint has been found to be either proud, arrogant, dont care or with absolutely no service attitude. They think they have the right to do that, since they have fixed contracts from all government departments. Surely this company is a black mark for Dubai and it is time for the Dubai Quality Department to step in look into their service and to cancel their contract with immediate effect. Not even worth giving one star, but without at least one star, the site do not allow the message to be posted. Regretfully, I could not see even one positive comment written by any one person so far.

I called customer service and placed a request on 2nd Feb and they collected my wifes passport of 4th Feb and they returned the passport with visa stamped on 6th Feb. All happened in 5 days time.

    Poorest Ever Service, i have opened the application for my Emirates ID and Visa Stamping Together, 10 days ago I have received my Emirates ID however after 4 follow ups Zajel is yet to come and collect the passport for Visa Stamping, Its been 3 weeks now since I got my file opened, called Zajel many times and everytime they apologized and promised for next day collection and then like usual no body came...Extremely disappointed

    The worst courier Ive ever dealt with. Not even worth the one star. It took me a whole week, umpteenth phone calls and change of address with extra AED 15 payment just to get Zajel to receive my daughters passport for completion of visa procedure. Furthermore, when they, finally, received the passport, the courier refused to give any sort of acknowledgment that he received the passport. Now I have no documented proof that Zajel have actually received my daughters passport, just in case. Unprofessional, to say the least.

    The most pathetic ...worst courier company in the world. After paying Urgent fees for delivery and being given 2 days for delivery it still manages to take a week to deliver. Still jvnt rcvd my courier! Their Call Center Employees are also unhelpful. Their computer system dsnt get update on repeated requests and they have a threatening and unprofessional demeanour! Might as well pay other courier company for deliveries!

    ‘’ZAJEL is one of the funniest courier companies in the U.A.E, driven by hopeless technology & operations team. ‘’ My Experience Zajel courier has came on saturday16th December 2016 to my given location to deliver my spouses medical report, mean time slip copy was not available with me. I told him I can provide my spouses emirates id / my emirates id , even a copy but he refused to deliver, moreover the contact number which was mentioned on the awb was belongs to me . but he said he cannot deliver. I requested him to bring it in the afternoon but he denied, he said he will come tomorrow but he cant say the time. I told him call me before you comes, he said he cannot do that , then he started argument using bad words in his local language. I complaint to Zajel customer service at the same time from my land line , later the courier himself called me in my landline which I complained from and asked my name. Im still waiting for the delivery . each day Im checking with their customer service , they always commit next day delivery but they are not keeping their words. Zajel supervisor Mr.Tahir had replied for my e-mail with saying same answer, it will deliver next day. but this is on 4th day no one said the reason for delay and no one apologized for that . Today is 21st December, I checked with customer service ,as per them they will deliver either today or tomorrow , mystery continues....

    Im sure that most of the people who talk about this bad service they was trying to find the location like me and found out a a lot of people .complaining about there service and want to share the same experience , for me im trying to find there location to give them the passport by myself as it been one month im waiting for them and no one came. as i have to have the visa copy on it otherwise i will never come to them.

    My Courier was supposed to be picked up 14 days ago. 2 weeks and 10 calls to call center later, I ended up delivering the passports to their office. I requested for Supervisor call back atleast 7 to 8 times. Everytime the response is that the supervisor will call in 2 hours time. No call back till now. I am requesting for update on pickup times since 10 days ago. There is a standard response "It will be picked up today" One day when I called at 5:30, the call center said it will be picked up before 6!!! Finally a courier company that makes profit by making customer itself do the deliveries. Why didnt I think of this business idea? It seems I have to choose atleast 1 star. In reality I would not even give it 1 star.

    Worst service I never have been experienced before. I prefer to pls dont use Zajel courier for any service. Wondering how DNRD using them for government services. Very disappointed and stressed calling everyday for visa stamping collection... we end up to go for stamping on expiry date due to bad service. Please do your self instead of get in trap..     Worst customer service experience in dubai to date. Complaints department has no authority to contact any other departments. Deviled services took 3 days to send a package that was urgent. One or two people actually try to help others simply shuffle you to someone else. No ownership of issues or complaint. Would recommend using anyone else to deliver a package.

