A DashMy shipment is holding in Dubai for more than one month. Do not go for it. No response on email, phone number nor the live chat.. What is going on ? Ive ordered twice before this time and they were just amazingly fast.. I dont know what happens then! I want my shipment, the items I purchased are really pricy. Is it possible that they wont deliver it to me ???

Narimane Hadj HamouI have used their service for over two years at first it was fine then in the last few months it got extremly poor. I received multiple parcels and they have been stuck at their place in the USA for almost three months now ... No one answers emails and I was told i can send someone to pick them but again when phoned the number published We were told this isnt the company. The dubai no doesnt work and no one answers .... Emails same .... So am not sure i will ever get the goods and now the baby clothes are small... Do not use them if u do want to loose your money

Goldie HallDo NOT use this company. I ordered some very expensive items and I have yet to hear from ship ace about where my package is. The live chat does not work, they wont return your email, and they dont answer the phone when you call. Users BEWARE!!!

Sultan AllawatiNot recommended at all, something is going wrong,used to be a regular customer and the shipping speed was so awesome but with my last order everything was totally opposite,the shipment is received since 2/6/2016 and no updates till now and when ever i get in touch with them by email they wont reply only on live chat and the same excuses every time for the last three times of asking ,i dont know whats going on

Vasan YuviDont go for it. They have recently got a new York address. Sent shipment and they have lost it and no proper response. Not a professional service. If u get ur shipment delivered its merely u r lucky on that day... Pathetic.
