Today I found out they have delivered my stuff to someone else and just gave it to some random dude on a wrong address. My parcel is now lost and god knows what am I supposed to do next. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND to use this company at all.

Majed Bin HafezIm dealing with PostaPlus for the second time, usually I ship with them overseas when I order online. I like the quality of service & the great price of the shipping. The customer service over the phone is phenomenal Im still using them as my first choice of shipping! Would I recommend them? DEFINITELY Yes. If you are using other company I strongly suggest you use PostaPlus.

Karlo AlfredoDo yourself a favor and dont use this company. The service quality is atrocious. My package has been delayed and hasnt been delivered until now. The Filipina customer service person is terrible. Too bad I wasnt able to get her name. Ive dealt with a lot of mail forwarders and carriers and I ship at least 3-4 packages a month. I made a big mistake of trying this firm in thinking theyre better than Aramex Shop and Ship. They arent even the same league. Aramex is way superior. This is the worst company Ive ever had an unfortunate experience working with. Stay away from them. Saving few pennies over other mail forwarded isnt worth the hassle.

Khaled Tradi wish i could give them no stars, worst courier company on our planet, everyday i call and they say "you will receive your shipment tomorrow or next working day", and made feel like that their "tomorrow" never comes, for every single shipment im facing the same issue, i dont even now why they exist, you cant complain to anyone and they cant forward your complain, feels like no supervisor or manager to contact, so if you have any issues you can take anger management courses or go for a walk for 3 weeks might make feel much better

Shuaib Shhorrible service where shipment of package will no be delivered because they dont have the right equipment to carry it. ordered a 55 TV from souq and they keep delaying shipment because they dont have a a vehicle to deliver it. Bad customer support where they say they will call you back but forget and never do. Avoid this courier if possible.

kareem mohamedI requested a pick up of some documents that I really needed to be delivered in a certain date urgently .. Before I make the booking of pick up I clarified the time frame of picking up and delivery very clear and the employee confirmed that its more than enough as they can collect the item in the same day and deliver it in the next day directly as there is daily deliveries from Dubai to ABU Dhabi .. It sounded very good for me as I will be even 1 day a head from my planed timing . But nobody showed in the agreed day of collection even I tried to call back and they keep confirming that they will come but still no body came. In the next day I called them once they open I showed that Im upset coz of delay and again they confirm they will come but no body came even I called them every hour to remind but nothing changed. Really I was so disappointed coz I did not get the document on time .and when I complained even they are not showing sorry or appologize .. Really very bad company .

Hai Nguyen VuMy item was bought on Souq and Shipped by Speedex, Shipping was delay (its 10days now and i have not received my item yet,normally it take only 3-5 days with other Couriers), the worst customer service that they keep telling you today,today,today your item will be delivered but it will never come, the worst part is that they lied Consignee Not Available (they never come to my apartment, never contacted me ). I will never use this Speedex Courier again, i will complain to Souq, never use this Courier again if you dont want your customer unhappy.

Torsten SchulzeSpeedex delivered the worst Service what I faced in Dubai ! Since 7 days I waiting for the delivery. Every day the same excuses! Until today NO driver ever called me for delivery !!! NO driver shown up for delivery at my home ( my wife is at home the whole day ) !!! Every day I call twice the Service Center of Speedex and I receive the wrong statemant, that the driver could not reach me and will deliver on the same day. Speedex deliver an very bad service and is giving wrong feedback every day again and again. And no Supervisor feels responsible as the Service Center is not allowed to forward complain calls to the superior. Bad and disappointed service !!!