    Worst service. Visa stamping was made through Zajel to make it easy for people. But they are giving the worst experience. Pickup delayed, no response to emails and the customer service team has no clue about this. They are asking to send reminders again and again, which I am already tired of. Please raise your standards to match with other services of Dubai Smart Government.

    It is a useless courier service company ever seen. Even after personally submitting the documents and informed them, that i will come and collect after the visa cancellation works, these guys send that documents thro delivery personnel, which never delivered on the day. They do not have a system and never care about the customers. How DNRD had kept such companies for courier service. I understand from my experience, I hope almost every one opted to this company service might have affected. The rating for this company cannot be 1 star, there is no option to rate it lesser than 1

    Worst courier company..... I have filed complaints and called them around 8times for collecting passport..... no response . DNRD should consider some other courier company. Total failure.

    WORST EVER COURIER.DONT TRUST THEM TOO MUCH DELAY. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHATTING SERVICES IS USELESS. I DONT KNOW WHY IMMIGRATION GET THIS COURIER AS TIE FOR THEM. BETTER OTHER COURIER. AND DELIVERY IS TOO MUCH DELAY AND IF YOU FOLLOW UP YOU NEED TO FOCUS AND GIVE MORE TIME FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS YOU NEED TO SPEND TIME TO CALL THEM. TOO MUCH STRESS AND YOUR PAYING FOR NOTHING.

    Disaster!!! It seems that the courier doesnt have map to find my location. Im waiting for mor than a week for driver to collect my documents. Phone operators give promises but at the end they are lying! Worst courier company in UAE! If you have other options, my advise is to stay away from these turtles.

    Horrible service. I have no clue why there is even a call center, nobody picks up the calls anyways. No idea how government gets such slow pokes to deliver services. Completely useless. Even giving one star, is a shame.

    This is one of the worst courier services you can find in Dubai. It is the last option you want to consider for sending or receiving your shipment. It has been 3 weeks and they havent delivered my package to my residence. I tried calling up their customer care service and they never answer. Pathetic service!!

    I think DNRD has to wake up!!!!!!!! Not sure why they have given such an important task to such a sleazy, irresponsible and worst courier service company. They are not even par with the local courier service company..... I have called 4 to 5 times to pick the passport but same answer is given every time...but no one comes to pick the passport.... worst customer service.... pls chuck them out..... Infact, we had to deliver it to the zajel courier company to deliver it to immigration... its a BIG JOKE!!!!!its better we roll back to the previous procedure and make everyones life peaceful.......

    Worst ever courier company and I am surprised how DNRD tied up with a company like this when they cannot keep the standards. I have been calling many times to pick up my passports and every day they say someone will call which never happened. Then I decided to visit Zajel office in Hor Al Ans which they have only one staff at the counter which to server over 20 customers. I hope DNRD will look in to this service breakdown and take action immediately as it gives bad impression on DNRD. Since 4th May I have been calling with no respond of collection.

    Probably the worst service in UAE. I suspect that Zajel has delivered my medical results to the wrong address because I have not received it my residence address which Ive provided. This is not a big deal and these things happen, I understand. The problem is that my company needs it to process my VISA and im being fined as my visa is expired. Called Zajel, they delivered it somewhere and it is signed for but nobody knows where. Call backs confirmed but none this far. Lets see if they at least offer to reimburse me with the fine ammount which I highly doubt since theyve expressed no regret this far. Unfortunately I cant rate lower than 1 star.

    This is the WORST courier company in the WORLD. I lodge a complain last week, no reply, they dont come to pick up the passport and they asked me if I want I can go and deliver it to them personally... Then what is the courier company for?? They promised to collect several times but failed. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Pity DNRD still continues to work through them.

    The most useless, useless, and lazy service provider in UAE. I waited for 3 weeks for a shipment delivary without any call from them even though i paid for the service, then when i tried to reach the call center i was disconnected around 5-6 times until an agent answerd me and said "we have very limited power so we cannot do anything more, visit our office to get your shipment", which i did eventually.

But they need 4 working days to finish the delivery in the SAME CITY...finally you have to come and collect it by yourself, because you will never get it within 4 working days.
